- "This hotel was phenomenal, from the second the concierge opened the door straight to checkout! We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and were blown away. We stayed in the King Prestige room and it was huge, the bed was so comfortable and it was spotless as far as cleanliness goes. However, the communication that happens through WhatsApp is rather slow. The key fob for the parking garage was not functioning properly and I got stuck in the garage for quite a while despite me trying to contact the owner. - "Excellent" - "Not so good. We were extremely hot and had no control of the thermostat. The bed was not comfortable. The experience of staying in a condo and checking in was not as smoothe as staying at a hotel. Lastly, the parking garage that was recommended did not have overnight parking. We ended up having to spend approx $100 on parking. On top of that, it has now been 3 days and I still haven’t received a email back on where my refundable deposit is, after 2 attempts of reaching out. If I’m ever coming back to Toronto I will absolutely NOT come back here. Also it obviously wasn’t cleaned under the bed as there was items left from a previous guest, oh and the light above the mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work so hope you don’t have to get ready! "

🔥 In Case of Fire or Smoke: The firm alarm for the building goes on continuously which can be heard through the speakers connected centrally, in this scenario please follow the below:

1. Stay calm. Do not try to retrieve personal belongings.
2. Exit the property immediately through the nearest safe exit:
o Main Exit: Front door – located in the living room
3. Avoid using elevators (the building representatives will also disable the elevators in case of firm alarm activates)
4. If smoke is present, stay low to the ground and cover your nose and mouth.
5. Once outside, move to a safe distance and call 911.
