- "Very outdated, no steps to get into door just two bricks, broken up gravel at end up steps to walk down to door, shower/ tub dirty with hair and blue mold looking stuff in it and dead flies on the floors" - "Here is the negative: We had to move rooms because our condo’s tv was not in working condition. The place is very dated. Positive: The surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing deer and other animals and loved the nature experience since we are from Miami. The condo was close to shopping areas and close to the tournament field where my son played. We enjoyed the space since the condo was large and had a full kitchen and living room area. I would definitely stay here again next year. "

The lower level has sliding glass doors that walk out to a covered patio where the year-round hot tub is located and a sidewalk to the fire pit. The lower level includes a 1/2 bath, the laundry room, the garage entrance, a TV area with pullout couch, futon with upper twin bunk, a card table, a ping pong table, and stairs to the main floor. The lower level is relatively open with little privacy for the sleeping area; however, it's great for kids and has plenty of room for additional blowup mattresses.

The main floor has the Master Bedroom with a full bath and the Game Room with 2 twin cots and full bath. Both of these rooms are large, have private full baths, walk in closets, and are private with lockable doors. There's also a full bath off of the hallway between the Kitchen and TV room.

The Master Bedroom and the Kitchen both have doors to the rear deck. The Master bedroom deck is open and great for relaxing in the sun. The deck off of the kitchen is covered and great for relaxing in the shade or during a rainy day. The decks are connected and gated on top of the stairs to the rear yard, so young kids and pets can roam between the house and deck area without having to worry about them wandering off.

The second floor contains 3 Bedrooms, all with lockable doors and closets. The second floor also has a shared full bathroom in the hallway with a double sink that is in a separate room from the bath/shower and toilet so you can easily wash up and brush your teeth while someone else is showering.

Watercraft: 6 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 swim raft, and 1 paddle boat with life jackets are included for use during your stay. For children, we recommend bringing your own life jackets to ensure the correct fit. The waterfront is ankle deep for small kids and gradually goes to 8' in the center of our cove.

Lake Dock: The dock is available for your use for fishing and swimming. It's approximately 5-6' at the end of the dock, so No Diving unless you go out to deeper waters. Whether fishing in the summer or ice fishing in the winter, PA fishing rules apply and PA fishing licenses are required.

Pets: Bring the family dog along to enjoy room to run and an occasional swim. Dogs of all sizes are permitted with a pet fee as long as they do not chew and are house broken. Dogs less than 1 year old are not permitted. Please keep pets off of furniture as much as possible. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed.

Kitchen utensils, plates, and Keurig/drip coffee pot (K cups not included), pots/pans etc are provided. We supply fresh linens and bath towels, but let us know if you prefer to bring your own. All linens and towels are washed between visits. Please bring your own beach towels for use outdoors and on the lake. There is a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry during your stay. Just bring along a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. Basic items such as toilet paper, salt / pepper, etc are located in the home. Feel free to use them and simply replenish what you use.

- "My wife and I stayed at the house and thought it would be a great family vacation location. A large property with great amenities. We were notified in June that the pontoon boat would not be available. Apparently the HOA decided they didn’t want renters to have access to power boats. We brought our paddle boards and there were the supplied kayaks….. The house is large and private. My wife and I had the living area downstairs. My daughters family (3 kids) had plenty of room upstairs. The property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with."

Dredging is complete and Treasure Lake will be usable in 2026. I will supply 10 pool/beach passes that are good Monday-Thursday and not on holidays. I can take you to the pool and sign you in for a $7 per person fee or you can use the pool at the campground anytime for free. Pontoon boat available but must have property owner on boat. Lakeview Lodge Pool: I provide 10 pool/beach passes that are good Monday-Thursday and not on holidays. I can sign you in at the pool on other days. There is a fee of $7 per person. The pool at the campground is free. The indoor pool at Silverwood's is $3 per person. Contact me for more information. There is a new large swimming pool complete with waterside. Golf: If golf is your game there are two18 hole PGA rated courses. The Silver Golf Course and Gold Golf Course each have small restaurants/clubhouses. They are both open to the public. Both Silver Course and Gold Course have pro shops.

Fishing: Both Treasure Lake and Bimini Lake as well as Little Flipper Pond are stocked for the fisherman. (PA Fishing Licenses are available at the Marina store)

The Lower level includes the laundry room, a pool table, a full bath, and a gaming area with a Nintendo Wii and a Smart TV for Netflix, etc.

The first floor features a great room with cathedral plank ceilings, large chalet windows for lots of sun, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, glass doors that open to a large deck overlooking the lake with outdoor seating and a propane grill, a full bath, and 3 bedrooms. Three sets of deck stairs go down to the yard, the driveway, hot tub area, and the Lakeview fire pit. Be sure to bring your firewood and smores!

The second floor contains the Master Bedroom suite, a loft sitting area overlooking the great room and the full bath. The second floor open loft looks directly through the large chalet windows overlooking the lake.

Kayaks: 4 new kayaks with life jackets are included for use during your stay.

Outdoor Hot Tub: The hot tub is up and running year round. It is cleaned between every stay. Please rinse off before going from the lake/beach to the hot tub. Additional hot tub cleanings are available during your stay for $50.00 per cleaning. Just contact maintenance as needed.

Pet Fees: Dogs of all sizes are permitted as long as they do not chew and are house broken. Dogs less than 1 year old are not permitted as they are often not fully house broken and love to chew the new furniture. Please keep pets off of furniture as much as possible. The pet fee is a non-refundable $150. Sorry, due to allergies, cats are not allowed.

This property is nicely furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, Kuerig & standard drip coffee pot (coffee not included), pots/pans, etc are provided. We will supply fresh linens and bath towels, but let us know if you prefer to bring your own. All linens and towels are washed between visits and left folded on each bed for your use. Any person over 12 years old requires a PA fishing license to fish in either of the two lakes in Treasure Lake. The great room is highlighted by cedar plank walls and cathedral ceilings with a gas log fireplace and smart TV and leads to the large covered porch which overlooks the lake.

The lower level is the perfect kid's hangout with a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, TV area and gas log fireplace.

Swim, fish and boat from the back yard with the two provided kayaks and paddle boat.
- We have several life jackets but recommend that you bring your own for children to assure proper fit.
- The lake is about 4'-5' deep at the end of the dock, so no diving.
- Fishing is catch and release. A PA fishing license is required and may be purchased online or locally at Walmart.

PLEASE NOTE: To protect against invasive species, no outside boats, (powered or non-powered), and no outside kayaks or paddleboards are permitted in Treasure Lake. However, in addition to the kayaks and paddle boat available at the house, additional paddleboards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks are available to rent at the marina through Labor Day.

8 Pool/Beach passes are provided for access to the Lakeview Lodge Pool which is open to guests Monday-Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool is a 5 minute walk from the house. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool is reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Treasure Lake was lowered by 10' for dredging at the end of 2024 and will be unavailable for use during the 2025 season while the lake refills. During the 2025 season, the Pool/Beach passes may also be used Monday-Thursday at the Bimini Lake beach (7 minute drive from the house) and at the Cayman Campground pool (9 minute drive from the house). Guests may also wish to visit the large Dubois city pool or nearby Parker Dam State Park while lake levels are low in 2025. See their websites for details.

- "We had a fantastic week at this lake house! It had everything we needed. Our toddler was excited to find all the toys in the basement closet. The sunroom looking over the lake was a favorite spot. We used all the kayaks/canoes throughout the week. The Bimini beach was a nice little beach to make sandcastles and swim (we also swam off the dock). We found the Bimini lake to be better than the (larger) Treasure lake beach. We played all kind of lawn games on the grass- despite the slight hill. Wifi was not consistent, but we made due. Overall, we found this to be a high scale, beautifully maintained, welcoming home!"

Our kitchen includes plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, etc programmable coffee maker (coffee not included), toaster, microwave, crock pot, and blender.

We include fresh linens folded on each bed and fresh bath towels. A laundry room with washer and dryer is included in case you need to do any laundry. Some basic toiletries are provided for you to begin your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap); you may need to bring extra depending on the length of your stay.

We do our best to provide some firewood, but more will likely need to be purchased. There is a firewood stand close by, outside of Treasure Lake’s front gate.

Please note: From week of memorial day to labor day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available.

Due to the number of bad guests, please read the following basic rules very carefully:

1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.

2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.

3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.

4. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.

If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Our properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s no where on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle board, paddle boat, canoe and kayaks rentals.

4 Beach passes are included in the house-more are available for purchase if needed. $3 a pass. Passes will allow access to all of the area beaches. Guest passes for pool are also included in the house.

This beautifully newly renovated 2700 square foot lakefront home is in the gated community of Treasure Lake with 100' of pristine lake frontage. Beautiful scenic views, plentiful wildlife, and a large deck just steps from the water’s edge will make your stay as memorable as it is relaxing.
2 floors/Split Entry Home - Top floor is master bed & bathroom with a queen sized bed (pillow top mattress) with TV - 1st floor has new state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room with a nice 8 person table for everyone to gather, island with 3 counter stools and an open living space with large sectional couch and recliner, large TV, and an electric stone fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed) and TVs on this floor as well as a full bathroom. The bottom floor is an open common space with a TV and beautiful view of the lake. On this floor there is also a bedroom (1 queen bed), a pullout couch, a full bath, laundry room, and another table with 4 stools. Non-owner boats are not permitted per Treasure Lake POA regulations but 2 kayaks are available for your use.
The home is nicely furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, coffee pot, and pots/pans etc. are provided. We supply fresh linens and bath towels. All linens and towels are washed between visits. Please bring your own beach towels for use outdoors and on the lake. There is a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry during your stay. Just bring along a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. Basic items such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels are located in the home. Feel free to use them and simply replenish what you use.
This home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise will disturb the neighbors and will likely result in complaints and potentially a noise violation. If you expect your group to be rowdy, please consider other options.

This location also offers day-trip opportunities too! Elk Country is about a 45 minute drive away. Visit the visitor center and walk on the short walking paths with the family and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania Wilds scenery. The visitors' center is full of information on the Elk and the area where they roam. While there, enjoy a wagon ride around the property and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife while you ride. The horses that pull the wagon are gorgeous animals and all of the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Before heading home, head over to Winslow Hill for more breathtaking views of the area and an even better chance to see the elk.

We were introduced to Treasure Lake in 2016 through a short term rental and fell in love. We built our own lake home on Treasure Lake in 2019 and spend most of our summer here with our family and friends. We live in Pittsburgh, PA full time. We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, a Keurig with pods , a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom (since it's RV, it needs to get RV/marine toilet paper so it doesn't clog up the septic system)
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. - "So relaxing and everything you could possibly need!" - "The camper has everything you need! It is clean but not without signs of wear and tear. Which was totally ok for us, no need to panic if the dog accidentally scratched the leather seats as they already have some signs of wear! The sleeper sofas were perfect for kids, my parents were going to stay a night and opted for a hotel. The outdoor space was lovely and everyone enjoyed it. The location is on a heavily traveled main road in the campground, everyone will look at you and your site when you are outside. Everyone is very friendly so that’s a plus, but not a lot of privacy. This area of the campground seemed very nice and family oriented, it was quiet by 10:00. Even on the holiday weekend. I was definitely nervous and reminding everyone to be quiet all weekend which got old. Not that we’re noisy but 13 and 8 year old boys are not always quiet! 😉 The owner was prompt to reply to any questions prior to our stay and Steve was always easy to reach for inquiries during our stay."

Lakefront on Cove is about 4 to 5 houses down from the main lake with its own dock. Lake-facing wood deck, full with updated patio furniture and large tv. Large flat backyard with fire pit, beautiful landscape with a fence. Overlooking dock and short steps water.
We have two kayaks and paddle board that we will include. There are two golf courses and 3 lake beaches. The beaches require a 25-dollar fee a week for nonproperty owners. There is one restaurant in treasure lake-Duffers on the golf course and numerous around the Dubois/Clearfield area. Very fun places, the Angry Goat with axe throwing and simulated golf. There is Dolittle's train station, (can look up a website), ice cream, dinosaurs, miniature golf, and a microbrewery made out of old train cars. There is also a little pond/lake at treasure lake only for little kids for fishing "little dipper". On the main beach is a play area with a wood train and playset. There is also weekly outdoor entertainment during the summer months and live music. There are famous must-buy donuts, "Scotty's donuts". There are numerous antique shops.
During winter months there will not be tv on deck and no covering on deck.

- "My family and I were looking for a nice relaxing getaway after a long summer of youth baseball. We got that and much more this past week. We had an absolute blast in Treasure Lake. The house was perfect. We loved having the ability to fish, swim, and boat all week. The kids all loved the outdoor tv and our dog loved the spacious backyard. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Treasure Lake" - "A cozy home in a gated community located directly on the water with kayaks, a paddle board, life vests, and easy access to the main lake. The backyard is fenced in with a fire pit and the deck has a covered seating area perfect for movie nights with the family. And the owners allow you to bring the family dog with you. What more can one ask for? The ability to bring our dog was a huge plus for us on our trip. Everything you might need (e.g., groceries, etc.) is only about 15 minutes away. Wolf Run Manor at Treasure Lake is located in north-central Pennsylvania, nestled in the heart of an 8,000-acre resort community. Treasure Lake has three pools and two lakes, with beach areas, several tennis courts, Go break a sweat at the Silverwoods workout facility and check out their new recreation center also the resort offers two PGA 18-hole golf courses. Winter activities in the area include sledding if weather permits. As the resort encompasses thousands of acres, guests will need to drive to some amenities. Enjoy food and entertainment at duffers tavern or dine at the country club.

It's just south of Allegheny National Forest and borders Pennsylvania Game Lands No.77.

The rear yard is large and very private. Single-floor living space with an open floor plan so feels spacious. There is a gas fireplace for your use. The main bedroom is on the first floor with a private bathroom. We comfortably accommodate 6 guests with bedroom and dining space; there is an additional 5 sleeping spaces in the loft and pull out couch and chair. It's all around quaint and cozy for a feeling of tranquility and relaxation.

*PLEASE NOTE: Treasure Lake is conducting a dredge of the lake that started in November 2024. The ongoing dredging projects are planned to be completed by the end of 2025. It’s expected that Treasure Lake will not be accessible for the remainder of year. Although, we are not a waterfront property, this will affect recreational activities for the rest of 2025 such as renting kayaks, etc. from the Treasure Lake Marina and access to New Providence Beach.

"Mulligan Retreat" is the perfect place for a family vacation, golf trip or getaway for a special occasion.

Enjoy warm evenings and starry nights by the fire in the large, flat, tree-lined back yard. Perfect for the kids to run around and play or for the adults to unwind while playing, (provided!) yard games and enjoying a beverage! We provide Cornhole, Bocce Ball and Kan Jam. We also provide roasting sticks for marshmallows and hot dogs.

Prepare your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, or dine-in/order-out from plenty of nearby restaurants, including Treasure Lake’s own Duffer’s Tavern. Our kitchen includes plates, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, etc., programmable coffee maker (coffee included!), toaster, microwave, etc.

We include fresh linens on each bed and fresh bath towels. A laundry room with washer and dryer is included in case you need to do any laundry. Some basic toiletries are provided for you to begin your stay (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods); you may need to bring extra depending on the length of your stay.

Baby gate, highchair, and pack-n-play are available making this a place for the entire family!

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy all that Treasure Lake has to offer. There is something for everyone in your group to enjoy: Fishing - catch & release (A Pennsylvania fishing license is required. These can be purchased at the Treasure Lake Marina), kayaking, swimming, golfing, bike riding, hiking & relaxing at New Providence Beach during the summer months. There are also playgrounds, tennis courts and pickleball courts as well.

Treasure Lake has three bodies of water to enjoy. Treasure Lake, Bimini Lake and Little Flipper Lake.

For anyone under 12 or over 60 years of age, Little Flipper Lake is a great place to fish. Nature trails and picnic tables are available for all to enjoy, as well as the Little Flipper Pavilion.

The fall season provides some of the most spectacular fall foliage scenery in the Northeast!

There are many winter-season activities too!
Sled riding, ice fishing, cross-country skiing or simply cozying by the fireplace in the vaulted-ceiling living room and streaming your favorite shows on the 55” flat screen smart TV.

There is a firewood stand close by, outside of Treasure Lake’s front gate.

While you're here, check out the Treasure Lake Marina Store adjacent to the boat docks and across the dam from the Lakeview Lodge/community pool. The store is just a short drive from the cottage. They offer a variety of boating and fishing supplies, as well as Pennsylvania State fishing licenses, bait, ice, various souvenir items, soft drinks, gas, snacks, ice cream, and non-motorized boat rentals. The Marina store also has a large deck with picnic tables overlooking the water for relaxing and picnicking.

The community pool (Lakeview Lodge Pool) within Treasure Lake is open Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend, and only available to guests Monday through Thursday. (Excluding holidays) We provide 8 pool guest passes. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. You may enjoy the New Providence Beach every day with your pool/beach guest passes! **PASSES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE HOUSE. FEE FOR LOST PASSES IS $50 PER PASS.**

Treasure Lake is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment (including Laser Tag and Indoor/Outdoor Mini Golf at Dr. Doolittles Roadside Cafe in Dubois).

Feeling even more adventurous? Take a day trip from the cottage! Mulligan Retreat cottage is 18 miles away from Parker Dam State Park, 40 miles away from Cook Forest State Park, 60 miles from Penn State University, 65 miles from Allegheny National Forest and 65 miles from Kinzua Bridge State Park.

The highly rated Straub Brewery Visitor Center and Taproom is about a 40 minute drive away. Check out their website for more information and special events.

Elk Country is also about a 45 minute drive away. Visit the visitor center and explore the short, but scenic walking paths. While there, enjoy a wagon ride around the area and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife. Make sure to check out Winslow Hill for more breathtaking views and an even better chance to see the elk!

Bilger's Rocks is about a 30 minute drive away. It's a natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas: caves, cliffs and passageways.

Punxsutawney is about a 40 minute drive away.
Punxsutawney is known for its annual Groundhog Day celebration every February!

Enjoy the fire pit under the stars, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining area, wildlife, hiking trails,
and stay tuned — a sauna is coming this fall for even more relaxation.

The space
This beautifully newly renovated 2700 square foot lakefront home is in the gated community of Treasure Lake with 100' of pristine lake frontage. Beautiful scenic views, plentiful wildlife, and a large deck just steps from the water’s edge will make your stay as memorable as it is relaxing.
2 floors/Split Entry Home - Top floor is master bed & bathroom with a queen sized bed (pillow top mattress) with TV - 1st floor has new state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room with a nice 8 person table for everyone to gather, island with 3 counter stools and an open living space with large sectional couch and recliner, large TV, and an electric stone fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed) and TVs on this floor as well as a full bathroom. The bottom floor is an open common space with a TV and beautiful view of the lake. On this floor there is also a bedroom (1 queen bed), a pullout couch, a full bath, laundry room, and another table with 4 stools. Non-owner boats are not permitted per Treasure Lake POA regulations but 2 kayaks are available for your use.
The home is nicely furnished. Kitchen utensils, plates, coffee pot, and pots/pans etc. are provided. We supply fresh linens and bath towels. All linens and towels are washed between visits. Please bring your own beach towels for use outdoors and on the lake. There is a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry during your stay. Just bring along a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. Basic items such as toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels are located in the home. Feel free to use them and simply replenish what you use.
This home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Excessive noise will disturb the neighbors and will likely result in complaints and potentially a noise violation. If you expect your group to be rowdy, please consider other options.

Other things to note
The yard is a large, flat, grassy space that leads right up to the water where all can enjoy yard games (not included), relaxing by the fire, kayaking or paddle boating in the lake, or swimming or fishing in the lake. There is so much to do you'll never want to leave the property!
But, if you do, Treasure Lake offers so much more!
1. Head to the pool to enjoy swimming in the newly very large pool with a waterslide. While there you can get quick meals, snacks, or ice cream at Pirate's Cove or enjoy the outdoor poolside movie or the live music (music and movie are 1x/week during summer months only).
2. Check out the many beaches throughout the community: 2 on Treasure Lake and 1 on Bimini Lake.
3. Head over to Little Flipper lake (about 2 miles from the house) and enjoy walking on the nature trail around the small lake or fish in this smaller catch and release fishing pond.
4. All three lakes are stocked for the fisherman in your group too!
5. Have some golfers vacationing with you? Treasure Lake has two beautifully maintained golf courses, which both also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing. Have a family putting contest on the putting green afterward!


This location also offers day-trip opportunities too! Elk Country is about a 45 minute drive away. Visit the visitor center and walk on the short walking paths with the family and enjoy the beautiful Pennsylvania Wilds scenery. The visitors' center is full of information on the Elk and the area where they roam. While there, enjoy a wagon ride around the property and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife while you ride. The horses that pull the wagon are gorgeous animals and all of the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. Before heading home, head over to Winslow Hill for more breathtaking views of the area and an even better chance to see the elk.

Cook Forest is also the perfect day trip for the family where there is something for everyone! Here you can enjoy hiking trails, horse back riding, and picturesque views of nature.

Bilger's Rocks - Bilger's Rocks is a super cool natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas, including caves, cliffs, passageways, climbing routes and more.

Penn State: Penn State is just over an hour away. Come stay and enjoy a game or just a visit.

Downtown DuBois - There is also the town of Dubois to explore if you're looking for more restaurants, grocery stores, or basic shopping needs. Our family enjoys eating at Luigis, Station 101, Angry Goat (golf simulator, ax throwing, outdoor concert venue), and Ice Cream at Doolittles.

We were introduced to Treasure Lake in 2016 through a short term rental and fell in love. We built our own lake home on Treasure Lake in 2019 and spend most of our summer here with our family and friends. We live in Pittsburgh, PA full time. We bought this house as a means for others to experience Treasure Lake and make many memories with friends and family. We’ve had many families and friend groups enjoy this house, and look forward to having you as our next guest!

We do have a back up generator in case the power goes out! There are numerous times throughout the year with snow, storms and the power goes out some time for days but with this house is equipped with a back up generator that you won't ever have to worry about no power!

Please note: From week of memorial day to labor day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available.

Due to the number of bad guests, please read the following basic rules very carefully:

1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.

2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.

3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.

4. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.

If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Our properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s no where on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle board, paddle boat, canoe and kayaks rentals.

4 Beach passes are included in the house-more are available for purchase if needed. $3 a pass. Passes will allow access to all of the area beaches. Guest passes for pool are also included in the house.

Inside, you'll find a large living room, a custom kitchen on the main level, an extra kitchen downstairs, a cozy sunroom with lake views, and a family room with a granite bar. The main kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, so you’ll have everything you need to cook at home. Plus, there's a laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer, and we even provide detergent.

Only a 30-minute drive from here, you can visit the Pennsylvania Elk Visitor Center!

House Rules:

-This lake house is for relaxing getaways, not parties. We ask guests to be respectful of the community and neighbors.

-No smoking inside; if you smoke outside, please clean up after yourself.

-There’s a cleaning fee if any signs of smoking are found indoors.

-Please remove shoes indoors as much of the home is carpeted.

-Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. You’re welcome to use outdoor areas during these hours, just keep noise to a minimum since many neighbors live here full-time.

For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras on the front driveway and backyard, as well as temperature, humidity, and noise sensors inside.

Additional Notes:

Excellent location for week-long family or friend's vacations with lots of local and nearby attractions, excursions and restaurants. We are a 5-minute drive from downtown DuBois where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, community park with pool. and stores for your basic shopping needs.

The concrete driveway and upper parking area can accommodate up to 5 cars. Enjoy contact free check in with our key-code enabled entry device. The driveway is slightly sloped.

We supply a starter pack consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small bottle of dish soap, new dish sponge, hand soap for each bathroom, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and laundry detergent. If you run out of these supplies during your stay, it would be your responsibility to purchase additional items.

A signed rental agreement is required to book. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum 12 guests at all times. We reserve the right to request a copy of ID. Minimum age for person renting is 25. Check in is 4PM, Check out is 10AM.

However, we do not provide personal hygiene products such as body wash and shampoo, so please bring your preferred items for your stay.
