Whilst staying in Swansea you can choose from such great places to dine, as Swansea RSL overlooking the channel, Swansea Pub, many cafes and other cafes and restuarants are located in Caves Beach and Belmont.

Getting Around:
There is parking available at the property and public transportation by bus is located near by. There are taxis available as well if required. The area is flat so great for bike riding and walking is an easy way to explore the area.

Prior to your arrival, please ensure that you fill out our check-in form. This form will request photo identification and evidence of credit card ownership. Guests will have access to the whole house. There are books, games, two TVs and two DVD players. One full bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and a second toilet in the internal laundry. Washing machine, iron and ironing board also provided. A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils are provided for use, if needed, especially if you are on an extended stay. We have wifi and a smart TV.

Other things to note
There will be a security deposit of $250 required for keys and for any issues which may arise during your visit. The deposit will be refunded to you once a final inspection is completed.

We do not allow pets. Smoking outside only please.

We ask that if you please restrict the numbers to just those people that have booked the property. This is for security and insurance reasons. Please keep the noise to a respectful level and any celebrations to a reasonable hour, and nothing outside after 10pm, keeping in mind our neighbours who do shift work..

A vacuum cleaner (behind door in main bedroom) and brooms (laundry) are supplied for you to use for any spills or sand from the beach, thanks.

Lake Macquarie Council has a green and household waste policy. All kitchen scraps and food goes into special green bags supplied in the kitchen. These are placed into the GREEN BIN which is collected every week on Sunday night. Please do not put food waste into the RED LID BIN as it is only collected every two weeks and this can cause a hygiene issue. More details are on the fridge at the house.

Swansea Sands is conveniently located in a quiet street, three houses back from the Waterfront Reserve, providing a perfect location for families to relax and unwind.

Swansea is home to some of the best waterways and fishing spots in NSW, with boat ramps only minutes away. There are also patrolled beaches close by including the famous Caves Beach.

We also allow pets with a fully fenced yard.

The space
Where you will sleep:
The large Master bedroom has a plush, comfortable king size bed and also a queen size "Koala" fold out sofa bed. This folds out low to the ground so is great for the little ones. There is also a generous size ensuite attached to the room including a shower and toilet, with a large built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and an open wardrobe. To access this bedroom you walk through the office.

The third bedroom has a double bed with a built in wardrobe.

The office has a desk and monitor to ensure if you need to work whilst here you can do so comfortably. The cupboard also contains some books and boardgames to keep you entertained.

The main bathroom is large and includes a bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom to maximise privacy.

Outdoor Living:
One of the features of this house is the generous size under-covered deck which looks out over the full fenced yard. The deck features a large 8 seater dining table, lounge, Webber BBQ and a television.

The fully equiped kitchen, including Smeg appliances and a Nepresso pod coffee machine means cooking while you are here is a breeze. The basic essentials are provided (such as oil, spices etc) to help you get started.

The laundry contains a front loader washing machine and dryer.

The lounge room has a comfortable lounge with 4 of the seats manual recliners and a large television including Netflix, Stan etc. It also has an air-conditioner.

All quality linen and Sheridan bath towels are provided, however it is recommended to bring your own beach towels.

A small number of supplies are provided, however if staying longer than a few days there are Coles and Woolies within a 5 minute drive.

We are welcoming you to bring your pet kids, however please do not let them on the furniture or beds. There are two rattan dog beds provided, however please bring your own blankets etc.

Please note this is not a party house and large gatherings are not permitted. This is a lovely quiet street with elderly neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum.
