Our Cedar Bluff cottage is tucked on a private, gated, gravel drive. Located on a private exotic animal ranch, guests are able to experience some of the species that call Coble Highland Ranch their home. Ring tailed lemurs are viewable on Lemur Island, a spacious area surrounded by water with plenty of branches and trees to freely climb. The lemurs have a climate-controlled, heated house on the island for days when it might be too chilly to play outside. Marked hiking trails also lead to a separate pasture where you can access our Zebra Overlook and observe a herd of zebras from above peacefully grazing on the Oklahoma prairie. Walk the trails to find our newly added (Summer 2024) sulcatta habitat!

Cedar Bluff is a quaint, open concept cabin with one, fully-adjustable, king size bed (with LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers!). A "tree house" loft with a full size mattress, for our younger guests, is easily accessed by a ladder with handles. There is a cozy breakfast nook with assorted prepackaged breakfast snacks, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups and condiments. A mini fridge is available for your use, as well. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. A Roku TV and high speed, free guest Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. Outside, there is a large deck overlooking a serene pond with a private hot tub, outdoor shower and fire pit area with porch swings. Charcoal park-style grill available (note: no utensils or charcoal is provided)

While Cedar Bluff is secluded within a wooded area, it is located only 2.5 miles from the small town of Henryetta where you can enjoy local eateries or pick up essentials at WalMart. With easy access to Hwy 75 and I-40, Cedar Bluff is a perfect getaway for anyone!

As part of Rocky Ridge Resort, we are pleased to offer our cabin in the woods! Tucked away on 40-acres, just minutes from Dripping Springs & Okmulgee Lakes. A few miles down the road is a shooting range, Wildlife Management Areas and the city of Okmulgee. Newer construction, 432 sq. ft one Queen bedroom plus loft (2 twin mattresses), one bathroom, combined living, dining and kitchen area, sleeps 1 to 5 people ($25/person after 4). All linens, towels, washcloths are provided. Fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill also available. Plenty of room to park your vehicles, trailers or watercraft! 7 full hook up RV sites are across from the cabin. Property is privately owned, gated, secluded, peaceful and quiet. ORV's welcome for registered guests only. Pets are allowed for a non-refundable deposit of $25/pet; limit 2. Located just minutes from us is massage services, bait shop and RV repair!

Longer, temporary stays are considered. For guests staying an extended period of time (longer than 7 days) with us:

Located just minutes off the interstate, our house in Henryetta is the perfect stopover for families and travelers looking for a place to relax after a long day on the road. We spend several weeks a year here visiting family, so it has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
The home is pet and kid friendly but not fully "child-proof"; please watch small children carefully.

A couple important things about the house, to make sure this is the right fit for you:

-There is a railroad crossing about a block away, and trains pass by several times throughout the day and night blowing their horns.

-This is an older house that is "settling", and you may notice that the floors are wonky in a few places.

-We do treat regularly for insects, but especially during warm and wet times of year you may encounter some bugs in the house (ants, rolly pollys, spiders). Keeping the kitchen clean and wiping up any spills/crumbs immediately will help cut down on any insects.

The majority of the property is dense woods with several open areas throughout. Wild animals, insects and reptiles are normally found here. Dress accordingly if venturing out and proceed with activities with this in mind. Be mindful of extreme weather conditions - excessively wet or dry, snow, ice, etc.

This is “glamping” in the woods with cold AC, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors in this new but vintage-vibe tiny cabin near fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting, and trails for hiking and biking. There is also a small pond with a fishing dock on the property. You will have plenty of secure parking for vehicles, boats, kayaks, or bicycles. This is a very wooded and secluded property.

The space
The cabin has through-the-wall AC and heat. Hot and cold running water is available at the kitchen sink. Dishes, cookware, and various appliances are provided. A TV with firestick provides plenty of indoor entertainment. There is also an attached covered deck and a large fire ring with chairs and loungers. A charcoal grill is available. Please note that the cabin utilizes an odorless and easy-to-use compost toilet, and we take care of disposal. The shower is also outdoors, so in cold weather we will help you make other accommodations. (This is part of the reason for the price drop over the winter.)

Please note: There is a carpeted set of stairs/ladder to the main bedroom in the loft. Please see photos. You will need to be able to climb these to reach the queen bed. There is a daybed in the living area on the ground floor. There is an outdoor shower attached to the cabin. When weather does not allow its use we provide a discount and help make arrangements to use the heated showers in the park.
You will have the entire cabin, deck, and firepit. you are welcome to walk in the woods and fish in our small pond outside of the fences area. You can come and go through the automatic gate as you please. We will provide you with an entry code or a remote.

Other things to note
We have several dogs, but they will be fenced away from your area, and we will bring them indoors at night, so they do not disturb you. We live on the property but you will have the cabin and outdoor area to yourself. If we are home I offer coffee cake or pastry one morning of your stay if that fits your dietary preferences. I will just drop it off on one of the porch chairs.

Grace Hill House is a 1926 Tudor Revival ready to welcome guests and make new friends. It is one-of-a-kind property with stunning views, a spacious back yard and a lily pad filled pond with fountain; plus a couple of outdoor cats that might stop to say "hello."

The space
Your room has a brand new California King mattress set, its own small refrigerator, 400+ thread count sheets, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee with all of the fixin's and its own refrigerator. We also offer a weekly cleaning service at no charge to our wonderful guests!

The property has been professionally divided into two completely separate units—each with its own private entrance, deadbolt-locked interior door, and no shared living spaces. The smaller back unit/guesthouse is occasionally occupied by the owner, who values guest privacy and maintains a quiet presence. Some minimal sound may carry between the units due to the shared wall, similar to a condo or townhouse setup. The space is fully secure, private, and yours to enjoy

Guests also have full access to the large yard and driveway. The only shared space is the driveway, which is long and spacious enough for multiple vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks.

This is “glamping” in the woods with heat, AC, and TV, and a fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors in this new but vintage-vibe tiny cabin near fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting, and trails for hiking and biking. There is also a small pond with a fishing dock on the property. Appliances and utensils provided for indoor and outdoor cooking.

The space
The cabin has through-the-wall AC and heat. Hot and cold running water is available at the kitchen sink. Dishes, cookware, and various appliances are provided. A TV with firestick provides plenty of indoor entertainment. There is also an attached covered deck and a large fire ring with chairs and loungers. A charcoal grill is available. Please note that the cabin utilizes an odorless and easy-to-use compost toilet, and we take care of disposal. The shower is also outdoors, so in cooler weather we will help you make other accommodations.

Please note: There is a carpeted set of stairs/ladder to the main bedroom in the loft. Please see photos. You will need to be able to climb these to reach the queen bed. There is a daybed in the living area on the ground floor. There is an outdoor shower attached to the cabin. When weather does not allow its use we provide a discount and help make arrangements to use the heated showers in the park.
You will have the entire cabin, deck, and firepit. you are welcome to walk in the woods and fish in our small pond outside of the fences area. You can come and go through the automatic gate as you please. We will provide you with an entry code or a remote.

Other things to note
We have several dogs, but they will be fenced away from your area, and we will bring them indoors at night, so they do not disturb you. We live on the property but you will have the cabin and outdoor area to yourself. If we are home I offer coffee cake or pastry one morning of your stay if that fits your dietary preferences. I will just drop it off on one of the porch chairs.

The Baldridge Cottage is our 2nd cabin at Rocky Ridge Resort. Get the feel of camping outside but with the amenities of inside comfort! Bathroom contains a soaking tub (no shower), vanity, toilet, and all linens. Cottage has central heat and air, TV hooked up to Roku and WIFI. Front deck has ample seating space with 2 Adirondack chairs. Fire pit near Cottage. Firewood is free! Pets welcome with paid non-refundable fee. 1 pet max. Waste must be picked up and discarded; pets must be on a leash when outside. Cottage is located near our other 2 cabins; RV sites are across the road from the cabins. Feel free to roam our 40 acres. Hiking trail, fishing pond and ORV's welcome for registered guests. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the Cottage! If smoking outside, you must dispose of waste. Parking is very near the cabin and you'll use a ramp to enter the Cottage. Plenty of room nearby for boats, trailers, etc - do not block drive. We are privately owned, gated and secluded; just minutes from 2 lakes, shooting range, massage, and wildlife management areas. Nearest town Okmulgee) is a 15-20 minute scenic drive. Entrance and driveway is gravel. Cottage is in the woods - expect wild animals (deer, turkey, coyotes, armadillos, skunks, squirrels, etc.), insects, reptiles, etc. Longer, temporary stays are considered. Scammers will be reported.

Property is privately owned, gated and secluded. Guests are allowed anywhere within the 40 acres of our fenced property. Guests will have the Baldridge Cottage to themselves. Guests are provided a gate opener and cabin key upon arrival and must return both to the drop box upon departure to avoid a $30 charge.

Hickory Ridge is a quaint, open concept cabin with one, fully-adjustable, king size bed (with LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers!). A "tree house" loft with a full size mattress, for our younger guests, is easily accessed by a ladder with handles. There is a cozy breakfast nook with assorted prepackaged breakfast snacks, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups and condiments. A mini fridge is available for your use, as well. There is a full bathroom with shower. A Roku TV and high speed, free guest Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. Outside, there is a large deck with a private hot tub, outdoor shower and fire pit area with porch swings. Charcoal park-style grill available (note: no utensils or charcoal is provided)

While Hickory Ridge is secluded within a wooded area, it is located only 2.5 miles from the small town of Henryetta where you can enjoy local eateries or pick up essentials at WalMart. With easy access to Hwy 75 and I-40, Hickory Ridge is a perfect getaway for anyone!

Hickory Ridge's interior is constructed with rough cut red cedar wood and may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
While the red cedar wood is a natural insecticide - along with preventative measures and treatments - the location in a wooded area may allow for small insects to find their way into the cabin.

Our Pine Hollow cottage is tucked on a private, gated, gravel drive. Located on a private exotic animal ranch, guests are able to experience some of the species that call Coble Highland Ranch their home. Pine Hollow is nestled against a 20 acre meadow in which our zebras are free to roam. The cottage features a large, picture window in which you are able to get an up close view of the zebras grazing and lounging around at any time during your stay.

Ring tailed lemurs are viewable on Lemur Island, a spacious area surrounded by water with plenty of branches and trees to freely climb. The lemurs have a climate-controlled, heated house on the island for days when it might be too chilly to play outside. Lemur Island can be easily found by walking the marked hiking trails on the property. Don't forget to walk the trails to our newly added (Summer 2024) sulcatta tortoise habitat!

Pine Hollow is a quaint, open concept cabin with one, fully-adjustable, king size bed (Nectar mattress with LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers!). A "tree house" loft with a full size Nectar mattress, for our younger guests, is easily accessed by a small set of stairs. Trains – A rail crossing 1½ blocks away means you’ll hear horns several times day & night.

Bugs – We treat regularly, but Oklahoma’s heat and humidity can invite ants or pill bugs. Wipe counters and store food to keep them at bay.

Child‑friendly, not child‑proof – Open staircase (no gate) and an upstairs loft without a door. Please supervise little ones.

Quiet hours – 10 pm – 7 am to respect neighbors and future guests.
