In winter, bring your skis, snowmobiles, suits for the hot tub and sauna. Relax and watch the snow fall or the fire dance, stretch out in the 6 bedrooms, practice your pool game in the loft ,revel in the bright birds at the feeders, or snuggle in front of the large screen tv in the viewing room. In late spring, summer, and early fall, enjoy the 25 foot diameter above ground pool, firepit, lovely gardens, and even more variety of feathered friends. Hiking abounds, maps available to challenge or offer ambling walks depending on what you prefer, all within a short drive distance. Syracuse and Cortland nearby, 35 min drive, offering venues for dining and entertainment. Perfect venue for family gatherings, business retreats. Whole house rental sleeps 16 in beds, yet rooms or whole floors are available sometimes as well. This is a beautiful and spacious one-bedroom flat located in the quiet Village of Tully, 20 minutes from downtown Syracuse and the Cortland area. Pets are allowed depending on the type and size. For a small village, Tully has much to offer. Including, a locally owned coffee shop, yoga studio, 24-hour gym, two wonderful full-service restaurants, wine shop, grocery store, pharmacy, and public library. All of these locations are right outside the door of 6 State. St. In addition, there are wonderful walking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, full-size track, and green space galore, just a short walk behind the house. Tully also offers up some of the best hiking in Central New York at Highland Forest, Morgan Hill, and Labrador Hollow, just minutes away by vehicle or bike! And if you're with us during the winter months, Song Mountain Ski Resort will satisfy your need for speed on the slopes. The home itself has all you need and more, to be comfortable during your time with us. - "The house, property and host are all FIVE STARS. We had a wonderful and easy time with the stay. " - "Beautiful property with everything you need. However, there were a few functionality issues with the property. We were 5 people staying in a property listed to house 6 people. The hot water was a big issue with 5 people showering and scheduling water not getting cold. During every shower, the water would get cold, and then we would have to wait a while for the next person to shower. We were on a tight schedule, it was very problematic. Additionally, the shower head is installed where the opening of the shower is, and water would get on the entire floor of the bathroom, it would be wet and slippery, and we would have to dry up the entire floor every time, a nuisance and dangerous to slip on. I made the property owner, Nadine, aware of this issue, and she said just use towels, and it's not a big deal. "

- "We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. The house isn't particularly eye-catching from the outside (who cares anyway?) but the interior is gorgeous. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable, the master bedroom is spectacular, all the bathrooms are fresh and stylish, (no line-ups for the bathrooms as there are more than enough), the kitchen, dining area, lounge and games room seem almost too nice for a rental property and the views over the lake are stunning. The yard is right on the lake and if you're into fishing, you can catch all you want from the dock and the lake is great for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The surrounding area has some nice spots to visit and if you're looking for a restaurant, I highly recommend Huega's Alpine, just 5 mins up the road. We'll be back ! "
