One of the cool little touches-each closet contained a luggage caddy to set up our suitcases off the ground. One last point-we have never stayed in a cleaner, more immaculate house or hotel. It’s far enough away from the activities downtown that the noise isn’t an issue but still close enough to walk to the events. 6/5/2025 UPDATE Due to recent storms the damn has broken and is under repair. This leaves our water levels at either none or very high depending on when the upper damn gates are open. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this is corrected soon. You can, of course, take our kayaks to other open waters for personal use.

Welcome to the Easy Rider Cabin! This unique cabin is conveniently located in the heart of Medicine Park. When pulling up the first thing you will notice is the large tree growing through the front deck giving you shade anytime of the day. The interior has been styled in motorcycle theme using one off custom lamps, clock, and American flag. There is a queen bed, sitting area, custom barrel dining table and night stand. Small kitchenette with fridge and Toshiba Microwave Air Fryer Oven combo. Pit Boss Pellet Grill. Cornhole boards are provided in the yard for some fun games. An additional twin air mattresses can be set up for a third person for additional fee.

Firepit Area 🔥
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor firepit, located in a shared common area used by guests from four nearby properties. Please bring your own firewood. For safety reasons, the firepit may not be used on extremely windy days.

When you first walk in you will see the fold out luggage rack for your bags. We have installed pipe clothes hangers in the entry and the bathroom to hang your clothes. This is a small cozy cabin but we have made the most use out of it by giving you a sitting area with coffee table, dining area for three, kitchenette, queen bed, and full bathroom. The decor has one off motorcycle lamps, motorcycle clock and motorcycle themed art. The front deck is amazing. Relax and drink coffee in the mornings or just hangout during the day under the big shade tree.

Walking is the best way to get around town. You are only a couple minutes walk to the main strip. There is public parking in town but it can get crowded. Having the convenience of being able to walk to the strip is one of the best attributes of this property.

There were cardinal, finches, and we even got welcomed visits from a couple lizards. The hot tub was amazing, but didn't stay warm quite long enough for us (we were in it over an hour). The wine, cheese, and other extra goodies made this stay even more memorable. They really thought of everything! We really were sad that we were out of time! Imagine two of our fun tiny house units, stacked together as a two-story tiny house. It’s the ultimate grown-up fort – sleeping up to 8 of your favorite people. Each unit comes with a SmartTV, WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, bar sink, and the cutest little bathroom you’ve ever seen

Noel and Julie, or our caretaker Devonne, are often on site and available for any questions, recommendations, or other things you may need.

InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events.

Guests that reserve Let the Music Play will have their own second-floor landing deck, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Let the Music Play is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located to the southwest behind the gazebo (to the back right if you enter from the front InnHabit arch), above Prairie Life, next to the ballerina tree carving. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down).

You’ll enjoy the views as the sunsets are amazing. Just a short walk away from Ft Cobb lake. Lemons point boat ramp 1/2 mile down the road. The "not so" tiny house has plenty of space for families. Pull through parking for truck and boats. Set back and breath in the fresh lake air and stay in quiet neighborhood.

Spacious farm house thats completely renovated. Lots of room inside to relax with 6 leather reclining couches. 1 mile from Fort Cobb lake boat ramp. Plenty of room outside to play, park your boat, cookout (there are 3 grills and 2 smokers) and 2 sets of corn hole boards. 1.5 miles to convenience store if you need anything. Perfect spot for family gatherings! Peaceful and amazing sunrise and sunset views. There’s 10 beds configured full bed on bottom and twin on top!

The space
The whole farm was designed for a hunting lodge but offered for use as a lake house during the summer. Plenty of room to park outside for boats, bbq, whatever you want. Everything in the house is new and designed to be user friendly and comfortable. Tile bathrooms with wood floor throughout the house. Couch seating for 14 upstairs with 10 seats that recline. The TVs are 4K HD and have blu-ray players, surround sound and good internet for watching movies.

There is plenty of room outside to run around. The views of the sunrise and sunset are amazing from the sunroom. Ask for anything and host will help you as much as possible.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use anything they want. Plenty of room to grill out outside, play corn hole, or throw horse shoes. The downstairs basement is a separate additional unit and available for an extra fee during your stay.

Other things to note
There is a separate fridge in the garage that can be used for extra storage if needed. There are plenty of chairs in the garage to use as well as plastic tables for outside dining. If you want to save $50 on your cleaning fee by bringing your own bedding, towels that’s an option. Pets are welcome but please know there is a $25 pet fee. If you bring a pet and don’t tell me, it will be $100 from your security deposit. (They leave hair, we’ll know) If you need anything or have any questions just ask.
