- "My two year and six year old boys, my husband, and I had a great time during our three night stay here. The owners were communicative and answered a few questions I had beforehand. The neighbors were friendly and a few children staying a few houses down came by to play with them. The sand and water areas were perfect for little children as the water is fairly shallow and calm by the dock. We took the paddle boat out a few times, fished off the dock, and swam a ton. The water temp was wonderful! My family enjoyed eating dinner on the porch and it was great to have the use of the grill. The house itself was very nice and we were very comfortable. My kids want to come back next summer! I would highly recommend!"

- "Wonderful property and owners!" - "House is comfortable, kitchen has everything you'd need. Might need to make a trip to the store for essentials if staying more than a couple days. Walmart, Aldis, Dollar General, Meijer nearby. The bathrooms/showers are wonderful. The beds were all comfortable. We rented a pontoon down the lake a ways and swam off of it. Around $200 a day... made for a fun day. No tubing, though... unless you have your own boat. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks as well. Paddle boat and canoe also available. Life jackets available. You can fish or swim off the dock. Huge sand box area that our grandson spent hours in with his dozers and trucks and the sand toys they provided. The deck was awesome for the littles... completely safe and fenced in. We mostly ate out there. It would be really nice to have some reclining options on the deck... hammock, recliners, a swing bed would be AMAZING. lol. We enjoyed the fire pit for s'mores as well."

- "We were looking for a house on a lake for a few days of absolute peace and quiet. This was the perfect choice. The house was lovely, with a perfect lakefront view. And most of the time, there was hardly any activity on the lake. On Saturday, the lake got really lively and we enjoyed watching families waterskiing, jet skiing, and tubing, or just cruising around the lake in pontoon boats. Then, about dinnertime, everyone left the lake quiet again. It would be nice if the house had more than one bathroom, but we knew that was the case before we rented it."

Hello and welcome home! Please read all of my reviews for an objective overview. I go above and beyond to accommodate all of my guests and large parties. From bank conferences, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, several families for one amazing vacation, two weddings, and many birthday parties from the beautiful lady who turned 90, I also just had a wonderful booking with a large 80th birthday party. And a fun 67th birthday party too. Beautiful home with Coldwater Lake access built in 2007. Two stories, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Nine Beds, soon to add a queen sleeper sofa.
Currently can sleep 16 in beds. Seven flat screen TVs, WiFi above 500 Mbps. Both bathrooms are handicap accessible. ADA compliant shower and toilet bars, shower chair if needed, and walker if needed. All doors have a minimum width of 36 inches as well. The first floor is all hardwood floors and tile. Second floor amazingly comfortable carpet and hardwood floors. The house is directly beside Camp Buckeye. There are campers, RV's, and trailers in the neighborhood. The home is located on a channel that is a 5 minute boat ride to Coldwater Lake. Very close to the Sandbar and Roy’s Gas Station if you are familiar with the area. I have been a host for years, and I love it !!

Completely renovated waterfront home on Michigan’s beautiful Coldwater Lake. The entire home is yours! Enjoy a beautiful patio that overlooks the lake with furniture for lounging and sunbathing. We offer a stand-up paddle board(SUP) and two kayaks. Just let us know about the SUP in advance. Four seasons of fun, including fishing, water sports, golf, Michigan International Speedway, U. of M and Notre Dame football, within a 90-minute drive. Pokagon State Park and Swiss Valley Resort are also close.
The space
The home was completely renovated, inside and out, with all new appliances. It features a calming neutral interior decor with blue accents. The compact living space seems light and airy and spills out to the lake through large sliding glass doors. The patio also has a propane grill for cookouts during the day and a propane fire table for romantic nights. Off the Master Bedroom, there is a beautiful wooden upstairs deck with cable railing to enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine. There is also a bonus patio away from the house and right next to the lake. After nightfall, walk down the curvy stamped concrete walkway to the bonus patio, sit in comfortable Adirondack chairs, and enjoy drinks around a wood-burning fire pit.
During the summer months, we offer a stand-up paddle board and two kayaks. Rent a pontoon boat from the Coldwater Lake Marina and tie it off the home's all-weather dock. Bring your own boat or jet skis and put them in the water at the boat ramp just 1/2 mile away. Fish for Black Crappie, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and Yellow Perch in Coldwater Lake. There is a 100 feet of sandy bottom lake extending from the break wall. You can swim right off the dock. If you don't want to spend all your time at the lake, there are several nearby golf courses, and the Michigan International Speedway is only one hour away. Shop at the outlet mall that is just ten minutes away.
Visit nearby Pokagon State Park in the fall or enjoy the lake and foliage. If you enjoy football games, Michigan and Notre Dame are only an hour and a half away by car.
During the winter months, ice skate or fish on Coldwater Lake. Cross-country ski or downhill ski at the Swiss Valley Resort, which is just an hour away. Afterward, come home and warm up around the cozy fireplace.
Main Floor: The main floor is down a flight of stairs from the front hall. This floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bath with a bathtub and shower. The full kitchen has a new microwave, gas range with a double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig. The kitchen has a beautiful island with a white quartz countertop that seats three. The kitchen sink has a faucet, garbage disposal, and a reverse osmosis faucet for crystal-clear drinking water. The kitchen table seats eight. Near the kitchen is a sitting room with a large screen smart TV hung over the natural gas fireplace. Spectrum Cable TV and Internet are provided, and guests may watch whatever subscription service they already have on the TV. A laundry room with a new high-capacity washer and dryer is off the hallway from the sitting room.
Upper Floor: The upper floor is three steps up from the front hall. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds that share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a large-screen smart TV. Down the hall is a loft with a leather futon that can sleep one. The loft has a wine and beverage refrigerator. Out the sliding glass door is a second-story deck that overlooks the lake and is under two towering maple trees. Across from the loft is the master bedroom. It has a king bed with a pillow soft mattress topper and a large screen smart TV. Attached to the bedroom is a master bathroom with twin sinks, a toilet, bidet, a walk-in-shower and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens onto the second story deck.

There will be posts to auger your personal boat or rental next to the dock as our dock sits on the floor of the lake and cannot handle a boat being tied up to it. As you look to the backyard, you will be a few short steps from Bella Vista Golf Course, as well their restaurant Oscar Brown's Tavern.

Totally updated Morrison Lake House located on the North Chain of Lakes in Branch County, Michigan. This house is perfectly situated at the highest point on the lake with the best sunset view on the entire chain. Inside this high-end home you will be able to comfortably entertain and sleep up to 10 guests. The home's first floor includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and a custom shower with a rain head, three body jets and a handheld shower.

The house includes a finished basement with a game room and custom-built bunk room. The bedroom includes two queen beds and two full beds. Each bed has its own reading light and electronic charger. The bedroom is completed with a 55" Smart TV. The game room includes an Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and a Ping Pong Table.

The lakeside of the house was built to entertain. The house includes a 4 level composite deck with multiple seating areas to enjoy the view of the lake or sunset. The deck also includes a 2022 Jacuzzi Spa. There is no better place to watch the sunset on a lake then from a private hot tub. The gas firepit provides another relaxing option after a day spent tubing, skiing or fishing on the Lake.

A vinyl dock is available for Guests to fish or swim from. A 10 person Pontoon with a 90 hp and a live well is available for rent. The Pontoon is the perfect way to enjoy the chain of lakes or to spend an afternoon tubing. The Owner has also included kayaks, paddle boat and paddle boards for Guests to utilize.

The host, Shiloh, is extremely easy to deal with and sends detailed emails, so you know everything about the property, and surrounding area. Extremely clean home, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything you need. We used also rented his pontoon, which is like brand new and runs great. My boys and I cought a ton of fish, including many good size large mouth and a few very big Northern Pike. Extremely happy with our stay, we will be back!"

Park your boat on the private dock out front, just feet from Long Lake in Coldwater , Mi. Take a short walk or bike ride to the private swimming ponds with 2 water slides and 4 beaches areas. Located in a fun private community with paved roads that are excellent for roller blades, skate boards and bikes. There are 18 miles of connected lake on the south chain of lakes.

- "This was a nice little spot to stay. Communication with the owner was simple. The only thing that would have made the stay nicer was blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. Especially with kids, there was a lot of light in the bedrooms at bedtime. Otherwise, cute little spot in a beautiful area!" - "The cottage was very clean. Great view of channel, it's just a short little paddle in a kayak to the lake. Easy access to other lakes through the channels. Just a short walk to the playground with swimming area.
