Coby Ryan’s sandwich shop was ok if you like sandwich, soup, salads. Tiny place though so you may want to get it to go. We had a couple of issues but the host was gracious and overall we had a nice little getaway."

Circle M Lodge is a beautiful, rustic lodge on the rolling hills of Central Oklahoma and provides a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Circle M Lodge sits on the Circle M Ranch, which is a working cattle ranch with lots of cows and ponds and barns. This rental includes the entire lodge building and private pool access. The lodge includes 12 sleeping rooms with queen beds and full bathrooms. We also include 2 bunkrooms that have bunk beds in each room. The bunk rooms are adjoined to a sleeping room with a lockable door. Our lodge is capable of sleeping up to 30 people in twin beds and bunk beds. Sleeping available for 75 at an additional charge per person. Inside the lodge, we offer 4500sf of living room and dining space that includes a huge fireplace and a large screen TV, cozy couches, tables, and lots of chairs. Our lodge kitchen has a large stove with a griddle and a fryer and includes an ice machine. There is plenty of room to play games like shuffleboard, ping pong, and indoor dodge ball. The lodge is also equipped with a full kitchen and men's and ladies' restrooms. The front of the lodge is home to a large front porch with lots of room for sitting and whittling and a nice view of the sunrise and sunset each day. It's a great place to relax and you might even get a chance to talk to the cows. During your stay, you will have access to 160 beautiful acres to hike and explore with your friends and family. While you are staying with us you can also enjoy 4 fishing ponds. We want your time with us to be fun and relaxing; no worries! We are located about 17 miles from the Chickasaw National Recreation Area and the Artesian Hotel and Casino in Sulphur, OK. There is a nice water park in nearby Pauls Valley and the Lake of the Arbuckles is just a few miles away. Please consider us when you are planning your family reunion or corporate retreat. The Cottage is an open floor plan efficiency cottage. It is ideal for extra sleeping arrangements or for a small group. The cottage was recently refreshed with new bedding and furniture. The modern decor` is artful and cozy.

The unit is next to, but separate, to our family home. You will have full access to both ponds, fishing, kayaking etc.

The A-Frames at Harmony Hills sit on top of 320 acres of some of the most beautiful country side in the entire Southwest. Don't forget to book your Exotic Animal Jeep Tour! You'll be surrounded by wildlife living freely on rolling hills, wooded areas, and over a dozen ponds! Harmony Hills is a working regenerative agriculture farm. In addition to cattle, you may see deer, wild turkey, ducks, armadillos, coyotes, bobcats, wild boar, and an endless variety of birds, including red hawks and owls.

Our A-Frames were designed with comfort and luxury in mind, while living in harmony with the natural world. The "Gray-Frame" includes a beautiful open "infinity deck" overlooking a stocked pond, and shaded by a giant oak tree. The living room is open to the dining room and full-sized kitchen, stocked brand new modern appliances. The stairs lead up to a loft that includes a movie room with a large sleeper sofa and two twin beds. The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and opens up on to a private patio.

The "Mini" A-Frame tiny home is 150 feet away from the "Gray-Frame," and was designed for a deeper connection to nature. The large triangular window in the main room gives you the sensation of being outside, a true "glamping" experience, with the comforts of a modern home like air conditioning, running water, a small kitchen and bathroom.

The front gate will be open at check-in time. Guests have full access to the "Gray-Frame" and "Mini" A-Frame tiny home. Both houses have keycode door access. The code will be provided before check-in.

In order to access the entirety of the 320-acre ranch property for guided exotic animal tours, fishing, or hunting, guests must coordinate with the host beforehand. Anyone visiting Harmony Hills is required to sign a waiver before receiving access codes for check-in. All fishing is catch-and-release only.

Only 15 minutes from Sulphur, OK, where you can find the Chickasaw National Park and the brand-new Artesian Casino. With nearby horseback riding, and hunting tours next door at Circle M Lodge, there is not shortage of fun and exciting things to do.

The living, dining and kitchen are open and comfortable with cozy furniture for those family movie or game nights. We have a variety of board and card games if you're in the mood. Our master bedroom has an attached bathroom and a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each with soft bedding, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows for a restful nights sleep.

The home is Wi-fi equipped with a smart TV for streaming from any of your own accounts.

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances big and small, coffee, creamer, salt and pepper, cooking spray, paper towels, and water bottles. If you have a specific request for your stay, please let us know and I bet we can provide it!

A gas grill and outdoor dining space are provided for BBQing along with corn hole for entertainment.

Our main A-frame cabin is thoughtfully designed to host up to 10 guests, with flexible sleeping arrangements:

• 1 King bedroom (main floor)
• 2 Twin beds (upstairs loft)
• 2 Queen-size sofa beds (one in the main room, one in the upstairs loft)

A fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and living area make it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The upstairs media room includes a large TV with Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and beautiful views — perfect for movie nights or a peaceful afternoon with a book.

The sunset deck features a hot tub and seating area that looks west and includes breathtaking sunset views. It's ideal for morning coffee, golden hour lounging, or deep stargazing after dark.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Mini A-Frame ("Tiny Home")
If your group needs more space or privacy, you can add our “Mini” A-frame tiny home to your stay by selecting one additional guest during booking. The Mini includes:

• Mini-split A/C & heat
• Shower and DryFlush toilet

The “Mini” is perfect for 1–2 additional guests. (Please note: the dryflush toilet is cartridge-based and designed for minimal use. We encourage guests to use the main A-frame restroom when possible. Additional fees may apply)

ANIMALS, WILDLIFE, AND SAFETY
You’ll likely spot deer, turkeys, roadrunners, rabbits, armadillos, and more. Coyotes and wild hogs may be heard or occasionally seen — but they keep their distance.

We also have two charming mini pigs who love table scraps and attention. Their fence is electrified for safety (not dangerous, but it may give a jolt if touched when on). Hosts can turn it off or show you how if you’d like to feed or interact with the pigs.

WATER, ROADS, AND OTHER NOTES
• Water Source: We use triple-filtration well water, including reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink and fridge. Other taps go through dual filtration. The water is soft, which may feel different if you're not used to it.
• Gravel Roads: Roads to and on the property are gravel. Regular vehicles are fine, but guests wishing to drive personal vehicles off the main path must pay a $50 trail management fee and follow the provided map.
• All activities on the property are at your own risk

Only the number of guests declared in your reservation are permitted on the property. If unregistered guests are discovered:

• They must be added to the reservation and sign a waiver immediately,
• Or you may be required to vacate the property and reported to Airbnb.

The A-Frames at Harmony Hills sit on top of 320 acres of some of the most beautiful country side in the entire Southwest. Don't forget to book your Exotic Animal Jeep Tour! You'll be surrounded by wildlife living freely on rolling hills, wooded areas, and over a dozen ponds! Harmony Hills is a working regenerative agriculture farm. In addition to cattle, you may see deer, wild turkey, ducks, armadillos, coyotes, bobcats, wild boar, and an endless variety of birds, including red hawks and owls.

The space
Our A-Frames were designed with comfort and luxury in mind, while living in harmony with the natural world. The "Gray-Frame" includes a beautiful open "infinity deck" overlooking a stocked pond, and shaded by a giant oak tree. The living room is open to the dining room and full-sized kitchen, stocked brand new modern appliances. The stairs lead up to a loft that includes a movie room with a large sleeper sofa and two twin beds. The downstairs master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and opens up on to a private patio.

Guest access
The front gate will be open at check-in time. Guests have full access to the "Gray-Frame" and amphitheater/fishing deck. Both houses have keycode door access. The code will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
In order to access the entirety of the 320-acre ranch property for guided exotic animal tours, fishing, or hunting, guests must coordinate with the host beforehand. Anyone visiting Harmony Hills is required to sign a waiver before receiving access codes for check-in. All fishing is catch-and-release only.
