Close to restaurants and Disney. 192 is easy to use but at certain times of day takes a long time due to heavy traffic. Osceola Parkway is definitely the way to travel but it requires a toll. The hot tub/spa requires an additional daily charge for them to turn on the heat. It was still warm enough during the day so we did not pay extra for it. "

I specifically booked it because of the game room and amenities geared toward kids shown in the Expedia pictures that I thought were in the condo. They were not. Any amenities from those pictures were in the main house. The carpet was stained, the floors and doors all creaked/squeaked (which matters if you have kids who are light sleepers and you’re trying to ninja walk out of the room at night), when it rained, the ants would come in the downstairs sliding doors, trash pickup is right next door, and it comes very loudly at 3 a.m., the sheets on the beds were put on with the tag up by the head, so the beds had to be remade to move the tags to the foot of the beds, the couch is bowed where either a huge person sat on it, or kids have jumped on it and broken it. We didn’t even use the back patio area because it looked like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. Regarding stairs, I was unaware this rental had stairs. I have young kids and always look for places without stairs so they don’t fall. My youngest fell down the stairs the first day and hurt his hip. Other issues of note: I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen before and have not been provided with general kitchen amenities such as salt, pepper, coffee pods, foil, plastic bags, etc. We had purchased some groceries prior to arriving but were unable to season anything we cooked. Had we known these types of items weren’t provided, we would have picked them up. "

All of the rooms are PRIVATE bedrooms (no shared rooms). We have multiple rooms in our house rented at the same time so it is not uncommon to see or hear other guests while staying in our home.

Free parking is available to all guests and is first come, first serve in the driveway. The driveway is designed for two cars. There is an additional space in the street for parking.

NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. We pride ourselves on our good reviews and want every guest to come home to a clean environment! Also, if room is damaged (without work request) in any way or by not cleaning or stains in carpet or missing remote, you will be charged an additional fee of $200.00.

Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please do not leave food or drinks on countertops, in trash cans, and especially on the pool deck. Please know that dirty or damp clothing is a favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any doors or windows open, it increases insert infestation.

Cozy Condominium's Apartment in Orlando, 10 minutes from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Enjoy your vacation in the comfort of a beautiful vacation room. A fantastic location, on the main avenue of Kissimmee US-192, near the old town of Kissimmee, restaurants, supermarkets, service stations and lot of commercial spaces, the most tourist area of Orlando.

The space
Modern and comfortable 28mts2 room for 4 people fully equipped. It is a bedroom with a 2 beds queen size with sheets, pillows and blankets (The sheets or towels are not new, if they are completely clean, with a high temperature process to remove all bacteria), air conditioning, bedside table with lamp and has a TV with cable service and remote control. Wardrobe where you can hang your clothes and organize your belongings. The bathroom is spacious. Equipped with bathtub, soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels for 4 people. It has a hair dryer. You can enjoy a large closet with microwave, mini fridge and desk to meet all your needs.

Our apartment is inside a hotel. In case of emergency, our hotel employees have the right to enter the units without prior notice. We always leave the lights on, TV on, for the guests.

All guests enjoy fantastic amenities; pool, Wi-Fi, Free Parking and an INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Note there is no kitchen but you have a microwave, moreover you can enjoy breakfast All you can eat every morning in the internal restaurant (for an additional cost of $ 13 per person). They can change the price whatever they want.The hotel has an outdoor pool. There is a lobby with comfortable furniture and cable TV. It has a reception where you can provide information and guidance during your stay. Wi-Fi service in all areas of the Residential Complex.
We don't have fiber optics that pass through the hotel, so the internet isn't very strong, and it's slow.

The property is not an hotel there are no toiletries and cleaning is done only on your departure, there are no changes of sheets or towels restock toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, if you want additional cleaning, please feel free to contact us.
