Rowling Road Studio is a great central base in Kaiteriteri if you are looking for a cosy, yet cost effective accommodation option. Perfect for a single person or a couple, this studio has all you'll need for your stay. The studio is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, all that you need to do now is get out, be active and explore the local area!
The studio is located approx. 5 minutes walk to the main beach, and a1 minute bike ride will get you access to the bike park.
The space
After parking your car in the dedicated carpark, you'll grab your key out of the lockbox and open up to a functional and well stocked room with a queen bed, a couple of comfy chairs and a kitchenette that provides all you need. The kitchenette itself includes plug inhot plates, a toaster, a jug, a Nespresso pod machine, and a fridge freezer. Please note, it doesn't include an oven or microwave.
The bathroom has all you'll need too with a modern vanity and toilet and for all you adventurous people out there the shower is outside the front door, so will be great in the summer but could be invigorating in the winter!
Also outside is the deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy partial water views.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire studio. There is a house on the same section which may also have guests, however it has a separate access.
Again please note: this studio has an outdoor shower so while private and hot, may be chilly in the winter :)

The Studio is all you'll need for a quiet getaway to Kaiteriteri. After parking your car in the dedicated carpark, you'll grab your key out of the lockbox and open up to a functional room with a queen bed, a couple of comfy chairs and a kitchenette that provides the basics for your stay. The kitchenette itself includes plug in hot plates, a toaster, a jug, a Nespresso pod machine, and a fridge freezer. (Please note the coffee machine takes the large vertuo pods so while we provide a small number you may wish to bring your own as they aren't available in Motueka) Please note, it doesn't include an oven.
