- "Peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Loved the view, wrap around porch and fire pit! The only recommendations I would give would be to blow leaves and cobwebs from patio and a water filtration system for the well water. This lake front property has unobstructed lake views with a spectacular 19’x22’ screened porch that includes a queen size Restoration Hardware daybed for ultimate relaxation and an outdoor TV and fire table. The deck includes a grill, outdoor dining, and s’mores fire pit. The home is located on a very quiet, family-friendly street with lots of yard to play in, a covered shelter for dining closer to the water, and a private street pier shared by only 7 homes total. My home comes with a dockie water mat for kids to run and play on in the water, a sand beach area, several floats, and a boat buoy provided if you would like to bring your boat or jet ski! There is 1 kayak on site for use, TVs in each room, comfortable linens and beds, and a Mrs. Pacman arcade cocktail table with 12+ games and some board games in case of a rain shower. There is a peloton bike in the master bedroom. You won't ever want to leave! Sorry, no pets and no exceptions. Parking for 4 cars maximum with a 10 person maximum including children at one time per HOA rules and quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please keep alcohol to a minimum and only at the home and not the public areas. No smoking inside or outside the home or on the street, and no pets of any kind allowed. Responsible renting only with no parties or loud groups allowed. Hot tub is not in service. Summer 2025 rentals require a 5 night rental minimum.

- "This house did not disappoint. It was so beautiful. All of the reviews were accurate. We found the owner to be amazing and quick to answer all of our questions. The house could not be more beautifully decorated, but the real beauty was the outside porch. You don't even need to go inside. The water was perfect for the kids and our mom who never gets in loved that she could touch. We got to meet Jim from next door and just sending enjoyed chatting. We can't wait to come back."

Come enjoy the clear water and the gorgeous sunsets at this spacious three bedroom, two bath home! The giant wrap-around porch is the perfect place to sit and soak it all in - or walk out onto your very own private pier. There are two kayaks and two adult bikes to use. Huge front yard with firepit, picnic table, and plenty of space for yard games and the kids to run and play. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place.

This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 8 am.

We have stayed at Goldston’s every year until this year, and we don’t regret not staying there at all! The only thing that we liked more at Goldston’s was their beach area. We have a 17 month old and the beach area would have been nice for her-the house does have a sandy area, but we would have enjoyed the water entrance for her better. There are so many trees when entering the water here that it wasn’t safe for her to get in and walk around towards the shore-but still doesn’t change our opinion of the stay. This house has so much to offer; the view is beautiful, the yard is so spacious, the kids loved having the kayaks & paddle board, they loved the bikes, we all enjoyed the fire pit, and just sitting on the porch. The beds are AMAZING, we all talked about how comfortable they are. Robin was a great communicator and answered all our questions quickly. The house was clean and very well kept. 10/10 recommend staying here-we will definitely be back!"

This mini cabin is handcrafted and located just steps away from our 147 private pond! It provides an outstanding, at home feel but cabin like camping experience. This cabin is located at the edge of the RV park. The front porch over looks the pond. It is equipped with a full kitchen, indoor bathroom with a stand up shower, and wireless internet. Please be advised that the internet can be spotty due to the location of the cabin and a hot spot may be needed to ensure reliable connection during your stay.

Quiet RV on a private setting with a farm life. Camper is set on end of property away from our home with privacy. Tons of farm life to view on our homestead with own driveway to come and go as you please.
Camper has one bedroom with a king bed to include two full size bunks in the rear. Full hookups supply water, and power as needed for a short stay or longer stay.

Farm animals around property with a fenced pasture behind the camper housing a donkey, cow, and goats. We have free ranged farm cats around the property that area friendly. Other animals including exotic birds, chickens, ducks and peacocks can be viewed with coordination by messaging us in advance.

Guest have own driveway at the end of the pasture to come and go as you please. We ask that you please remain in the area of the camper and fenced area at all times unless coordinated with us prior. We love showing our family friends and farm life however we like to set an appointed time for such.

All bed and bath linens are provided. There are many games, puzzles and a gaming system in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen of cookware. There is also a kayak available to all guests to enjoy. Our HOA does have a strict 6 person limit on people who can spend the night in the condo. Please feel free to contacts us with any questions.

The space
There are three bedrooms - one king, one queen and two singles. This comfy, cozy cottage sleeps six in real beds. All bedrooms have new mattresses, fresh linens, and plush pillows. There are two full bathrooms both fully stocked. There is a comfortable den/living area with a large TV but there are no TVs in the bedrooms (it's a lake thing;) Enjoy kicking back on the large screened in porch anytime of the day, grilling out in the backyard, or Star-gazing on the end of the pier which is fabulous any time of the year.

Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Please observe the quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am. Please respect our property and their neighborhood.

Guest access
The whole house is yours during your stay! There is a shed in the backyard that you are welcome to use if you need to store bikes or anything else. Help yourself to the two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and the cruiser bike that is there. For easier and closer access to the lake, the SUPs are now located on the back of the shed that you pass on your left as you turn into gate at purple yard art flower.

Guests will have access to the private street pier and direct lake access for SUPs (provided) or your own kayak or canoe put in.

Other things to note
Parking is tight on the property with no real driveway. Please parallel park in the grass, street side of the house and overflow in front of the screened-in porch. Three to four cars should fit.

Especially during the off-season and when possible, we’re happy to offer early check-in/out at no extra charge to you.

The whole house is yours during your stay along with a giant front yard and private pier. There is a shed that you are welcome to use during your stay. Help yourself to the kayaks and bikes.

The private pier is yours and yours alone. There is a boat lift available if you are bringing a boat. There are 3 stair entrances to the water, safe for all ages to feel comfortable getting in the lake.

There is a grill, fire pit, and picnic table all by the edge of the lake that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.
