Trashcan pickup at the road is on Friday mornings.

The Riverhouse was a dream to stay in! The house was beautiful and Mike left a care package of travel essentials that was so helpful. The house is right on the water and has a beautiful porch that we spent time on each morning. Mike was very kind and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. He was very responsive when we had questions as well. Definitely recommend staying here! We want to come back!

Mike gives very good instructions on how to find the place and the driveway. He was very responsive if we needed anything however it was all set up so nice and already prepared for anything you needed! The atmosphere was awesome because you were kinda away from neighbors but had neighbors. It was very peaceful. I loved the house because it was that farm feeling with even a rooster next door to say hello but far enough away it was funny to me! The location was convenient to any direction we wanted to go! I will most definitely look him up again if we have more baseball games over there! We absolutely loved it ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just loved the river house. Beautiful porch, on which you can sit on rocking chairs watching the river flow. Amazing massive clear windows bring light throughout the space. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Such a great place to relax while in town for the festival. Would stay again. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.

The other bedroom is also very spacious with a full bathroom right next door. One small complaint was the smell of water and unfortunate yellowing that it caused, but other than that, my family throughly enjoyed our stay and the wonderful host! The kitchen had a variety of pans, utensils and cookware. We all liked the farmhouse sink and the spray/spout made washing dishes super easy. The jetted tub was such a treat. I really enjoyed soaking. Our bed was a dream. We haven't slept that comfortably in a long time. When we replace our mattress, I want one just like it. The dining and living room was spacious. We could've used a little more seating in the living room, like a lounge or oversized loveseat. The sofa was L shaped. When we all sat down hang out and talk, we were only able to fit four comfortably. We were there for a family reunion, so we were away most of the time and didn't get to relax at the house as much as we would've liked. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the house again."
