- "The townhouse was clean - super easy access to Old Market area - the roof top deck was wonderful with some beautiful sunsets! Having a garage to park in was appreciated and communication with the manager was fast. We did have 4 adults which did make it snug and having the half bath on the walk in floor was topic of conversation. The kitchen was a bit sparse but we weren't planning to cook anyway. If I were to make suggestions I would ask for some extra coffee cups, a couple of extra chairs on the deck and maybe something to set luggage on. Our stay was short and we did enjoy ourselves."

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, two people per bed and we have another couch that can be used for another person. which add up to maximum occupancy of 5.

You have access to two bedrooms and one bathroom, Kitchen and living room (only guests on Airbnb).

We have a team of on-site security staffs that can be at the house within 10 mins for any violations of party and occupancy limit.

In addition, we have security cameras (location: back porch, basement, front porch, and storage room), some areas are off limits to guests and have signs on the door in the house and Noise monitoring device for the safety of our community.

In any emergencies, trespassing or any safety concerns, we will consider calling police.

- "My father and I stayed a few days for the College World Series. It was perfect for us. The home was cozy and comfortable. Not pretentious at all. Linens and beds were super comfortable. Most of the stuff in the kitchen was brand new. The host left us some great snacks and water which we enjoyed - very convenient. We enjoyed a nice walk for breakfast one morning and also to do some shopping for food. We stumbled upon a cute Episcopal church and we attended a service there while we were in town. Ubers to downtown were easy to get and cheap relative to other towns. If my team makes it back to the World Series again, I know right where I will want to stay!"

This historic, 1,300 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while featuring the Nebraska Huskers with great details and memorabilia throughout. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
Husker Haven has numerous Husker touches that you'll find throughout the space. The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and an in-room TV and gaming system.

The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa. You'll also find a 4-player NBA Jam arcade setup and Husker-themed board games in this space for some added fun.

For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

The space
My favorite part of living on the lake is waking up early and standing on the dock with a cup of coffee just before sunrise. The air is still brisk which causes mist to radiate from the lake, causing hints of rainbows as the sun rises. It is mesmerizing to hear the birds chirping and the squirrels drinking the morning dew on the flowers.
If you're lucky, our neighbor's pup will stop by to say hello.
Very late at night, if you listen closely, you can hear the owl who lives in our backyard.

Our room settings are listed as needing 1 day to prepare, however depending on our schedule, we can do faster turn arounds. Send us an inquiry if you like our place and we will let you know if we can accommodate you!

Open bright space, comfortable, modern kitchen, cozy deck area. Open yard, easy walking neighborhood. Lots of parks. Lake living in a small community right next to downtown Omaha!
Drop your boat in at the lakes 2 public boat ramps or walk a few short blocks to the public beach & soak up the sun lake side! Walk the trail or bring your bikes & ride around the lake... or even to downtown!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Across from the airport and just a couple minutes from downtown and the baseball stadium and CHI event center.

Large clean and modern home on CARTER LAKE: 3 bedrooms 3 baths. Close to Berkshire, CHI Convention Center, College World Series, Old Market District, Airport, and public Golf Course. Large upper & lower deck, family room with bar, playroom, living room with fireplace, formal and casual dining rooms, 3 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds). The space
We maintain at least 24 hr lapse between reservations and follow thorough cleaning standards. Convenient for business travelers or simply vacationing. Large living spaces and privacy for one - three couples to enjoy (bedrooms and baths on upper and lower levels). The location is ideal for easy access to the main attractions and nightlife in Omaha and Council Bluffs. Fast Uber/Lyft service. Large deck and yard space. Canoe and paddleboat available. Ideal if you are looking for a seaside and lake house decor setting in landlocked Nebraska. Each is themed in the upper and lower levels.

The house includes kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, television area, and outdoor living space. Plenty of space to sleep up to 6 people max including minors. Must be able to navigate stairs. Internet wifi access and TV Roku, local network TV with DVD are available. No cable TV but guests welcome to use their personal streaming accounts via ROKU. Washer and dryer available for stays more than 2 days.

We have a 3 seat canoe and 4 person paddle boat to venture onto and explore the lake. Very large deck and covered patio with seating and dining tables.

This is a residential home with great neighbors whom we wish to keep as friends. We require that you also respect their privacy and peaceful enjoyment. For this reason, no unruly, boisterous, or disruptive activity are allowed anywhere on the property. No animals accepted. No one under the age of 18 without a parental chaperone. Overnight access is limited to registered guests only. Please contact us if you wish to have temporary day visitors, which needs our approval (small group < 4 only).

We do not allow guests to host venues, parties, dinners, luncheons, reunions, events, sleep-overs, or social gatherings.

Welcome to Carter Lake, Iowa. While learning some history of the areas geography; you will learn Carter Lake Iowa is located within Omaha. Being about 2 miles from the Eppley airport (OMA) and 8 miles from the zoo; it’s a great location to get you away from the chaos of Omaha but still keep you involved. The home is located in a small neighborhood surrounded by friendly neighbors with a great view of the lake. It has 2 spacious living room areas, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom located on each level.

The space
Being located in Omaha, it’s minutes away from the downtown area. The home is roughly 4 miles from CHI Health Center Omaha; also known as the convention center/arena. It’s a prime location for concerts, sports events like — basketball, rodeos, monster jam, and so much more. TD Ameritrade is also located 3 miles from the home. TD Ameritrade is where the college World Series takes place every year.

Guest access
Located within the home is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Detergents are provided to all guests. The kitchen is stocked up with all utensils ranging from silverware to pots and pans. There’s also access to basic cooking essentials like cooking oil, seasonings, and more. Towels and wash cloths are located in both bathrooms for showering. There’s also travel sized soaps provided for all guests.

Other things to note
Please, no parties and no Birthday parties. We also request no more than eight people. For any of these, there will be a fee charge of $125.00.

Lakefront and close to everything downtown Omaha has to offer. Relax with the whole crew at this peaceful 5 bedroom house that sleeps 10+. A fantastic place to unwind after a great day at the ball park, concert, zoo, or one of many nearby restaurants.

You’ll love our home because whether you want to be close to downtown Omaha, out on the lake or on the golf Course this Is great get away location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Minutes from downtown and minutes from the airport this is a fabulous way to get away.
