This cabin features a queen bed and a futon in the living room that folds into a double bed. You can enjoy steaks on the grill or have the convenience of pizza delivery. Walk down to the riverside fire pit and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

Fishing enthusiasts, bring a pole or even land your boat on the beach. The back channel boat landing is mere 2 miles away. Splash the boat and pull right up to shore. The backwaters are also a great place to paddle kayaks or a canoe.

Note: Our cabin is located on Mississippi River floodplain. If you are booking April/May or Oct/Nov there is a small chance that your stay may be affected by river level. We monitor river levels and will provide you with that information ASAP. The cabin is not affected by flash floods, only by slow rising of the Mississippi River.

This vacation rental home will offer great views of the back channel of the river, with 14 acres and lots of privacy. Easy access to historic Red Wing. It is also less than a hour drive to the Minneapolis Airport and Mall of America.

Three Bedrooms and a large loft area which divides into two additional rooms. Plus 2 futons and 3 sleeper sofas offered in this spacious 3600 sq ft home.

Easily sleeps 19+ people. A-frame style home with lots of windows. Dining room with seating for 12, plus room for additional table for seating for 24 total. Updated kitchen, and sitting room with wood-burning fireplace. Large great room with TV, DVD, VCR, and lots of movie selections. Satellite TV and DSL WiFi Internet.

Basement has recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey, large screen TV and wet bar.

Outdoors you can enjoy the wrap around deck with views of the water. There is a gas grill, swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, tetherball, and fire pit. The home is air conditioned and heated with lots of parking. Boat launch area just minutes away. Red Wing area also has biking and hiking trails. Also can ski and canoe/innertube close by. Casino within 20 minutes.

We added an infrared sauna in 2015. Access to it is given on a case-by-case basis with a signed waiver. It will not be available from June-August while the pool is open. It will also not be provided when group sizes are above 15 people.

The property was built in 1900 and is located in the Red Wing Historical district. The "Yellow Door" which is what it is lovingly called has been completely updated in the fall of 2022.

You are greeted by an open porch where you can sit and enjoy the fall nights, or have conversations while someone is grilling the meal for the night.

That evening was spent reading some of the many wild life books and catching up on some tv. Our host instantly provided missing supplies Was fun to talk to. A wonderful time."

We loved all the space we had and the quietness that surrounds cabin and neighborhood. We watched boats speeding by throughout our stay and ate at some great local restaurants. Master bed is a sleep number bed so both my husband and I slept very well. Washer and dryer worked great too. Both TVs have internet with normal apps downloaded already and satellite tv. We found so much to do in the area - it was a relaxing trip. Cabin is about an hour drive from twin cities. We would recommend this property and we would stay again in the future!"

Completely renovated and spacious, this home is sure to be the place for your next gathering. This property was designed with family in mind, for having fun and making memories in this one of a kind home. Located amongst farm land in Hager City, it's completely private, yet close to both Red Wing and Ellsworth. The distance to downtown Red Wing is 7 miles, and 8 miles from Ellsworth respectively.

Construction/renovation is very nearly complete on this property. We are in the process of furnishing and finishing this home. Pictures reflect certain fixtures/appliances not yet in place. Be assured, they will be in the coming weeks.

The front entrance opens to a spacious mud room, with plenty of room for shoes and outerwear and leads to the main floor.

The main floor consists of a brand new kitchen, complete with an oversized fridge/freezer, oversized oven/stove, open shelving and an 8' island with seating for 4. The 11' dining table comfortably seats 12, and can seat up to 18 if, by request, table is expanded to the maximum length of 15'. There is a separate wet bar area with a sink, second dishwasher, ice maker, and beverage fridge.

The living room has a sectional, fireplace, and TV. Behind the living room is an additional sitting room, which can double as a lounge, game room, or additional sleeping area if needed.

Access to the indoor pool is through a door from the main floor into the backside of entry way, entirely indoors. You'll pass a washer/dryer and a half bath. There is keypad lock securing access to pool building for safety. There is a 36’ x 20’ heated pool, and diving board. A 7 person hot tub nestled in the corner allows for a full view of the pool as well as the backyard through the picture window. There is additional counter space and a beverage fridge between the hot tub and the sauna. The floor is heated, making it perfect for year round swimming and leisure.

The lower level (semi basement) is accessed from the main floor. This floor has three bedrooms, and an additional washer/dryer. All three bedrooms have king sized beds, private en suites and TV's. One of the en suites has a tub/shower combo and the other two are showers.

If you make your way back to the main floor, you'll be able to take the stairs to the second level. This floor hosts the 3rd washer/dryer set, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is the master suite, with a king sized bed, TV, and a large private en suite, including a separate soaking tub. The other bedroom is slightly smaller but also has a king sized sleeping arrangement, TV, and private en suite with a shower. If preferred, this room can be used as an additional lounge or living space by modifying the sleeping arrangement to a sitting option. Between the two bedrooms, a hallway allows access to the final bathroom and staircase to the upper level.

The upper level is an open space with multiple uses. Designed as a play and sleeping space for up to 8 children. The sleeping accommodations are ideal for younger children (12 and under.)

There is a ring doorbell camera as well as one other exterior camera facing the driveway. There is an electric car charger mounted on the side of the building; use is included in your reservation. The parking is uncovered and is currently sand/gravel. Later in 2026 the backyard will expand with a larger deck and patio space.

Just 45 min from the Twin Cities, the drive is worth it. Beautiful Hwy 35 is a scenic route is enjoyed by many. Enjoy the scenes riverside or hike Barn Bluff to grab a spectacular view of Red Wing, Mn.

The backchannel boat landing is a mere 2 miles away. Splash your fishing boat and have the convenience of accessible shoreline right at the cabin. Bring your kayaks or canoe, splash on our riverfront property and enjoy the backwaters.

The cabin is located on Mississippi River flood plain. If you are booking April/May or Oct/Nov there is a small chance that river height could affect your stay. We monitor river levels to ensure you are notified ASAP if there needs to be a cancellation.

Lodging for 4 people. There are 4 twin beds. Great location for those that like to fish! And for those looking to see the surrounding area and events (Treasure Island Event Center). Your place is 3 miles from downtown Red Wing MN, along the Mississippi River. Just yards up from Everett’s Resort and 2 miles from the DNR boat access Pool 4 off of Hwy 63 WI. There is also public offshore fishing within walking distance of the lodging. We also have inside boat storage, for additional cost.

Your apartment is on the Main floor and is a full apartment. There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment. You will be on the main floor. Private, secured, full apartment with its own ventilation system and furnace, water heater, window air conditioner, and two large floor fans. Kitchen (refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, coffee pot & coffee grounds), full shower/tub, towels & washcloths (shampoo/conditioner/body soap), living room, two bedrooms with two twin beds each and sheets/blankets/pillows. The mattresses are enclosed with a zip covering and then a mattress protector and then full bedding. The pillows are in a zip casing and then the pillowcase. We have gone to great lengths to be committed to cleanliness. There is a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink, the skinny faucet on the right. The tapwater has been tested and Wisconsin statute has deemed it safe to drink. Yet we prefer the reverse osmosis system. There are Two recliners, soft rocker, and a large couch. Main level apartment of a duplex. There is an exterior electrical outlet. If you would like, there is storage, in a locked shed, that is available, next door, for extra cost. This money will be collected when item arrives. There is public, offshore fishing, within walking distance, although there is parking space for vehicles, from where you will be staying. Let us know if you want directions to that.

Peaceful, beautiful property with Trimbelle River within walking distance. Close to Red Wing /Twin Cities, Stockholm/Pepin, restaurants, bars and Treasure Island Casino. Different kinds of wildlife. Nice road to walk or bike. I've been here long time and enjoy it all still.

I am not far from any source. Red Wing is 8 miles. Small quaint towns like Bay City, Maiden Rock, Stockholm, Pepin , are within 40 miles or less. Twin Cities is an hour away. Treasure Island is 40 minutes or less. Lots of bars/restaurants within 5 miles. Vino in the valley is 30 minutes away. Its an awesome place to see and good pizza and wine. The road I live on is great for bike rides and walks. Trout stream in my back yard. Climb the bluff in Red Wing, Mn., Drive to top of Memorial hill in Red Wing .Nice drive around Lake Pepin. Lots to do. Also during this time of inconvenience because of COVID-19, I want you to know that my home is cleaned with top of the line cleaner. Shower facilities are available as part of the marina but are NOT part of the boat. This getaway is best set for 2. However, it is possible more could be accommodated. This stay may not be suitable for small children for safety as this is on moving water. There is a covered patio on the lower level with comfortable chairs around a propane fire pit and the peaceful sounds of the river at your toes. The upper deck is a great place to catch an amazing sunrise, sunset, or even a tan.

This beautiful house boat is located half a mile from scenic Red Wing and miles from some of Minnesota's most beautiful hiking and biking trails. You can get adevturous and catch a show at Treasure Isand or step off the dock for live music at the Harbor Bar. With so many things to do, this stay won't disappoint.

Also, people on our dock love to chat and are always generous. We ask that guests respect all the people that come and go on the docks and the people that live there permanently. Enjoy a step back in time with our charming, refinished farmhouse. Located in the Wisconsin countryside on the bluffs above the Mississippi River, you'll find a quiet sanctuary. We're perfect for a girls' weekend, time off the grid, or a serene place to work, read and relax. Close-by are the quaint shops, restaurants and arts activities of Red Wing, Minnesota, and beautiful drives, wineries and outdoor recreation along Lake Pepin.

The space
Built in 1920 and a working farmhouse until 2015, this charming two-story home has original hardwood floors throughout and was recently updated with modern amenities, while retaining its nostalgic charm.

On the main level you'll find a full kitchen with new appliances - including refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker - and a large island for friends and family to gather around. The kitchen opens directly into the dining room, and living room, providing expansive space for group gatherings. The first floor also features a small, cozy room to read a book or work, and a bathroom with shower.

Three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. One bedroom features a queen bed, one has a full-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature beautiful views of the Wisconsin countryside and are tastefully decorated with a mix of original house antiques and modern comforts. The upstairs bathroom features a luxurious slipper tub and separate walk-in shower.

No farmhouse is complete without a sun porch. During the warm months, relax and enjoy the gentle breeze in our porch rocking chairs and sitting area. There are 2 Adirondack chairs and a "fire crib" in the yard to enjoy. A BBQ is available upon request.

Other things to note
This home is located in a country setting and is surrounded by farm fields. Bedrooms are located on the second floor, so you must be able to climb stairs. The yard is unfenced.
While we are in the country, we do respect our neighbors by requesting quiet after 10pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends.
