The space
We aim to keep this home very clean, and in excellent condition for the upmost comfort of all our guests. To help with this we have a NO smoking policy in the house and a NO pet policy. If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, a replacement fee will be added to your booking fee. Please be respectful of the neighbors—Absolutely NO parties and keep the noise down.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home. There is a smart lock on the front door and you will be assigned a personal access code for easy self check-in. We’ve just added a privacy fence to the backyard for privacy and added security. There are security cameras on the outside of the house, but NO cameras inside. We respect your privacy.

Kitchen:
There is a full dish set, plenty of silverware, cutting knives, cookware, measuring cups, mixing bowls and cooking utensils. We have also provided a kid-friendly dish set complete with plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. The cupboards are stocked with tea, coffee, basic spices and cooking oil. You’ll have access to a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, blender and coffee maker.

Bedrooms/beds:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, sofa chair, a work desk and chair, TV, master bathroom and walk-in closet with a mirror mounted on the wall.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV, a chair and a closet space.

The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed that can sleep up to 3 (bottom bunk = full-size bed, top bunk = twin bed), a sofa seat and a closet space.

The living room has a full/queen size couch bed, a TV, and an electric fire place.

Convenience:
You will have access to a washer and dryer, laundry soap and dryer sheets, 3 portable fans, extra blankets, bedding, towels and washcloths.

Outdoors:
The back porch has outdoor chairs and a bench swing, a small barbecue set, lots of outdoor lighting.

My favorite feature is the awning and outdoor space. Campfires, s'mores, outdoor grill create the perfect family setting in nature. If you prefer the indoors than this camper is well equipped to be comfortable and cozy wherever you decide to stay. Spacious shower, plenty of storage and full kitchen.

A fun place to hang out and relax and some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting out on the large deck watching the deer stroll by. Bring your boat, fishing equipment, and lake toys. You can see the lake from the house but will need to drive to one of the nearby parks to access the lake. Located on a private gravel road. No neighbors too close. With limited internet service you can relax and "disconnect".

Enjoy a peaceful setting in the country and just a few minutes to Lake Oologah for fishing or boating! Owasso, OK just 15 minutes and the Tulsa, OK about 30 minutes away! The space
This is a large home with appx. 3100 sf. There are many options for multiple families or small retreat options/group options (with prior approval). There is a large dining area and a breakfast room that give you plenty of space for dining. Fully stocked kitchen to make meal prep and serving easier. All the bedroom are upstairs with the living area, kitchen and half bath downstairs. We have several outdoor games, a play area for kids and a fire pit to roast hot dogs and make yummy smores and a gas grill!!

This home is located in a rural area with a grocery store about 3 miles. It is about a 15 minute drive to a Wal-mart and Sam's along with other shopping.
There is a driveway that will fit 6 cars and plenty of other parking on the property for boats, trailer etc.....

Other things to note
We have 2 Blue Heeler puppies ( Miracle & Sumit) that are very friendly and love attention! We also have a few friendly barn cats that may make an appearance from time to time!! Please do not let any of the animals into the house as they are not inside pets. Please understand that we are in the country and you may see or encounter a variety of wildlife and critters. These creature reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter any of these critter during your stay. We do our best to keep them at bay and that is part of our Blue Heeler dogs job. Please let us know if the dogs are a bother or you need assistance!!
