- "Brought the family up from Houston to celebrate our Airman's birthday weekend. The house has plenty of room to spread out, even for 4 adults. It's super easy to get to, the neighborhood is quiet, and the owners/management are very responsive and helpful. We don't have small children, but for anyone who does, there's a swingset and a trampoline (with safety net) in the backyard. Very nice stay!" - "The stay was okay overall. We loved how easily accessible the location was to the highway and how close it was to SAFB. Check-in was super easy, and we appreciated that the host reached out mid-stay to check in on us. It was also great that they added TVs to the rooms as requested!However, the cleanliness and upkeep weren’t quite what we expected compared to other stays in the area. There were stains on the comforter and pillow (one even had what looked like blood), a broken closet door, taped kitchen trim, and the trampoline was not accessible due to the overgrown brush. The backyard hadn’t been cut in a while, there was a hole in the front bathroom door, and the bedroom carpets had some stains. We also found socks under the couch, which made it seem like the place might be lived in during the week and flipped quickly for guests.Additionally, there was no iron (just an ironing board), and the kitchen was pretty minimal compared to other fully stocked properties we’ve stayed at.We didn’t spend much time here, so it was fine for what we needed, but the home felt rushed compared to other rentals in the area."

Due to the fact that our rates are so reasonable we must charge a $25 per person charge for every person over 4 people.

The deck is huge and covered! Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the most beautiful sunsets in Oklahoma; all this in your own private serene location with views of the pond and trees. Enjoy cooking your meals or grilling those steaks right on the deck with the BBQ (we provide the propane).

Bring S’mores makings and enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire in the fire pit. We provide a couple bundles of wood and starter twigs for the fire pit. If it has been raining our wood will be wet. You may want to pick up some dry wood or fire logs and lighter fluid to get our wet wood going and to have more fires. If it is exceptionally dry we may be in a burn band - but not to worry we will have a propane fire pit for you to enjoy and make those S'mores!

Even though we are “out in the country” we have security lights that provide plenty of lighting for the RV's so do not be afraid to leave for the day and return in the evening.

We offer horseback riding lessons/rides at $40 per lesson or $30 each for more than one person or more than one ride – young kids are less. Horse 101: Introduction to horses where you learn to handle, groom and tack the horse then learn to ride at the walk, trot and canter/lope in our round pen and arena. This lesson is usually 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. We customize the lesson/ride for you.

- "I hesitate to list what was wrong with the place because the owner will just contradict my statements. The non-subjective statement I can make is that we left and lost our entire amount we paid for a week and we still feel it was worth it not to have to be in this home. The home was not pretty inside. It says 2 bedrooms, but the owner is considering a living room with a bar for hanging up clothes to be a second bedroom. All of that can be tolerated, but the smell. It had a strong smell of gas. We were only there 10 minutes and we could smell it on our clothes for hours."
