HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannotofferarefund.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. Guests must be able to climb up and down 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

The space is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. Start with an 1880 built 3 story brick home, add the Mississippi River and the little town of LeClaire and then we have a great foundation to work with.
The walk out lower level comes complete with a game room with a 14’ shuffle board, pinball machine, standup electronic dart board and popcorn machine.
The main floor houses the master bedroom complete with a 3 head walk in shower and views of the Mississippi. Adjacent is the brand new kitchen with concrete counter tops, bar seating in the island and stainless smart appliances.
The living room has an efficient custom bar with plenty of glass ware, an electric fireplace and a 65” tv just incase you need to catch up with Netflix. Laundry and a half bathroom finish up the main floor.
The upstairs comes with its own living room and coffee bar with a second story balcony to enjoy a quiet cup while watching the pelicans fly in formation over the River. The first bedroom has two full size beds and the second has a queen and the River view. If you are stuck working, the fourth bedroom has a complete office along with a daybed with a pullout trundle, making a queen or two singles with full views of the River, the town, the backyard fire pits and the bocce ball court. The third bathroom with tub rounds out the top floor.
We end with the 45’ deck off the main floor. The 5 burner stainless steel grill is right out the door to make it easy for the chef. A second grill was added outside the lower level on the patio below if dinner is served on the patios. At the moment there is seating for eight on the deck including two lounge chairs surrounding the sunken 8 person hot tub. The hot tub is easy to use including the hydraulic cover lift for those mornings when you are not quite awake yet. You might just fall back to sleep as you watch the river flow by and the birds singing there good mornings until the sun rises over the Mississippi.
There is plenty to do in the backyard as well with two matching fire pits, one being gas and the other wood-burning or if you are playing bocce ball on the 12’ x 55’ court. No matter what you are doing you can’t argue with the views! And if you need more to do, the downtown with its Green Tree brewery, Mississippi River distillery, shops and restaurants are just off the backyard.
So if you are here on a mini vacation, a locals staycation, wedding or family outing or just to see the American pickers, this home has it for you! We are also located just 12 minutes from the Bett Plex in case you are traveling for a game and you needed lodging for 10.
P.S. The home is equipped with Sonos and Bose speakers inside the home and out to add to the ambiance.
