Groceries, shopping and restaurants nearby. Take a day trip to the beach, Carolina and Wrightsville beach less than an hour, Myrtle beach is about 90 minutes. The only recommendations I would give would be to blow leaves and cobwebs from patio and a water filtration system for the well water. This lake front property has unobstructed lake views with a spectacular 19’x22’ screened porch that includes a queen size Restoration Hardware daybed for ultimate relaxation and an outdoor TV and fire table. The deck includes a grill, outdoor dining, and s’mores fire pit. The home is located on a very quiet, family-friendly street with lots of yard to play in, a covered shelter for dining closer to the water, and a private street pier shared by only 7 homes total. My home comes with a dockie water mat for kids to run and play on in the water, a sand beach area, several floats, and a boat buoy provided if you would like to bring your boat or jet ski! There is 1 kayak on site for use, TVs in each room, comfortable linens and beds, and a Mrs. Pacman arcade cocktail table with 12+ games and some board games in case of a rain shower. There is a peloton bike in the master bedroom. You won't ever want to leave! Sorry, no pets and no exceptions. Parking for 4 cars maximum with a 10 person maximum including children at one time per HOA rules and quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please keep alcohol to a minimum and only at the home and not the public areas. No smoking inside or outside the home or on the street, and no pets of any kind allowed. Responsible renting only with no parties or loud groups allowed. Hot tub is not in service. Summer 2025 rentals require a 5 night rental minimum.

- "This house did not disappoint. It was so beautiful. All of the reviews were accurate. We found the owner to be amazing and quick to answer all of our questions. The house could not be more beautifully decorated, but the real beauty was the outside porch. You don't even need to go inside. The water was perfect for the kids and our mom who never gets in loved that she could touch. We got to meet Jim from next door and just sending enjoyed chatting. We can't wait to come back."

Come enjoy the clear water and the gorgeous sunsets at this spacious three bedroom, two bath home! The giant wrap-around porch is the perfect place to sit and soak it all in - or walk out onto your very own private pier. There are two kayaks and two adult bikes to use. Huge front yard with firepit, picnic table, and plenty of space for yard games and the kids to run and play. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place.

This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 8 am.

We have stayed at Goldston’s every year until this year, and we don’t regret not staying there at all! The only thing that we liked more at Goldston’s was their beach area. We have a 17 month old and the beach area would have been nice for her-the house does have a sandy area, but we would have enjoyed the water entrance for her better. There are so many trees when entering the water here that it wasn’t safe for her to get in and walk around towards the shore-but still doesn’t change our opinion of the stay. This house has so much to offer; the view is beautiful, the yard is so spacious, the kids loved having the kayaks & paddle board, they loved the bikes, we all enjoyed the fire pit, and just sitting on the porch. The beds are AMAZING, we all talked about how comfortable they are. Robin was a great communicator and answered all our questions quickly. The house was clean and very well kept. 10/10 recommend staying here-we will definitely be back!"
