- "Very outdated, no steps to get into door just two bricks, broken up gravel at end up steps to walk down to door, shower/ tub dirty with hair and blue mold looking stuff in it and dead flies on the floors" - "Here is the negative: We had to move rooms because our condo’s tv was not in working condition. The place is very dated. Positive: The surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing deer and other animals and loved the nature experience since we are from Miami. The condo was close to shopping areas and close to the tournament field where my son played. We enjoyed the space since the condo was large and had a full kitchen and living room area. I would definitely stay here again next year. "

The lower level has sliding glass doors that walk out to a covered patio where the year-round hot tub is located and a sidewalk to the fire pit. The lower level includes a 1/2 bath, the laundry room, the garage entrance, a TV area with pullout couch, futon with upper twin bunk, a card table, a ping pong table, and stairs to the main floor. The lower level is relatively open with little privacy for the sleeping area; however, it's great for kids and has plenty of room for additional blowup mattresses.

The main floor has the Master Bedroom with a full bath and the Game Room with 2 twin cots and full bath. Both of these rooms are large, have private full baths, walk in closets, and are private with lockable doors. There's also a full bath off of the hallway between the Kitchen and TV room.

The Master Bedroom and the Kitchen both have doors to the rear deck. The Master bedroom deck is open and great for relaxing in the sun. The deck off of the kitchen is covered and great for relaxing in the shade or during a rainy day. The decks are connected and gated on top of the stairs to the rear yard, so young kids and pets can roam between the house and deck area without having to worry about them wandering off.

The second floor contains 3 Bedrooms, all with lockable doors and closets. The second floor also has a shared full bathroom in the hallway with a double sink that is in a separate room from the bath/shower and toilet so you can easily wash up and brush your teeth while someone else is showering.

Watercraft: 6 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 swim raft, and 1 paddle boat with life jackets are included for use during your stay. For children, we recommend bringing your own life jackets to ensure the correct fit. The waterfront is ankle deep for small kids and gradually goes to 8' in the center of our cove.

Lake Dock: The dock is available for your use for fishing and swimming. It's approximately 5-6' at the end of the dock, so No Diving unless you go out to deeper waters. Whether fishing in the summer or ice fishing in the winter, PA fishing rules apply and PA fishing licenses are required.

Pets: Bring the family dog along to enjoy room to run and an occasional swim. Dogs of all sizes are permitted with a pet fee as long as they do not chew and are house broken. Dogs less than 1 year old are not permitted. Please keep pets off of furniture as much as possible. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed.

Kitchen utensils, plates, and Keurig/drip coffee pot (K cups not included), pots/pans etc are provided. We supply fresh linens and bath towels, but let us know if you prefer to bring your own. All linens and towels are washed between visits. Please bring your own beach towels for use outdoors and on the lake. There is a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry during your stay. Just bring along a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. Basic items such as toilet paper, salt / pepper, etc are located in the home. Feel free to use them and simply replenish what you use.

Paddleboat: 1 paddle boat is provided for use. Be sure to keep life jackets on board. Treasure Lake security requires a life jacket and whistle to be on board for each occupant.

Lake Dock: The dock is available for your use for fishing and swimming. Whether fishing in the summer or ice fishing in the winter, PA fishing rules apply and PA fishing licenses are required.

Swim Raft: A swim raft is provided to access the deeper water of the cove or to simply enjoying laying in the sun with a cold drink.

- "My wife and I stayed at the house and thought it would be a great family vacation location. A large property with great amenities. We were notified in June that the pontoon boat would not be available. Apparently the HOA decided they didn’t want renters to have access to power boats. We brought our paddle boards and there were the supplied kayaks….. The house is large and private. My wife and I had the living area downstairs. My daughters family (3 kids) had plenty of room upstairs. The property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with."

Dredging is complete and Treasure Lake will be usable in 2026. I will supply 10 pool/beach passes that are good Monday-Thursday and not on holidays. I can take you to the pool and sign you in for a $7 per person fee or you can use the pool at the campground anytime for free. Pontoon boat available but must have property owner on boat. Beaches: Treasure Lake (the main lake) has New Providence Beach. This beach has volleyball courts, play areas for the kids and snack bar. Bimini Lake has Bimini Beach.

Lakeview Lodge Pool: I provide 10 pool/beach passes that are good Monday-Thursday and not on holidays. I can sign you in at the pool on other days. There is a fee of $7 per person. The pool at the campground is free. The indoor pool at Silverwood's is $3 per person. Contact me for more information. There is a new large swimming pool complete with waterside. You can get a quick meal, snacks or ice cream and legal beverages at the pool side
snack bar.

Golf: If golf is your game there are two18 hole PGA rated courses. The Silver Golf Course and Gold Golf Course each have small restaurants/clubhouses. They are both open to the public. Both Silver Course and Gold Course have pro shops.

Fishing: Both Treasure Lake and Bimini Lake as well as Little Flipper Pond are stocked for the fisherman. (PA Fishing Licenses are available at the Marina store)

Towne Market: Offers grocery items as well as a deli and menu items to "eat in" or take out. There is also a gas station.

Marnie's Salon: A full-service salon complete with manicure/pedicure services and boutique & gift shop. The services offered are of spa quality!

The Lower level includes the laundry room, a pool table, a full bath, and a gaming area with a Nintendo Wii and a Smart TV for Netflix, etc.

The first floor features a great room with cathedral plank ceilings, large chalet windows for lots of sun, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, glass doors that open to a large deck overlooking the lake with outdoor seating and a propane grill, a full bath, and 3 bedrooms. Three sets of deck stairs go down to the yard, the driveway, hot tub area, and the Lakeview fire pit. Be sure to bring your firewood and smores!

The second floor contains the Master Bedroom suite, a loft sitting area overlooking the great room and the full bath. The second floor open loft looks directly through the large chalet windows overlooking the lake.

Kayaks: 4 new kayaks with life jackets are included for use during your stay.

Outdoor Hot Tub: The hot tub is up and running year round. It is cleaned between every stay. Please rinse off before going from the lake/beach to the hot tub. Additional hot tub cleanings are available during your stay for $50.00 per cleaning. Just contact maintenance as needed.

Pet Fees: Dogs of all sizes are permitted as long as they do not chew and are house broken. Dogs less than 1 year old are not permitted as they are often not fully house broken and love to chew the new furniture. Please keep pets off of furniture as much as possible. The pet fee is a non-refundable $150. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed.

This property is nicely furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, Kuerig & standard drip coffee pot (coffee not included), pots/pans, etc are provided. We will supply fresh linens and bath towels, but let us know if you prefer to bring your own. All linens and towels are washed between visits and left folded on each bed for your use. Any person over 12 years old requires a PA fishing license to fish in either of the two lakes in Treasure Lake. The great room is highlighted by cedar plank walls and cathedral ceilings with a gas log fireplace and smart TV and leads to the large covered porch which overlooks the lake.

The lower level is the perfect kid's hangout with a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, TV area and gas log fireplace.

Swim, fish and boat from the back yard with the two provided kayaks and paddle boat.
- We have several life jackets but recommend that you bring your own for children to assure proper fit.
- The lake is about 4'-5' deep at the end of the dock, so no diving.
- Fishing is catch and release. A PA fishing license is required and may be purchased online or locally at Walmart.

PLEASE NOTE: To protect against invasive species, no outside boats, (powered or non-powered), and no outside kayaks or paddleboards are permitted in Treasure Lake. However, in addition to the kayaks and paddle boat available at the house, additional paddleboards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks are available to rent at the marina through Labor Day.

8 Pool/Beach passes are provided for access to the Lakeview Lodge Pool which is open to guests Monday-Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool is a 5 minute walk from the house. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool is reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Treasure Lake was lowered by 10' for dredging at the end of 2024 and will be unavailable for use during the 2025 season while the lake refills. During the 2025 season, the Pool/Beach passes may also be used Monday-Thursday at the Bimini Lake beach (7 minute drive from the house) and at the Cayman Campground pool (9 minute drive from the house). Guests may also wish to visit the large Dubois city pool or nearby Parker Dam State Park while lake levels are low in 2025. See their websites for details.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow outside boats, including motorized ones. However, paddleboards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks are available to rent at the marina.

- "We had a fantastic week at this lake house! It had everything we needed. Our toddler was excited to find all the toys in the basement closet. The sunroom looking over the lake was a favorite spot. We used all the kayaks/canoes throughout the week. The Bimini beach was a nice little beach to make sandcastles and swim (we also swam off the dock). We found the Bimini lake to be better than the (larger) Treasure lake beach. We played all kind of lawn games on the grass- despite the slight hill. Wifi was not consistent, but we made due. Overall, we found this to be a high scale, beautifully maintained, welcoming home!"

This pet-friendly cottage is a 2-minute car ride from just about EVERYTHING that Treasure Lake has to offer. There is something for everybody in the family to enjoy, from fishing, kayaking, swimming, golfing, bike riding, hiking and relaxing at one of THREE beaches during the summer months...to winter-season activities like sled riding, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, swimming at the indoor heated pool, or simply cozying by the fireplace in the vaulted-ceiling living room and streaming your favorite shows on the 55” flat screen smart TV.

Enjoy warm evenings and starry nights by the fire in the large, flat, tree-lined back yard, perfect for the kids to run around and play or for the adults to unwind on the furnished patio with their favorite beverage. Cottage comes with yard games and basketball hoop, as well.

(Note: Two children’s kayaks and life jackets are available for use).

Experience peaceful mornings with a stroll around the block to take in beautiful lake views. After a fun-filled day at the lake, unwind with a warm bubble bath in the master bathroom’s over-sized jacuzzi tub.

Prepare your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, or dine-in/order-out from plenty of nearby restaurants, including Treasure Lake’s own (and very delicious), Duffer’s Tavern. Our kitchen includes plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, etc programmable coffee maker (coffee not included), toaster, microwave, crock pot, and blender.

We include fresh linens folded on each bed and fresh bath towels. A laundry room with washer and dryer is included in case you need to do any laundry. Some basic toiletries are provided for you to begin your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap); you may need to bring extra depending on the length of your stay.

We do our best to provide some firewood, but more will likely need to be purchased. There is a firewood stand close by, outside of Treasure Lake’s front gate.

2023 UPDATE: THE TREASURE LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS CREATED A NEW RULE STARTING MAY 2023 THAT SHORT TERM RENTERS/VACATIONERS CAN ONLY USE THE POOL MONDAYS THROUGH THURSDAYS (AND NO POOL ACCESS ON HOLIDAYS). THERE IS A PUBLIC POOL A SHORT DRIVE AWAY FROM TREASURE LAKE THAT YOU CAN PAY THE DAILY ENTRY FEE TO USE. Bring beach towels to enjoy the pool and beaches! Cottage comes with six free pool/beach passes. Prices subject to change. Pool passes are not valid at the Silverwoods Indoor Pool (a small entry fee applies to swim at the indoor pool).

We do have a back up generator in case the power goes out! There are numerous times throughout the year with snow, storms and the power goes out some time for days but with this house is equipped with a back up generator that you won't ever have to worry about no power!

Treasure Lake is perfect area for a family vacation, with tons of activities to offer-there’s surely something for everyone in the family! We have compiled a list of our top choices!

Community Pool- Head to the pool to enjoy swimming in the large pool with a waterslide. While there you can get quick meals, snacks, or ice cream at Pirate's Cove or enjoy the outdoor poolside movie or the live music (music and movie are 1x/week during summer months only).

Community Beaches- 2 on Treasure Lake and 1 on Bimini Lake.

Little Flipper Lake- Walking on the nature trail around the small lake or fish in this smaller catch and release fishing pond

Golf- Treasure Lake has two golf courses, which both also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing.

Bilger's rocks - Bilger's Rocks is a super cool natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas, including caves, cliffs, passageways, climbing routes and more.

Downtown DuBois - There is also the town of Dubois to explore if you're looking for more restaurants, grocery stores, or basic shopping needs.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: From week of memorial day to labor day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available.

Due to the number of bad guests, please read the following basic rules very carefully:

1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.

2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.

3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.

4. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.

If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Our properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s no where on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle board, paddle boat, canoe and kayaks rentals.

4 Beach passes are included in the house-more are available for purchase if needed. $3 a pass. Passes will allow access to all of the area beaches. Guest passes for pool are also included in the house.

This beautifully newly renovated 2700 square foot lakefront home is in the gated community of Treasure Lake with 100' of pristine lake frontage. Beautiful scenic views, plentiful wildlife, and a large deck just steps from the water’s edge will make your stay as memorable as it is relaxing.
2 floors/Split Entry Home - Top floor is master bed & bathroom with a queen sized bed (pillow top mattress) with TV - 1st floor has new state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room with a nice 8 person table for everyone to gather, island with 3 counter stools and an open living space with large sectional couch and recliner, large TV, and an electric stone fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed) and TVs on this floor as well as a full bathroom. The bottom floor is an open common space with a TV and beautiful view of the lake. On this floor there is also a bedroom (1 queen bed), a pullout couch, a full bath, laundry room, and another table with 4 stools. Non-owner boats are not permitted per Treasure Lake POA regulations but 2 kayaks are available for your use.
The home is nicely furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, coffee pot, and pots/pans etc. are provided. We supply fresh linens and bath towels. All linens and towels are washed between visits. Please bring your own beach towels for use outdoors and on the lake. There is a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry during your stay. Just bring along a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. Basic items such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels are located in the home. Feel free to use them and simply replenish what you use.
This home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise will disturb the neighbors and will likely result in complaints and potentially a noise violation. If you expect your group to be rowdy, please consider other options.

The yard is a large, flat, grassy space that leads right up to the water where all can enjoy yard games (not included), relaxing by the fire, kayaking or paddle boating in the lake, or swimming or fishing in the lake. There is so much to do you'll never want to leave the property!
But, if you do, Treasure Lake offers so much more!
1. Head to the pool to enjoy swimming in the newly very large pool with a waterslide. While there you can get quick meals, snacks, or ice cream at Pirate's Cove or enjoy the outdoor poolside movie or the live music (music and movie are 1x/week during summer months only).
2. Check out the many beaches throughout the community: 2 on Treasure Lake and 1 on Bimini Lake.

5. Have some golfers vacationing with you? Treasure Lake has two beautifully maintained golf courses, which both also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing. Have a family putting contest on the putting green afterward!
This location also offers day-trip opportunities too! Elk Country is about a 45 minute drive away. Visit the visitor center and walk on the short walking paths with the family and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania Wilds scenery. The visitors' center is full of information on the Elk and the area where they roam. While there, enjoy a wagon ride around the property and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife while you ride. The horses that pull the wagon are gorgeous animals and all of the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Before heading home, head over to Winslow Hill for more breathtaking views of the area and an even better chance to see the elk.

We were introduced to Treasure Lake in 2016 through a short term rental and fell in love. We built our own lake home on Treasure Lake in 2019 and spend most of our summer here with our family and friends. We live in Pittsburgh, PA full time. We bought this house as a means for others to experience Treasure Lake and make many memories with friends and family. Treasure Lake has three pristine lakes, two of the lakes have beaches for swimming and leisure located at Treasure lake and Bimini Lake, Marina, boat docks, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, two golf courses, fishing, boating, hiking, biking trails, camping and the Country Club-Lakeview Lodge. (Please note you are not permitted to bring a boat or kayak into Treasure Lake if you are not a resident with a Treasure Lake permit sticker.)

Treasure Lake has all the amenities of a great getaway to a true Treasure in PA. Approximately a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Pittsburgh. The wildlife wander peacefully throughout the gated community offering a wonderful and relaxing experience with nature.

The Treasure Lake Country Club has a pool that is reserved for use by resident owners but there are nearby public pools.
