- "Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. The property needs some maintenance, a broken cupboard door in the kitchen, the shower hose leaks. The shower is poor quality and has very low pressure and the cubicle is small for what is quite a spacious property. No lamp shade on the ceiling light in the main bedroom and no bedside lights. Poorly equipped with crockery and cutlery. The property has potential to be a very pleasant place to stay but clearly the management show little interest in maintaining it to a high standard. The pictures and description flatter to deceive. The overall attitude of the property management was unacceptable."

Parking advertised as ‘on site’ which to me means the same building but was actually the Citi Car Park around the corner - it seems they deem ‘on site’ to be on the dock area. Great location and felt very safe but definitely not as advertised and disappointed as I booked as a surprise for my sisters birthday and felt like we had been a bit misled. I book lots of hotels personally and professionally and very rarely feel the need to write a negative review but in this case feel it is justified as the apartment you get is not what I believe is on offer. Bright airy room with big windows - a good sized double room for up to 3 people with the third person on an air bed. There is a large kitchen with complimentary self-service breakfast items. Newly renovated Victorian style bathroom with shower. The living room is furnished with leather sofas and a TV with Netflix, where guests may socialise. The house is centrally located with excellent transport links, with a bus stop right outside, and Morrisons 1 min away. It's a 5 minute drive into town.

The space
Close to Matalan and Morrisons which is literally behind the house. Great transport links as a bus stop right outside the house which takes you into Bradford town in 5-10 mins. You can also easily travel to Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax and surrounding areas.

There is a massive kitchen where you can cook as you please.

Living room is comfortable with a fireplace and Netflix on the TV.

Check in and check out is negotiable if you message me beforehand to let me know your requirements. Late check-in 10pm and onwards will incur a £20 fee, and must be arranged and agreed prior to arrival.

For stays longer than two weeks a security deposit is required of £75-£150 depending on how long you will be staying to be paid upon arrival and returned within 48 hours of departure, as long as the place is left in a good condition.

For shorter stays the deposit will be decided depending on length of stay and people and will not exceed more than £50.

This is a chic cosy double in the heart of the city centre, about 5 mins walk from Bradford interchange, City park, Bradford university, Broadway Shopping centre & a couple of mins from Alhambra theatre, National Media museum and lovely eateries. This cosy room has been recently renovated with bay windows making it very bright & airy. There is a large kitchen to use which is shared. There is wifi included and parking but on a first come first serve basis with a permit.

The space
There is a large communal kitchen but there is no living room at the moment. This will hopefully be sorted soon. All the rooms and the shared bathroom is on the second floor. WiFi is available in all rooms and there is parking available outside the house but it is on a first come first serve basis with a permit. It is a relatively quite house, basic but comfortable.

Tucked away in a safe, quiet cul de sac is our lovely newly decorated cosey single room.
Complimentary tea/coffee tray and unlimited internet.
Ideally situated just off junction 39 M1 and within a 5 minute drive to Wakefield City Centre.
Plenty of off street secure parking with CCTV on driveway.

The property is a three bedroom semi detached house and the room is at the front of the house looking down the avenue.

Guest access
Guests are made welcome to their room and shared bathroom. Other parts of the house are for private use only although I am always on hand to help.

This is a large double room near the city centre, with big bay windows making it bright and airy. This is 1/5 rooms in the house with a large kitchen to use. The house is conveniently located: 5 mins walk from the main bus station, Broadway shopping centre, the leisure exchange, Bradford university and a couple of mins walk away from Alhambra theatre and some lovely restaurants. Parking permit is available on a first come first serve basis. Please ask for more info. Parking is free after 6pm.

The space
There is a large communal kitchen but there is no living room at the moment. This will hopefully be sorted in the next 6 months. All the rooms and the shared bathroom is on the second floor.

A lovely bright large double room in a cosy home with original features and brand new luxurious bathroom with rain shower and free parking.

Walking distance to Burley Park station (5mins) Headingley Stadium (5mins), Leeds University (20mins), Leeds Beckett University (15mins), easy reach of city centre (3 minutes to bus stop or 40mins walk), parks, cinema, pubs, restaurants and shops (5mins).

You’ll love my place with the neighbourhood, very large airy light room, comfy bed, and homeliness.

The space
It's a bright lovely large room with lovely views over the trees and beyond. The room comes with a comfy double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, lamps, both heater and a fan, full length mirror plus finishings.

The house itself is full of original features and is a warm and welcoming terrace with it's own garden and open aspect. The room shares a brand new luxurious large house bathroom solely with myself.

The street is quiet and peaceful with a communal green opposite and allotments at the end of the road. There is always lots of free parking on the street. There is also high speed fibre wifi throughout the house.

You have a very large private room with access to the brand new luxurious large house bathroom which is only shared with me. You can also use of the kitchen, living/dining area and the garden.

The space
A beautifully decorated semi detached house, situated just on the outskirts of Silsden town centre. We are perfectly situated for commuting to Leeds/Bradford and Skipton as well as easy access to train stations and bus links. Silsden is the ideal location for business, leisure, with amazing walking and cycling routes throughout the Yorkshire Dales.
We provided a spacious double bedroom, with linen, bath towels, tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom, as well as a private bathroom and WI-FI. A shared kitchen is available to use as well as a lounge, which will be shared with us.
We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful town of Silsden.
