Situated at the foothills of Mt.Roland, with The Great Western Tiers in the background, is this gorgeous three bedroom family home, ready to welcome you to enjoy these glorious aspects. As you drive down the internal driveway, you're torn between admiring the mountain view in the background or the Japanese inspired garden in the foreground. Spoilt for choice is an understatement!
Upon entering the home you'll instantly feel relaxed & welcomed. There are three bedrooms with queen beds. The master offers a walk in robe & ensuite with underfloor heating. The main bathroom also features underfloor heating and a luxurious spa bath. Two large living areas, ideal for families, allow for the kids to have one area, whilst the adults can have their own. And if you need still more space, there is a dedicated study/reading room to get away from it all! The very large open plan kitchen & dining area open onto the undercover outdoor entertainment area. A very quiet position off the main street with the bike park over the back fence.

The Residence is virtually like a mini house with three bedrooms, kitchen and great views of the surrounding rural setting. It is a stand alone house and is a great place with space and comfort to enjoy the surroundings in the area in a family or group situation. The Residence has two Queen Beds and two single beds, so ideal for families who want to stay a while. Children under 5 stay free with us at True Blue so do not include them as an additional person for billing purposes.
The space
The family styling of this apartment is great for people dont like to feel squashed in and with a spacious lounge dining kitchen which is open in aspect and with great views across the valley you are able to relax and enjoy your stay in comfort.
Guest access
Your carpark is in the main carpark and which has an identifying number five on the carpark space for you. The carpark is right outside your door and visible from your apartment window.
Other things to note
The address of the apartment is 3/34 Main St but access and parking is off Hope Lane and you drive straight off Main St into Hope Lane and about 30 yards down Hope Lane you turn into your designated car park spot "3". Please only park in your designated spot and if someone has parked in your place please call the attendant as listed in the "Info for Guests" section
