The room was a little scrffy and the carpet was black so you could see all the full and dust? The only issue was that there was no hot water for a shower as they had a boiler issue in the night, so meant I had to have a strip wash, hopefully a one off, the staff did try and get an out of hours plumber but after 10pm was too out of hours by all accounts???"
