CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations (non-group) received from the time of booking to more than 10 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a full refund, less a $25 per room cancellation fee which may be used on a future stay .
Cancellations (non-group) received 10 days or less prior to the date of arrival will result in a full forfeit of the entire amount of the reservation.
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation during your dates of stay, an in-house credit for the amount paid will be given. This credit will be valid for one year from the original arrival date. There are no refunds for inclement weather.
Cancellations for groups (bookings of three or more rooms) carry a 30-day cancellation period (as opposed to 10 days for single-room bookings). However, the cancellation fees are the same.

SPECIAL EVENTS WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

There is a 2-night minimum for reservations on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
Special event weekends may carry a minimum-night stay requirement, too.
