The view of 2 ponds right out the front door is beautiful. You will find the new paved bike trail through the trees that will bring you to the city park and right into town for your convenience. There is a story behind this property: The house was moved from about 7 miles east of Luverne in June 2021.

A four bedroom home: one room has a king, another has a king, one a queen bed, one room with two twins.

The dining, living, and kitchen areas provide guests with a clean modern space for gathering.

The basement is finished. The queen bedroom is in the basement, there is a ping pong table, there is laundry down there and an extra shower/bathroom if needed. Should you need to sleep more than you are able in the five beds, you are welcome to bring an air mattress or sleeping pad. There is one Cabelas full size camping pad available.

A there is a three person all year hot tub on the back patio as well as a fire pit, gas grill and patio chairs.
