- " It was my first time staying at the property. The shared bathroom and shared kitchen was concern at first, but I got used to after the first night. On the first night, there was another guest sleeping on the couch in the shared living room. That MF snored like a loud dying pig. The walls are not that thick and I could hear him from my room. But, liked that the room opened to the balcony. The room, Room 2, where I stayed was close to a highway so the traffic noise was bearable, but the traffic died down in the evening. The balcony also has two plastic Adirondack chairs where I sat every morning watching the sunrise, if you could look beyond the power cables that sometimes interfered with the view. The property was within 20 min of where I needed to go. There’s a McDonald’s with an all-day/all-night drive through; would get my coffee and breakfast and sit on the balcony waiting for the sunrise. It would be nice to have a Keurig that is connected to the plumbing so no need to refill. There’s also a full size fridge/freezer where you can store your leftovers."

- "When we 1st arrived we were unsure what to think. Once in our condo, that is up on the 4th floor, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, simply decorated, well stocked the condo was. Everything you need in the kitchen, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, pots n pans, seasoning, etc. Bathroom had plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, soap. On the balcony there were two chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, a huge Rubbermaid tote with snorkeling gear & sand toys, and two beach chairs. The view from the balcony is of the pool and several types of greenery; bushes, trees, etc. You can't really see the water from the condo but it is literally right behind the condo. We walked over to the beach, Carl Smith State Park, several times. We didn't use the pool at all as it was very dirty. There is no air conditioning in the condo but everyroom had a fan. There are two bedrooms each has a queen bed, nightstands & a dresser. It would have been nice to have a small cooler to use for drinks to take to the beach & maybe a window AC unit to help keep the condo cool. Overall happy with the condo, would recommend to others & would stay here again. Snorkeling right behind the condo was great, we saw TONS of turtles & quite a few fish too. "
