- "One of my favourite places we have stayed at. Not even close to a shiny, soulless chain hotel. It is on another level. Parts of it are 700 years old, so it is eclectic throughout. Wonderfully odd layout of our room, with everything you could need, including books in the loo. Bliss. Kate is my perfect host. Just like visiting your favourite aunt, and she treats you the same. Lovely lady, nothing too much trouble, always at hand. Wi-Fi worked fine, despite the farm being pretty isolated, which we liked. Comfy bed, great breakfast choice… 10/10."

Guests have access to whole annex and small patio area outside of bifold doors. No access to main house.

Other things to note
There are no cooking facilities at the property. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, as well as a mini fridge. Guests are welcome to have food (including take aways) at the property using the crockery, cutlery and glassware provided. This will be cleaned by the host and replaced as needed.

The grass area of the garden is shared at the property with the owners, who have a friendly dog (Hawkin). Guests are expected to clean up after any pets immediately. Guests must ensure the side gate remains closed at all times.

There is 1 parking space for guests to use during their stay. It is the far left one when looking at the property. It is easier to reverse park onto it.
