Ralphie's House is located just 6 blocks from the Leg Lamp and a short 5 minute drive to the Festival of Light & USAO Campus. It only made sense to keep that Christmas Town USA spirit alive year round and do a Christmas themed property! The two story House was built in 1930 and fully remodeled in 2023-2024, everything is brand new. We are so excited to offer this very special place to anyone traveling to Chickasha anytime of year.

Nestled just blocks from historic USAO campus and their athletic fields. A quick drive to the renowned Festival of Lights, downtown Chickasha, and the Grady County Fairgrounds. Also near the youth sports complex. Quickly accessible to great, local restaurants, and your usual chain stores. Grocery store, and gas station both within 10 blocks. Within 35 minutes, you can be in OKC for some urban night life. 45 minutes from Norman during football season. Lake Burtchi is less than 30 minutes away.

I told the owner who said he didnt know of any problems and to try to shut the water off to the washer they had just installed which didnt work. We never got any follow up from him the two days we stayed on the issue.There were pretty large gaps in the doors at the front and back of the house and with the damage to the front door made us a little nervous as to safety there. The plug in in the bathroom did not work and there was very sparce furniture. We had to buy trash bags for the bathroom. I would even not complain about that other then the fact that it wasnt what we thought we paid for and the fact that I wasnt notified until the day before we were to be there that there was an issue. I texted several times the day we left with no answer from the owner. I even sent messages on the VBRO app and he still never responded. Very disappointing stay."

Clean and spacious." - "Had 2 different owners trying to communicate me ( and involve me in their drama using their fighting as excuse for not providing me with codes ) followed by arrival to the longest grass in the neighborhood- and a less than clean home - dirty underware laying on floor - filthy tubs - followed by next night full of lies as we arrived to find their home the only one in neighborhood without electricity - owner lied tried sending me pictures of the outage is in the area etc. An electrician showed up on site and confirmed that the owner had not paid the bill and then popped back on and he said it was a smart meter and that meant that he had just pay this bill… we are talking at 11 o’clock at night… never again! I don’t know why you would want to work with somebody like this in your system. It is it Corp. representation of Vrbo."
