Winter Travel Advisory:

For snowy conditions, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. CHP may require tire chains to travel the mountain. While the county regularly plows the roads, timing can vary. We will clear snow so you can park and enter the house, but you may need to remove snow from your vehicle or stairs during your stay. A snow shovel will be provided, and caution is advised in these areas. If you prefer a company to remove snow during your stay, we can provide contacts which you can arrange and pay for.

Electricity Notice:

Power outages can occur in the mountains, especially during extreme weather conditions. To ensure your comfort and safety, our cabin is equipped with an automatic backup generator that activates as needed. This generator will keep essential items like lights, electronics, and the refrigerator running smoothly. Please note that the washer and dryer may not function while the generator is in use during a power outage. Thank you for your understanding!

Wildlife Notice:

Please be aware that while you enjoy the beauty of nature in the mountains, you may also encounter local animals. We do thoroughly clean the cabin between guests and conduct regular pest control.

Important Safety Notes:
• Home requires climbing stairs. There are interior and exterior stairs.
• There are 2 off street parking spaces on top of the garage. Do not park in the steep driveway. Low cars may bottom out out at your own risk. There is free street parking but do not block snowplows during snowfall as you may get ticketed or towed.
• There are heights without rails or protection as the property is on a steep hillside.
• May encounter potentially dangerous animal. There are animals and insects in this mountain environment. Please keep food indoors and avoid leaving it outside or in vehicles.
• Exterior security cameras on property located outside of the property which record video and audio.

Perfect home for large families of 10 people, 4 cars. With view of Lake Gregory. This cabin sits on a hill, without anything blocking the beautiful view of the gorgeous Lake Gregory . Only 500ft walking distance from the lake. Perfect for morning walks or runs. There is an exercising trail all along the lake. This is a 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom home perfect for family getaways and birthday celebrations. Central AC, Wifi in cabin, along with washer and dryer. There are 2 arge living rooms but one used as a Game room available, both with fireplaces and high definition 60inch TVs. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. We are less than 5min away from the grocery store and our local bars . Come enjoy our cabin and have a great getaway. We do understand your pets are your family but there is a $100 fee per pet per stay that is non refundable upon booking. Please let me know, if there are any other pets on premises that were not mentioned the fee will be $150 per pet after check in.

In the winter we are close to 2 ski resorts, where you can ski, snowboard, sled, ice skate and a snow play area for the whole family.

In the summer Lake Gregory has beach swimming, a 300 foot water slide, paddle boats, row boats, kayaks and electric fishing boats for rent.

There are many hiking trailers including the beautiful Enchantment Trail. This trail leads to a Heart shaped rock formation with a waterfall.

The space
This three-story mid century modern home was built in 1974 in the historic San Moritz neighborhood. The space has been artfully renovated to a modern luxury standard while preserving beautiful original elements from the 70s.

Put the well equipped full kitchen to work and make meals for yourself or the whole family. Eat at the bar or seat everyone in the dining space on the lower level, or the warmer months, outside on the deck surrounded by nature. In the morning you'll find a stocked coffee station with Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, and a burr grinder + French press for DIYers.

Take advantage of convenient on-site laundry for longer stays or snow days.

Feel refreshed in the two bathrooms. One conveniently located on the main level which includes a toilet and shower. One on the upper level as an en-suite off of the queen bedroom, but also includes a second entrance from the hallway for easy access from the king bedroom. Relax and recharge in the large soaking tub, or enjoy a nice shower with Ginger Lily Farms botanical body wash and shampoos.

Get cozy in your choice of three bedrooms. The two upper floor bedrooms feature either a king or queen-size bed. The lower level bedroom has two XL twin mattress beds. All beds feature extra comfortable memory foam mattresses and down comforters. Two of the bedrooms also double as private work spaces.

Standard Occupancy:
The space is ideal to accommodate 4-6 guests comfortably.

Extra Guests:
Sleeping 8? You can fit two more on the pull out sofa-bed in the lower level family room. 4 adults and 4 children will be no problem. 8 adults might feel a little crowded. To help keep pricing more affordable for for smaller groups, and account for additional costs incurred with large groups, we charge an extra guest fee for each additional guest over our standard accommodation of 6 guests per night.

Snuggle up on the over-sized dream sofa and treat yourselves to movie night with the home theater featuring a 100” 4k projector and surround sound. There is also a 50” 4k smart TV in the lower level family room.

The lower level can be used as a conference room or meeting space. Stay connected throughout the house with dual band wifi and high speed internet. The chalet is a smart home. You can use your voice to control lights and heat / air conditioning. If you want a low tech experience, feel free to turn the smart home hub off.
Guest access
The driveway can park up to 4 cars (no street parking allowed per county restrictions). The chalet is level-entry (rare to find in the mountains) meaning you can walk in the front door from the same level at which you park. The level access between the driveway and front door of the chalet makes for easy unloading/loading of your car during your stay.

Lake Gregory is less than 5 minutes away where you can fish for rainbow trout, visit the San Moritz lodge, walk nature trails, get on the water with a kayak, or just enjoy a day at the beach.

Explore Lake Drive where you’ll find antique shops, minerals, pottery, local restaurants, coffee houses, and pubs with regular live music.

Originally built in 1974, this cabin was completely renovated in 2021. The interior is BRAND NEW! My husband and I live in Los Angeles and purchased this property as our second home. We have put a lot of love and attention to detail into furnishing, decorating, and making it awesome. We are very excited to share it with our guests in between our own personal stays. Nestled on the best street in Crestline, our sweet cabin is a perfect hideaway! Our property is surrounded by pine trees and makes you fee like you are separated from the world!
The perfect living room with fireplace and game table have lots of windows to let in the light and give a view of the amazing trees. The huge upstairs room has the best cabin feel with all the coziness you can handle.
Only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the lake but you may not want to leave the hideaway!
Lake Gregory has so many things to do and see! Or even just do the 2 mile loop walk around the Lake to check it all out!
We have everything you need to stay in or venture out! Feed the birds with your morning coffee in one of our sitting areas, grab a flashlight and head out for an evening stroll or play games near the fireplace.

The temperature was always perfect and location not too far from Gregory lake, and about 20 mins to Lake arrowhead.
