Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!!

Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Actual pictures of the unit so you know what you are getting. All are similar but owners do upgrades on their own. Our unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex.
No check in is required because there is a key pad.. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals. Just bring your beach gear. (some chairs and umbrellas may be on the back porch but I can't guarantee it)
Bikes, kayaks, etc. are available for rent in town. Pool/Grills are open April 1st to October 31st.

It is also a 2 minute drive to the grocery store so that make it great to save time with driving and spend that time relaxing with the family. It's also a very quick drive to their beach which beachwood resorts has their own parking lot next to the beach for each parking and it wasn't crowded at all! We cannot wait to come back to the resort!"

The couch in the living room is also a sleeper for two. The house can sleep six comfortably. We have an outdoor shower, an outdoor space for relaxing, and a gas BBQ. The kitchen has everything you pretty much need…including additional amenities such as a crockpot, air fryer, Keurig, regular coffee pot, an Italian espresso pot, lobster pot, dinnerware, etc. etc…

There is a parking spot available at our home with additional guest/visitor parking spots throughout the community.

We are walking distance to restaurants, specifically Corolla Light Town Center and very close to the 4x4 beach where you can get a glimpse of the wild horses (5 minutes North of us). The pier to see the tranquil sunsets can be found across the street at the Historic Whalehead Club alongside the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Fishing, surfing and swimming are just steps away. Corolla has one fully ADA accessible beach access with a ramp for beach wheelchairs. This beach access is located across from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse on Corolla Village Road. This beach access is the beach access our guests would be using. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach. Corolla Surf Shop hosts surfing lessons at our beach, as it is a surfers spot to catch the waves. We are that close to Historic Corolla Village where you can bike walk and/or stroll. It is just a beautiful and peaceful place.

Grocery stores like Harris Teeter, Butcher’s Block and Food Lion are five to ten minutes just south of us. Lighthouse bagels and the Seaside Farm Market are a car ride away (also 5-10 minutes). You can find seafood fresh from the sea at the market as well as fresh local produce and homemade baked goods.
