- "We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. The internet comes and goes. You'll have internet for a few minutes then it will quit. For their online check in, they asked for a copy of my DL. I certainly wasn't going to give that to a stranger. When I called and told the lady it was crazy for them to ask for that and I wouldn't be giving that to them, she said it was okay and she would call me the next day at 2pm for more information on checking in. I never received a call and I started calling and emailing them. I sent 2 emails and called and left 3 messages with no response. On my way to OK, I called again and left another message. I had to call about 20 times back to back to finally get a return call. Finally, the night before leaving, I emailed and texted and asked for check out procedures. Again I received no response. We cleaned the dishes and took the trash out and left. On top of everything else, there was remodeling going on in the adjoining house and we enjoyed pounding all day. It is only reasonable to expect better communication, warm bedrooms and adequate communication. With the construction the place shouldn't have even been rented"

Shared access to kitchen and living room. 1 mile from the Integris/Baptist Medical Center, great access to I-44/40/35, Lake Hefner Park, major employers, restaurants, and entertainment, 10 minutes from downtown.

The space
Fantastic location near major employers: Integris Baptist and Deaconess Hospitals, Bank of Oklahoma, Love's, Midfirst Bank, IBC Bank and lots more. A mini refrigerator is also available inside the room to keep your personal food items.

Other things to note
You will live in the downstairs bedroom suite in a building with 3 other bedroom suites on the second floor. The living room and kitchen are shared amongst all resident guests. Your three-second floor neighbors are also unrelated and are professionals. Your neighbors have been carefully vetted and have proven themselves to be good citizens. All bedrooms are individually locked for privacy.

Strict no-pet and no-smoking policy; non-compliance will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee for professional deodorization and cleaning. Note: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or in any common areas, including breezeways, building entrances, or patios. This policy means that there should be no trace of smoke odor inside the unit or in common areas at any time. The presence of smoke odor or any items that cause it, such as cigarette butts or ashes, inside the unit will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee. Non-compliance will lead to this fee being applied without exception.

The complex includes a salt-water swimming pool and a clubhouse. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen. Ample parking is available immediately in front of the residence. All cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

After use please keep the iron back to the laundry area so that other guests can use it. Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions anytime.

Private room offered in a 3 bedroom home. Room located in the back of house with queen bed and velvet seating chair. Quiet and peaceful.

I have a Rough Collie named Penny. She will be with me while guests stay in the Air BnB room, but if there are pet allergies in the party this might not be the best fit.

You can expect to run into me and my golden doodle named atlas! He is super friendly and loves to be pet. Upon arrival, he may offer an occasional greeting bark upon entry but settles almost instantly. He would love to have a play date with your furry friend too! He is socialized daily at a membership only dog park and is no stranger to other dogs!
