Or add $7.50 to daily rental and have bag of ice in freezer. Very very friendly town. Try Earl’s Hideaway pizza and Squidlips bacon wrapped scallops! Loved watching the pelicans and blue herons. - "The house is literally surrounded by much larger homes that are private residences. The beach was literally deserted the entire week we were there. House has everything you need from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. Previous travelers have left misc. items so you never know what might be available. Our family of three had no problem with sleeping arrangements. The house will easily accommodate a family of 5-6. Overall experience was excellent."

The Hideaway is 1 of 4 beautifully updated homes, nestled on a 1.7 acre poropety on the Sebastian River. The accommodation is a completely private residences on a 4 unit resort style property. The acreage has 3 semi private boat docks, (great for mooring boats and fishing) mature oaks, shady relaxation, and stunning river views.

This home is 678 sq' recently remolded (Duplex style home, named - The Hideaway), it contains 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. The Hideaway is completely private with all needed amenities. The yards and docks are share spaces with other guests.

The Master Suit - Queen sized bed, newly renovated shower.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle. The only restroom to accesses is in the master bedroom. Please note that the Laundry room is accessed through Bedroom 2.

The property is located immediately adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is potential for noise all hours of the day and night. The average number of trains per day can vary greatly based on needs, however, we can speculate that 4-6 trains per 24 hours is about the average. Most trains pass in approximately 1-3 minutes. We have found that most guests find this to be little to no bother and many even enjoy the trains.

-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.

-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

- "The home was absolutely adorable, well stocked, and very clean. Friends rented the neighboring homes on the property making for very a fun vacation where everyone had there own private space (way better than renting one big house). The yard was huge, fenced, and beautifully landscaped. The docs were nice and very convenient for boat parking. Also the driveway was huge and there was plenty of room to park the trailers and other cars, which was EXTREMELY convenient. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be booking here again!!"

The Beach is very active for Sea turtle nesting. Property located 2 miles from the Sebastian Inlet which is known for fishing and surfing. There is a sidewalk on west side of A1A to accommodate bike riding.

- "The house was wonderful- just as pictured in the listing. The owners were very friendly, prompt communicating, and quick to help when we had an issue early in the week. Top notch hospitality. The beach is beautiful and we had it basically to ourselves the whole week- could go hours every day without seeing anyone else on the beach… This, in particular, ended up being one of my favorite aspects of our stay… it’s a level of peaceful you can’t describe, only experience. I’d highly recommend this property for a beach vacation. We had a great stay! (Beach tip: about 8-12 feet out in the water- depending on the tide- there are rocks in the sandbar running parallel to the beach. Not a problem for us- nature does what it wants, after all- but a reason to enter the water cautiously…. As opposed to running/diving. A cheap pair of swim shoes might even be good if you like to get out chest-deep in the waves a lot.)"

This little Cottage is perfect. It is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom adorable and beautifully furnished cottage. It is located just across Main Street from San Sebastian Marina and Outriggers Bar & Grill. This little cottage comes with all sorts of extras. in addition to the beautiful San Sebastian River views, you will have unlimited usage of a boat ramp 24 hours a day while you stay which is a stone throw away from your front door. We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for you to explore our beautiful San Sebastian River. Depending upon availability and the size of your vessel a boat slip may also be included. This cottage is furnished with one queen bed, two twins beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Be prepared to fight the noseeums in the evenings, so bring insect repellent." - "Everything you need is pretty close to this home. Publix grocery, ice cream store by the scoop, UPS office, nail salon, fishing stores & restaurants, etc. Our favorite is the New England Eatery, they have the BEST crab legs and recommend eating in their covered patio area. And there are several resturants (to many to mention) and a Walmart, if you wanna drive 20 minutes around to the bay side. This rental area is really laid back and not crowded/busy as Coco Beach. Great atmosphere and look forward to coming back. We highly recommend this rental."

We would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back." - "Stayed in the two bedroom apartment with family of four, plenty of space, right on the water, restaurant right next to apartment, plus others walking distance. Jimmy was a great host, super friendly and even shared a couple fishing spots with me. We booked again for labor day during our stay. The only issue is slips for boats that are staying in the apartments. There should be at least a couple slips open for people that bring their boats like I did. I realize that most of the slips are private and revenue generating so I don't blame the owner but it sure would be nice to have your boat docked at the same place you are staying. We did get a slip at Capt. Hiram's which is a 1000 yard walk from the Sebastian Saltwater. Overall probably the best place to stay by the inlet."
