This is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath yacht in one of the best locations around. You can walk slips over for fishing, dolphin tours, parasailing, and more. You can walk to a great restaurant and bar at marina. Shallowbag Bay is central to downtown where you can walk or ride and see this beautiful rich history and new favorite spots on the OBX! You are going to love it and we are here to help navigate you… The EPA regulates overboard discharge much stricter than other states. Please use environmentally friendly soap. Toilets are forbidden to be dumped overboard at the dock. To prevent me from having to move boat after each stay I ask that you use the club house. They have multiple toilets and showers including a gym and pool. We do understand there are emergencies but ask that you make an effort to use clubhouse facilities. While this is a bonus to be used during your stay, please do not allow this to bear any weight on your experience with the space you are renting!

Shallowbag Bay Marina is a 75-slip marina located just off the intercoastal waterway in North Carolina's wonderful Outer Banks. The Outer Banks recreational area is one of the fastest growing coastal areas in the United States. The Outer Banks is characterized by barrier islands, natural beaches, sand dunes and beautiful marsh land areas.

The Catamaran Cruiser includes all of the bare necessities one needs and all the comforts to give you that home away from home feeling...including an outdoor charcoal grill within the community!!

Water Condo", "Floating Cottage", "Cabin on the Water" are typical descriptions of Catamaran Cruisers' newest houseboat concept has arrived in MANTEO, NC! The shower on-board is there for your convenience, just be mindful of your use when you are able!
Hot water tank is 12 gallons and takes about 25 minutes to refill and therefore you may enjoy the amenities of in-ground plumbing at the easy to access just a few steps away clubhouse or ship store (total of 4 showers) if you enjoy longer showers and would rather all parties shower at the same time to expedite the getting ready process.

Although we did not meet our host, the communication was very good and we knew if we needed anything or had an issue she would have taken care of it. I would 100% recommend staying on the Love Boat. The Aft Master Stateroom has a Vanity, Dresser Storage, adjoining bath with electric head (toilet) and sink! (NOTE: Shower onboard is not for use. Just steps away from boat are two showers located in Marina building next to laundry room. There are also several other showers with regular indoor plumbing located in the Clubhouse that you have access to during your stay. These spaces are maintained by the Marina and not your host.)
Also, on board is a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer (bring your own ice), microwave, pantry, double sink, 3-burner range & dining area! You will notice oven in picture but it is NOT an offered amenity.
Located in the Salon is a sofa with Roku Smart TV, DVD player with several DVDs and AM/FM radio! Note - cable/satellite not provided.

Lots of outdoor decking! NOTE - No outdoor shade coverage due to high winds that can creep up on us in the OBX and could cause a safety issue.

Other things to note
The houseboat is floating at a slip where tide fluctuates - therefore you may have to step down or up to enter the boat.
Please remember this is a boat and therefore water pressure is different then what you may be used to with the indoor plumbing in your home! As mentioned earlier you have access to several full bathrooms with private showers with hot water. Hot water does not flow on the boat sinks!
Split type ductless system provides Heat & AC on boat.
Please ask your host if pool is open during your stay, if the pool is important to you, as it is maintained by the Marina and not your host.
Please bring your own beach/recreational towels.

Surfside at Sandbridge RV Resort is a luxury campground located on the gorgeous Back Bay in Virginia Beach, VA, one block from the Atlantic Ocean. This rental is for Lot 97, a large, level concrete pad on the canal with water/sewage/50 amp electric hookups. Sunrise over the canal and beautiful sunset views of the Bay from this lot. There is a small grassy area between the pad and canal with picnic table. A short walk or bike will get you to the beach (0.65 miles from lot to sand).

This rental is for the LOT only, no RV on site. (You bring your own or rent one separately.)

Resort amenities include boat ramp, tennis courts, volleyball courts, laundry facilities, and 3 bath houses with large showers. Two pools are available during the summer (June - mid September). Parking for 1-2 cars on lot, depending on the size of your RV. Street parking is available closer to the beach.

Gate pass provided for use during stay. $65 fee per pass will be taken from security deposit if pass not returned.

The space
The Easy Times is a 44ft boat with spacious living area . There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Capt quarters has a king bed and full compact bathroom. The 2nd sleeping quarters has a custom bed sleeps 2 but please note not full reg mattress but custom to space. There is a 1/2 bathroom connected to 2nd BR. Living room does have pull out sofa as well. Fully equipped kitchen. Large smart tv in LR. Multiple decks and covered seating areas with amazing views.

While the boat is private to guests, there are public amenities as well. Large Marina bath house with showers and toilet facilities. (encourage to use these for long showers and private restrooms, the tanks on the boat are "marine size") There is also a nice community pool, gym and local favorite restaurant. Located next to the boat slip is a gazebo and picnic table with front row seating to Shallowbag bay. If that's not enough two complimentary kayaks and discounted Restaurant certificates to one of our famous local spots Sugar Creek Restaurant are included.

Other things to note
Please note shared amenities are managed by condo owners and association not your host. Pool open in season only. Restaurant and Marina store hours are posted and subject to change.

Free parking but not directly behind boat due to amazing location of boat. Tides change which effects boarding the boat there is a ramp for fluctuating tide.

Holding tank on boat is minimum, while running water, toilets, hot showers are provided on vessel the Marina bath house is preferred for longer showers and other toilet needs.

This vessel does not leave the boat slip during your stay. If considering a fishing trip, sunset cruise, or just a boat ride reach out to host for arrangement of a charter with our sister boat.

Come and stay aboard Legacy at the Hatteras Sailing Center. Live aboard a gorgeous sailing yacht in the heart of our National Seashore surrounded by beaches and the Pamlico Sound under the shadow of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.

The yacht's owners are the Phillips Family of Phillips Boatworks and Hatteras Sailing. Meg & Jay Phillips are USCG licensed captains and US Sailing Certified Sailing Instructors Hire one of Legacy's owner captains to take you sailing for a romantic sunset or sail over to Ocracoke and spend a couple nights before sailing back to Cape Hatteras. We offer 30% discount on charter fees for our VRBO guests.

Legacy is our family's winter home and cruising liveaboard educational boat and ocean racing vessel. If you would like to bareboat charter or hire for a captain charter you may need to contact us through our boat charter site. Hatteras is a tricky area to sail so we are pretty selective when it comes to bareboat guests.

Our boat is at the dock and hooked to electric at the sailing center. We have shoreside shower and heads available for your use. We are located right across the street from Pops Raw Bar in Buxton and regularly sail Legacy out behind the sailing center for sunset cruises.

Tiny living is a new camper, located in a private campground in Buxton, less than 1.5 miles from the lighthouse & beach! This camper is perfect for 1-2 adults & 2 kids and offers everything you need for a beach getaway. Full bath, ac, kitchen and outside shower. Private partially fenced area with a picnic table and fire pit. Quiet & family friendly. Happy glamping!

The space
Tiny living is campsite #14 and it’s “tiny” just 19ft long but most find it just fine for sleeping and hanging out outside around the fire pit and picnic table. This camper sleeps 1-2 adults and 2 kids or teens. Adults may feel too snug sleeping in the bunks so we don’t recommend this camper for 4 adults. The oven/stove top are not available for use. There’s a mini fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and outside gas grill (propane provided). Coffee pot and cooking essentials. We do not offer wifi but cellular data works well for connecting to the internet from your phone. The tv only plays movies (small dvd selection). Parking available for two cars in front of the camper. Linens and bathing essentials provided (shampoo & conditioner, body wash and toilet paper) Washer/dryer facility located on site. Quiet campground.

This dockside camper with an outdoor shower is perfect for a couple or solo camper. Enjoy waking up to beautiful waterfront sunrises. The Mother Vine is the oldest native cultivated grapevine in America is a mile from camper. Only a 5 minute drive to Historic Downtown Manteo and about a 12 minute drive to ocean accesses in Nags Head. Dock rental for a boat or Jet Ski is an additional $35 per day.

Experience living aboard a classic yacht in the heart of Silver Lake! Front row seat to unforgettable sunsets & all the amenities of a high end hotel, this private 38' trawler yacht has 2 spacious rooms, plus kitchen and bath. The original teak détail, classic décor will have you wanting to stay again and again. Meant to stay at the dock, plugged in to city water, electricity, you'll feel like you've embarked on a adventure of a lifetime yet able to enjoy all Ocracoke as to offer.

The space
Our 38' Marine Trader is a classic trawler yacht, designed for long-distance cruising and living aboard for significant stretches of time. She comes equipped with two private staterooms, one with a Queen bed or "berth", which is just like a regular queen bed other than it has rounded corner at the top. The other stateroom has a side "berth" which is somewhere between a small full and a wide twin (42" wide), which would sleep comfortably one adult, two children or a younger couple. There is also a Settee berth, revealing a surprisingly wide bunk in the living rooms or “salon”.

The boat is also equipped with a full bathroom or "head" with two doors for privacy, one to the main stateroom, making it a master bedroom, and a door to the hallway. The bathroom offers a small bath, with a shower, a sink, and a regular toilet with a traditional flushing system (approved by the US coast guard), making sure no odors build up.

The boat is also equipped with a full kitchen or “galley" with everything you may need to prepare your meals, including a full size fridge, gas stove, oven, freezer chest, air fry microwave and more.

The best part is all the outdoor space available on the fly bridge, with a Bimini top to provide some sun protection. It comes set up with the original captain chair and boat benches as well as a separate seating area. Overall the boat is extremely spacious. Her name 'Tranquila', Spanish for calm or serenity, inspires a Modus Vivendi of tranquility. She is set up to host up to 5 people comfortably.

The boat is docked at the Down Creek Condos right on Silver Lake. It is prime location for sunsets on the sound and right in the heart of town. You are literally a step away from all the action.

Other things to note
Please note, the Down Creek Condos offer a load in load out spot for all boat slip owners to share, but, there is no parking available in that parking lot. The parking spaces are reserved for the condo owners. The best and easiest way to handle parking for your vehicle is to use the Boat Ramp Parking Lot near the south ferry terminal and the NPS Visitor Center, which is a short walk (2-3 minutes) from the Down Creek Condo. The NPS office is open daily from 1:30 to 3:30pm mid-April through September, and 10am to 12pm Wed, Th, Fr, Sat October through December. The no parking sign is for boat trailers without permits. You can request a free permit for your vehicle at the office.

We highly recommend exploring the island by Golf cart which are available right next door to us at the Ocracoke Island Golf Carts. If you decide to keep your Golf cart overnight, you can discuss parking options with the rental company.
