FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannotofferarefund.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath with the amazing amenities in downtown Davenport. This unit is nestled up to the Mississippi River on the east side of downtown, with amazing in-unit views & even better views from the rooftop patio the 3rd floor.
This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.

Built in 1916, this 2-bedroom Carriage House is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. Nestled in Iowa's Vander Veer Park Historic District, it is conveniently located just one block from the park, Davenport's Outing Club, St Ambrose University and St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The upstairs residence which sits above the former stable & garage, is part of the E.B. Adler Estate, which also features a 4-bedroom home on the other side of the spacious yard and gardens. Lovingly restored by its new owners, this unique space is walking distance from a grocery store, pharmacy and several of the area's best coffee shops.

Trails along the Mississippi are also nearby. The carriage house was spotlessly clean with a fun equestrian decor and lots of considerate touches. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware that there is a flight of steps up to the secnd story front door of the carriage house. - "Great place" - "The Condo is great! Unit 3 has two twin beds in first room, a queen bed in the second room, and a pullout bed in couch. I would recommend the pizza place two blocks away. The only thing that would make it better is a light above the parking lot." - "My wife an I stayed here for one night while attending a concert across the river at Vibrant Arena. Immaculate property with modern loft feeling. While we were actually in the unit for less than 12 hours total, we did enjoy our stay. However, I would be hesitant not to mention 3 items that should be clarified further in the listing: 1) Parking instructions weren't given until day before the booking. Turns out there are only 5 stalls adjacent to the building and they are first come, first served. Otherwise you are instructed to park a block down in a lot that has signs saying "Restricted Parking". Followed the instructions we were provided and just hoped we wouldn't get ticketed or towed. Luckily, neither happened. 2) Neither of the bedrooms in the unit we stayed in had windows in them. Just windows in the main living area. As an architect, not sure how this meets code requirements, but maybe space was grandfathered for being a reuse of an old building. 3) While not the direct responsibility of the host, there is a Meadery / Bar below the lofts. The night we stayed there was an extremely loud live band playing until 12:15 in the morning and made it impossible to fall asleep. Again, not the hosts fault, but should be mentioned in the listing that this may occur occasionally due to the location. In the end, we would stay here again upon our next visit, and thank the host for the stay. I just hope he finds a way to correctly update the listing accordingly."

During your stay
Walking up from the free street parking, a meticulously landscaped view awaits with patio overlook of the fresh garden areas and greenhouses and fascinating sculptures. An above ground pool is available for a swim to cool off in the summer months. There is a cozy fire pit in the spring and fall with occasional movies in the yard on nice nights. (Subject to change with time availability of owner.)
Upstairs provides a private bedroom with Queen size bed, closet and dresser spaces. There is also a futon available to sleep an additional two people in the recreation/media room, which also provides nostalgia to spark the memories in any age from dvd’s, vcr tapes, cds, cassettes and a wide array of video games.
The full service kitchen with stove microwave, toaster, full dishes and utensils available for use. The dining room provides plenty of natural light and brings an inviting atmosphere to meet for making plans whether to venture out on the town or have an intimate night in. The pass through window to the kitchen allows for the conversation to flow while dinner is being made. Fresh organic veggies and herbs available from the yard picked specially by the owner upon request and as produce is in season. The large south facing window served as the display area for the shop where newly upholstered furniture would be displayed. The windows have full length curtains for your privacy and keeping light out.
This spacious apartment has a luxurious feel having been completely renovated, and has brand new stainless appliances .This home is along Locust Street, but thanks to all new insulation and drywall, the noise level is VERY low for being next to a busy street.

This wooded 0.33 acre lot is on the outskirts of Davenport, but only 3 miles from the center of the city with local breweries, eateries, shows, the Mississippi river, and the city-known Freight farmers market.
The property is setup to feel like an urban cabin in the woods. While you have plenty of outdoor space, it is in a small neighborhood. Perfect way to escape and enjoy a quieter space.
The space
Reconnect with your inner nature and savor simple pleasures by watching bunnies hop and squirrels chase right in your own backyard. Pick homegrown strawberries in our outdoor garden beds and roast marshmallows and chocolate for some epic smores and ghost stories around the outdoor firepit. We do ask you please purchase your own firewood if you would like to light the firepit. Don't miss the opportunity to truly unwind and disconnect. Our home does now include Wi-Fi in case you can't resist laying back to enjoy your favorite movie.
Simply take the short staircase to enter the humble abode one-level ranch home. The home offers an open floor layout between the kitchen and living room and two private bedrooms and one private bathroom. The bathroom is attached to the living area for ease of use by all guests.
Free parking is available along the long driveway and on the gravel spaces out back of the property.

The entire space is available for guests to access. We do have the basement of the property locked off as it is just mechanicals in that space.
