The location is central to Bettendorf, Pleasant Valley and East Davenport. The primary bedroom is a loft so not totally quiet or private. The living room and kitchen area are nice. We were in the QC for a family reunion (drove in from Cincy) and house is very close to I-74 on hill overlooking the Mississippi, so easy to get to. There is a large laundry room and lots of home essentials. Our rental agent and maintenance contact were very responsive. Outside areas were not particularly well maintained so we did not go out much. We were here for the 4th of July and could walk two blocks down to Grant Street to watch the Bettendorf parade. All in all a fun trip getting to see family and old haunts!"
