- "I booked this property on VRBO three times over three weeks for a total of 10 nights. These were all weekday stays. The condo unit is nice and well-appointed. We had all the basics we needed to be comfortable and cook our own meals. We were some of this owner's first guests, so he was still working out the kinks (e.g. check-in process), but Ahamed is super-responsive and very flexible. We had to wait past 2 PM a couple of times to check in because of the cleaners' timing but Ahamed made up for it on the other end by letting us check out at noon instead of 11 AM. Two things to know: 1) The highway noise is significant in this unit, especially on the balcony and in the bedrooms. I sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me. Light sleepers might have a different experience. 2) There is a noticeable cat funk in the hallway leading to this unit. Another owner on this floor clearly loves their cats. I'm allergic to cats but didn't have any issues. The funk does not carry over into this unit."

The home offers wifi, four Smart tv's , dish washer, air conditioning and 2 wood burning stoves. The basement is set up as a game room/ bar area with air hockey table, foosball, Marvel Arcade and full sized ping pong table. Dry bar with wine fridge.

Fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes, cuisine food processor, coffee pot, etc. Fully stocked kitchen, please let me know if you have a specific item you need and I'm happy to let you know if you offer it!

There is also a Blackstone grill griddle and pellet smoker for your use. Bring your own type of smoking pellet just in case there aren't any available.

Ring Security cameras monitors the driveway entrance. Noise decibel monitors (Minut) are located outside near the front and back to protect our neighbor's happiness from loud parties.

Dust can accumulate every few days due to it being a country home on a gravel road with 2 wood burning fireplaces.

This is a great place for family gatherings, a honeymoon weekend, a relaxing getaway, or retreat.

Other things to note
Out of respect for the neighbors, no loud music please. Our property can only handle micro weddings of 30 or less visitors. Only 23 guests are allowed to spend the night. if you plan on hosting a wedding please inform us. Events with excess guests may incur a surcharge.

If we are experiencing severe cold (such as -30 degrees), both our fireplaces will need to be used due to the largeness of our home.

Also, this is a very large house. The heating/AC do well, It takes awhile to catch up to adjustments. Please keep doors and windows closed, as this will prevent the Heat/AC from keeping up, and it could take a while for it to catch back up

We are green! Solar panels provide 90% of our electricity!

Would recommend!" - "Huge property with a charming cabin; plenty of space for 13 adults to hang out for a long weekend (only 2 people had to sleep on a couch - bring a couple air mattresses and you can comfortably sleep a ton of people). We chose this place because of the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The basement has ping pong, air hockey, a bar, Foosball... so much to do. Jennifer was extremely helpful and quick to communicate; was super friendly and accommodating my request for an earlier check-in. They even left a couple bottles of wine for us. The views around the deck(s) are fantastic; the vineyard is really pretty especially in the early morning sunrise with fog/haze. You can hear some roosters and cows in the distance. There are some neighbors within eye/ear-shot but it's still super private and remote you don't even really remember they're there. There's even a fenced-in portion of the yard (quite large) if you have dogs. I'd consider staying here again with just my small family and would bring my dog to enjoy that running space. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to a great property and home, and very pleasant hosts. Thanks again!"

- "Beautiful and peaceful" - "Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. We made it work, but worth noting if you are like me and just assumed there is a kitchen! It's really more like a glorified hotel suite than what I think of as a traditional VRBO, but as long as you know that going into it, you're all good! When we arrived, the host sent me a note that the keyless entry system was not working, so she had left a key in the lock with a code on it. That was all good, but we could not get the lock to open with the provided code. Thankfully, she was only about 10 minutes away, so she came and let us in. She couldn't get the lock to open either, but then came back later and got it to work. Not really a big deal, just a little inconvenient. She also gave us some paper plates and plastic silverware since I told her that I didn't realize there wasn't a kitchen! The place is super cute. Decor is lovely and it worked great for our family other than the things mentioned. The location is fabulous - within walking distance to the park, ice cream shop, local eateries. We took our boat and went to Lake MacBride. It was gorgeous. I would stay there again for sure! Thank you so much!"
