Having a garage to park in was appreciated and communication with the manager was fast. We did have 4 adults which did make it snug and having the half bath on the walk in floor was topic of conversation. The kitchen was a bit sparse but we weren't planning to cook anyway. If I were to make suggestions I would ask for some extra coffee cups, a couple of extra chairs on the deck and maybe something to set luggage on. Our stay was short and we did enjoy ourselves."

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed.

Our space is primarily set up for guests and you will have access to all areas of the lower apartment. Keep in mind the backyard area is only for the guests in the main house above.

The Apartment is located beneath a main home. There may be some foot traffic noise. Plenty of on-street parking available.

Welcome to our comfy and cozy room with a private bathroom where you can enjoy a nice shower under a rain showerhead. Your space is entered via private entry through the garage so feel free to stay out as late as you like. We are centrally-located and near all the action in the Old Market, Durham Museum, Henry Doorly Zoo, Gene Leahy Mall, Luminarium, Lauritzen Gardens and the Casinos are just across the river. Tons of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. 4 miles from Omaha Eppley Airfield.

We are located at the edge of Little Italy and the Old Market in a quite and family friendly neighborhood.

You can access the room and private bathroom as well as the attached laundry room. We are friendly folks so if we are around you are welcome to say hello to us and if they are around, our two cats.

If we are home we are happy to help you with suggestions for sites to visit as well as directions. If you like to chat we are always open to some good conversation.

Other things to note
We do have two cats that stay out of the area you will be staying but are in the house. Be sure to try a pizza from Orsis Italian Bakery which is a stones throw away from our back door. We are located in Little Italy after all and they have been in business in the same location for generations.
