Robins is part of Barton Cottage which is in the small village of Woodleigh, 1.5 miles from Loddisweĺl with small general store and pub. It is 3 miles from Kingsbrigde and 11 miles from Dartmouth and Salcombe. Woodleigh is surrounded on 3 sides by WoodlandTrust woods, above the lovely Avon River. Within a 20 minute drive are wonderful Devon beaches, Bantham, South Milton, Hope Cove, Blackpool Sands, North Sands and many more. This is a marvellous area for walking. Sadly we cannot have dogs here because we have oriental cats.

During your stay
I live downstairs and will welcome you when you arrive but have a separate access. The parking area for Robins is also where I park my vehicles.

Other things to note
We have dogs and cats but they will not have access to the flat. We also keep chickens who may want to visit if you let them!

Our house is located in the quiet residential area of Westville, a short walk from Kingsbridge town. The room over looks the back garden where you can see the best sunrises from your bed. Our house is a quirky mix of art & plants and we have a friendly dog (Storm) and cat (Daisy) who love to welcome guests. I run mosaic workshops from my home - ideal for the single traveller who fancies getting creative during their stay.

The space
We have a perfect annexe on the side of our home - with a private bathroom and kitchen, lounge and diner - an ideal location for a quiet break for two people. You also have your own garden area and patio making a lovely sunny breakfast spot. We are dog friendly as Crosspark is located in the best dog walking area in the South Hams.

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. This is normally £7.50 night per dog but can be negotiable depending on how long you are staying.

There is also enough floor space for a travel cot. The incredibly comfortable super-king bed has soft sheets and an emma matress. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat ensuring a warm and comfortable stay.

The 2 way viewing wall mounted T.V includes Netflix, Disney and Sky Sports which you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed or the sofa. There is a chest of drawers and small wardrobe for hanging items.

The kitchenette is a perfect space to cook whilst dancing along to your favourite songs via the sonos and alexa speakers. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, small oven, pans and utensils to cook.
