" - "I don't usually write a lot of reviews, but I specifically came back to this booking that we had in April of 2022 because I've thought about it so much since that stay. This was possibly the most idyllic setting I've ever had the pleasure of staying at; the grounds around the main property are like a movie set. It was impossibly pretty, and the hiking trail they set up around the multitude of tropical plants they grow there was a lot of fun to walk. We swam in the pool where the waterfall was flowing, but the water was a little too high to try and get up underneath the falls itself. We had a wonderful night's sleep away from the bustle of town; we slept with our windows open and during the night one of the house cats decided it wanted to sleep in the bed with us, so we made a little space for our new friend. If you're looking for a unique experience in Hilo I'd highly recommend this incredible property. We only stayed one night so I can't comment on a lot of the hospitality outside of the excellent breakfast we had, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that it would all be equally great. "

Just past the village, you'll pass a church, then you'll see our cows and goats. Conveniently located only 3 miles from the quaint Hawaii town of Hilo where you will find dining options, stores and shops. On Saturdays and Wednesdays visit the Hilo Open Air Marketplace with an abundance of Hawaiian art, souvenirs, food and clothing. Everyday they have a farmers market at the same location downtown. The downtown area also has many shops to browse, with a variety of wares, food and services.

We have plenty of free parking at our B&B on the West (creek) side of the property with a circle drive and handicap access where you will find the entrances for all three floors (opposite of the ocean). Just go down our driveway past the house to the circle drive and entrances. If you like to walk, there is an easy 30 minute walk from our B&B through a jungle back road to Honoli’i State Park which is the favorite for local surfers!

The structure is a custom home with 100% Bali teak and also includes custom wood designs on most of the interior walls with wood sourced from the island. All three stories have panoramic ocean views on the East side of the home and garden and waterfall/creek views on the West side. The top floor features a 1200 sq ft dining lani suitable for large groups. The top two floors are exclusively for guests with the exception of breakfast cooking and serving.

The room has a locking private double doors to the front lanai and a locking door to the top floor area. All guest rooms have access to the shared spaces on their floor which includes kitchen, dining, laundry, living room with large TV and panoramic views, large lanais on ocean and creek sides. All guests also can enjoy the dining lanai and game room on the top floor.

We are on the property to provide you with any needs you may have during your stay. Our quarters are in the basement level. The top 2 floors are exclusively for guests. We are available by phone, text or in person.

The Pauka'a area is a farm area and the lush East side of the Big Island. To get to our farm B&B, you'll drive through the original farm village of Pauka'a on your way. Just past the village, you'll pass a church, then you'll see our cows and goats. Conveniently located only 3 miles from the quaint Hawaii town of Hilo where you will find dining options, stores and shops. On Saturdays and Wednesdays visit the Hilo Open Air Marketplace with an abundance of Hawaiian art, souvenirs, food and clothing. Everyday they have a farmers market at the same location downtown. The downtown area also has many shops to browse, with a variety of wares, food and services.

We have plenty of free parking at our B&B on the West (creek) side of the property with a circle drive and handicap access where you will find the entrances for all three floors (opposite of the ocean). Just go down our driveway past the house to the circle drive and entrances.

Our farm stay B&B is in the Pauka'a area, conveniently located 3 miles north of the quaint town of Hilo Hawaii, on the lush, east side of the Big Island. We are in a farming area, and have a 10 acre farm complete with cows, goats, sheep, pigs and chickens guests can see and visit, along with a whole host of wild birds that visit the feeders constantly and the occasional hawaii hawks and wild pigs. We have two cattle dogs that will be kept in our area at the basement level and 4 cats.

Hawaiian Botanical Themed waterfall room is a top floor queen bedroom with bench, has ensuite bathroom featuring tiled walk-in shower with regular head, rain shower head and handheld, double sinks & granite counter tops. The room also has a mini frig, coffee, microwave. Creek facing, waterfall & palm tree view. A sliding door to the entry dining lanai for relaxing and entertaining can also be a private entrance. Beautiful jungle off-grid living mural on bathroom wall finishes off this space.

If you like to walk, there is an easy 30 minute walk from our B&B through a jungle back road to Honoli’i State Park which is the favorite for local surfers!

A 1-bedroom, 1-bath Ohana (guesthouse) in a quiet neighborhood at about 900 feet elevation, only 10 minutes from the ocean. Views from the kitchen/living area and occasional sounds from waterfalls in the near vicinity. Rural small town setting, with resident chickens in a separate fenced area. On premises parking for one vehicle.

This serene room has a sweeping view of the garden and distant ocean, with spectacular sunrises and an original Japanese silk scroll. It has a shared bath. The space
The House of Light Sanctuary is high in the foothills of Mauna Loa, at 1000 feet elevation, where you can feel embraced by Nature in peace and tranquility. Behind the old Hawaiian stone wall, this sprawling estate rests on 4 acres of land, with lush gardens and a private 3-acre forest.
Enjoy the Bamboo Bathhouse, with a lovely outdoor shower and bath, amid the vanilla vines, orchids, and anthuriums.
We are out in the countryside, yet just 15 minutes from the airport, 15 from downtown, 15 minutes from the spectacular Rainbow Falls and Boiling Pots, and from Carlsmith Beach, where you can swim with the giant turtles. We're 20 minutes from great snorkeling at Richardson Beach, or from surfing at Honoli'i Beach Park. We're 15 minutes from central Hilo, with lots of good restaurants, friendly bars, shops and galleries.
