Velma & Ron’s Bunkie is on private property. It is very quiet and secluded which makes for excellent privacy. Pets are most welcome. Everything on the Bruce Peninsula is within an hours drive. For example, Tobermory, Cypress Lake, Grotto, Sauble Beach, Bruce Trail and numerous other hiking trails and tourist attractions on the Peninsula.

We live upstairs and enjoy meeting and welcoming guests to our home. However you will have very good privacy once in your space in the basement and separate entrance. We ask that music and noise be kept to a minimum after 11:00pm as we have family that works shift work and early hours.

For everyone’s safety we have installed a whole home 5 stage air purification system that includes heppa filter and ultraviolet light in our home. We ask that you bring your own towels for added protection (we do have towels available if you forgot yours or were unable to bring some), especially Beach towels as we ask that our towels not be removed from the house.

We are a group of ten unique and pretty cottages, located directly In front of Beach 2.We back onto the Nottawasaga River(excellent for fishing).We are extremely clean and have a separate washroom facility for our cottages.There is a common picnic area,overlooking the river with 2 full Bbq's available for guest use. We have a fire pit(weather permitting) for late night hotdogs, smores and marshmallow roasting.We are a 5 min walk from the waterfront square-where all the special events take place.
