- "The house is literally surrounded by much larger homes that are private residences. The beach was literally deserted the entire week we were there. House has everything you need from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. Previous travelers have left misc. items so you never know what might be available. Our family of three had no problem with sleeping arrangements. The house will easily accommodate a family of 5-6. Overall experience was excellent."

The Hideaway is 1 of 4 beautifully updated homes, nestled on a 1.7 acre poropety on the Sebastian River. The accommodation is a completely private residences on a 4 unit resort style property. The acreage has 3 semi private boat docks, (great for mooring boats and fishing) mature oaks, shady relaxation, and stunning river views.

This home is 678 sq' recently remolded (Duplex style home, named - The Hideaway), it contains 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. The Hideaway is completely private with all needed amenities. The yards and docks are share spaces with other guests.

The Master Suit - Queen sized bed, newly renovated shower.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle. The only restroom to accesses is in the master bedroom. Please note that the Laundry room is accessed through Bedroom 2.

The property is located immediately adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is potential for noise all hours of the day and night. The average number of trains per day can vary greatly based on needs, however, we can speculate that 4-6 trains per 24 hours is about the average. Most trains pass in approximately 1-3 minutes. We have found that most guests find this to be little to no bother and many even enjoy the trains.

- "The home was absolutely adorable, well stocked, and very clean. Friends rented the neighboring homes on the property making for very a fun vacation where everyone had there own private space (way better than renting one big house). The yard was huge, fenced, and beautifully landscaped. The docs were nice and very convenient for boat parking. Also the driveway was huge and there was plenty of room to park the trailers and other cars, which was EXTREMELY convenient. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be booking here again!!"

- "The house was wonderful- just as pictured in the listing. The owners were very friendly, prompt communicating, and quick to help when we had an issue early in the week. Top notch hospitality. The beach is beautiful and we had it basically to ourselves the whole week- could go hours every day without seeing anyone else on the beach… This, in particular, ended up being one of my favorite aspects of our stay… it’s a level of peaceful you can’t describe, only experience. I’d highly recommend this property for a beach vacation. We had a great stay! (Beach tip: about 8-12 feet out in the water- depending on the tide- there are rocks in the sandbar running parallel to the beach. Not a problem for us- nature does what it wants, after all- but a reason to enter the water cautiously…. As opposed to running/diving. A cheap pair of swim shoes might even be good if you like to get out chest-deep in the waves a lot.)"

This little Cottage is perfect. It is a newly renovated two bedroom one bathroom adorable and beautifully furnished cottage. It is located just across Main Street from San Sebastian Marina and Outriggers Bar & Grill. This little cottage comes with all sorts of extras. in addition to the beautiful San Sebastian River views, you will have unlimited usage of a boat ramp 24 hours a day while you stay which is a stone throw away from your front door. We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for you to explore our beautiful San Sebastian River. Depending upon availability and the size of your vessel a boat slip may also be included. This cottage is furnished with one queen bed, two twins beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

And there are several resturants (to many to mention) and a Walmart, if you wanna drive 20 minutes around to the bay side. This rental area is really laid back and not crowded/busy as Coco Beach. Great atmosphere and look forward to coming back. We highly recommend this rental."

- "We could not have asked for a better place to vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant next door was amazing. We would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back." - "Stayed in the two bedroom apartment with family of four, plenty of space, right on the water, restaurant right next to apartment, plus others walking distance. Jimmy was a great host, super friendly and even shared a couple fishing spots with me. We booked again for labor day during our stay. The only issue is slips for boats that are staying in the apartments. There should be at least a couple slips open for people that bring their boats like I did. I realize that most of the slips are private and revenue generating so I don't blame the owner but it sure would be nice to have your boat docked at the same place you are staying. We did get a slip at Capt. Hiram's which is a 1000 yard walk from the Sebastian Saltwater. Overall probably the best place to stay by the inlet."

Stocked very well with chairs , towels , even bicycles although we didn’t get the chance to ride. The mattress in the middle bedroom was uncomfortable however our last night we took the extras off and it was much better the. Of course put it back together before we left . We just kept rolling to the middle and couldn’t get comfortable but if that was the only downfall we thought we had done very well . Altogether a 9 out of 10 will rent again if the opportunity knocks ! "

Oceanfront ground level apartment on 1st floor of duplex in a very quiet preservation area 1m north of Sebastian Inlet State Park-Brevard County. This is a one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom & walk in closet. Plus a living room w’ sofa bed, breakfast table, fridge/freezer, free standing stove w’ oven, microwave, toaster & washer/dryer. Internet & TV to access streaming accounts. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family w’ young child/children. Not suitable for 4 adults.
The space
Outside, you will find a wonderful tiki hut with a picnic table for fun outdoor dining; there is a gas grill for your convenience. In addition, there is an outdoor shower convenient for when you come back from the beach to wash off the sand. Walk a few more steps and you get to the beautiful wooden walkway built through the dunes that will take you to an amazing oceanfront wood deck, to access the private beach. You can also get to the beach through an adjacent private sand pathway. Either way, it will take you less than 60 seconds to feel the sand under your feet. You will be in awe when you see the clean and quiet beach available to you!

If you like to fish, you can do so right from the comfort of a beach chair or you can head south down the beach for about a mile and fish from the Pier at the Sebastian Inlet State Park.

If you forget something, no problem! There are supermarkets and convenient stores you can drive to (Publix, 7-ELEVEN, etc.); you can also walk 0.25 miles to the Long Point Bait & Tackle Store which carries many of the must-have items you may need, plus one of the best fish dips you will ever try!

If you are looking for a bigger space that can accommodate a larger group or family, you can check out the property upstairs. Both can be rented simultaneously if available.

Guest access
Parking is on the driveway. Look for the space labeled with one turtle. Once you arrive, follow the pavers to the back of the property where you will find the lockbox with the key that opens the sliding door.
Other things to note:
We can't say it enough. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This property is for people who want to escape the routine and relax! Neighbors will quickly react to any loud gatherings or guests not following the house rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.

The house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for your use.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our Adirondack chairs.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s grocery store up the road five to seven minutes.
