Our Maximum Guest policy is very rigid to preserve and protect the property.

This 1990 cabin was completely renovated in the spring of 2018. The brand new kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all the cookware needed for a fabulous meal.
There are 2 private queen bedrooms, 1 on each level. The loft area has both a twin and a queen. There are two additional inflatable mattresses.
The home has two full baths and a washer and dryer.
As great as the inside of the home is, the main attraction is the large porch facing the lake and the brand new dock. If you are traveling with your own boat, the home has its own private launch. And when you have had your fill of boating, relax on the dock or play a game of horseshoes.

Spacious 3400 sqft log cabin on Lake Norman with direct lake access. Views from every bedroom.

Main level has an open layout for the kitchen, dinning room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steal appliances and two ovens. Lots of counter and cabinet space and an island that seats 4. The dinning table seats 14 comfortably. This opens up to the spacious living room that looks out to Lake Norman. Enjoy the large sectional, two leather recliners and a 70” smart tv. The laundry room/pantry has plenty of room to store snacks during your stay. The master bedroom comprises of a king bed, leather sofa, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head and a jetting tub. 1/2 bath also on the main floor by the entrance.

The upper level comprises of two bedrooms . Each room has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs loft has a game table with lots of provided games. It overlooks the living room with beautiful views of the lake.

The lower level is the “hangout” spot. Arcade with over 5000 games, foosball table, shuffleboard, pool table and a huge sectional and a 75” smart tv. The double doors lead out to the 6-8 person hot tub and views of the lake. There is a 1/2 bath and a bedroom with a king bed.

The home is situated on almost an acre. The yard is fairly flat and lots of room for outside games. The backyard is completely fenced in and flat and leads straight to the lake. We have a private boat dock and we provide paddle boards and kayaks. Enjoy the evening by the firepit roasting s’mores and sharing memories.

Unfortunately during the time we were there the air conditioning was not working, causing it to be 80 degrees on the top floor. I immediately let the host know and they had someone come out to look as soon as they could. The host was great at communicating and apologetic about the issue. They actually gave us a refund for our stay which I was very thankful for. Had it not been for that issue everything would have been perfect. I would definitely still recommend the house to large groups looking in the area."

Guests are responsible for firewood, and anything needed for the grill. We provide all linens, but make sure to pack your favorite pool towels for the lake.
Since the property is on the lake, around here that means well water. Although we have top notch water filtration systems in place, you can't get around the hard water!

We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the fire pit, and one at the boat doak. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your next family gathering. In the kitchen you will find; pots and pans, as well as dinnerware, flatware and servewear (service for 12). The kitchen appliances include a microwave, full-size fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, gas oven with 5 burner cook top, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, blender, crock pot and coffee maker. Being a large family ourselves our hope was to make this home as accommodating for you and your family as possible, we understand and appreciate the importance of family time. There is also a piano and game room located just between the kitchen and living spaces. You can cookout on the rear deck’s propane Weber grill. There is also (2) all weather dining tables and (4) all weather rocking chairs, to sit and enjoy the sound of birds chirping and a view of the lake. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including the primary bed and bath. All of the bedrooms have a view of the lake through the windows. In the basement you will find a large rec room with sectional sofa and large 75" TV as well as custom built-ins which play host to a cozy pocket office for those needing to be productive while on still on vacation. You will feel like you are worlds away from it all, but it actuality you are just 3 miles to I-77 and within a couple miles of over a dozen delivery restaurants and grocery options. The space
The cabin is 1800 square feet with a living room, full kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a king bed, closet, smart TV and bench. The second bedroom contains a king bed, closet, smart TV, large chair and a sofa that converts into a single bed. There is also a cot and travel crib in the closet. The third bedroom is great for the kids. It contains a full bed, twin bed, and trundle bed (single). Two porches contain lots of outdoor seating. The patio area has additional seating and a table for outdoor dining around the firepit. The spacious dock contains additional outdoor seating.

Kayaks (4), stand-up paddle boards (2), fishing poles and a variety of life jackets are provided.

The space
Spacious 3400 sqft log cabin on Lake Norman with direct lake access. Views from every bedroom.

Main level has an open layout for the kitchen, dinning room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steal appliances and two ovens. Lots of counter and cabinet space and an island that seats 4. The dinning table seats 14 comfortably. This opens up to the spacious living room that looks out to Lake Norman. Enjoy the large sectional, two leather recliners and a 70” smart tv. The laundry room/pantry has plenty of room to store snacks during your stay. The master bedroom comprises of a king bed, leather sofa, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head and a jetting tub. 1/2 bath also on the main floor by the entrance.

The upper level comprises of two bedrooms . Each room has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs loft has a game table with lots of provided games. It overlooks the living room with beautiful views of the lake.

The lower level is the “hangout” spot. Arcade with over 5000 games, foosball table, shuffleboard, pool table and a huge sectional and a 75” smart tv. The double doors lead out to the 6-8 person hot tub and views of the lake. There is a 1/2 bath and a bedroom with a king bed.

The home is situated on almost an acre. The yard is fairly flat and lots of room for outside games. The backyard is completely fenced in and flat and leads straight to the lake. We have a private boat dock and we provide paddle boards and kayaks. Enjoy the evening by the firepit roasting s’mores and sharing memories.

This is a quiet neighborhood with most of the homes with full time residents. Please respect our neighbor’s property, privacy and noise control. There are quiet hours from 9pm-9am and there will be a $1000 fine if we have any noise complaints from the neighbors. Absolutely no parties, no events and no weddings.

Smoking IS NOT ALLOWED both indoor or outdoor! Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.
