- "We’ve stayed at many Vrbo properties over the years and this one is my favorite. It’s managed by the owner and is fully and newly renovated. There are many personal touches that make the house truly unique and it is a beautiful setting for a stay. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, linens were soft, and there were plenty of pillows. The owners provided bottled water, ice, coffee pods, extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, trash bags, tissue and a wide variety of spices which was unusual compared to other Vrbo properties- so convenient, and very much appreciated. We hosted our family after our father’s funeral and there was plenty of extra seating with the 2 bars and extra large dining room table. We arrived a day early because we had our dates mixed up. The owners had the house ready and let us add a day to our stay without issue. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Plus it’s close to the expressway. It’s a quiet, tree filled neighborhood. 100% recommend. "

This home is great for large families or group stays. It is located steps away from the Boughton Ridge Golf Course and minutes away from restaurants, shopping, entertaining and grocery at The Promenade Boilingbrook. Minutes away from Interstate 355 and 55 and only 30 miles away from Downtown Chicago. Roughly 25-30 minutes from ORD airport.

All 4 bedrooms include new furniture and luxury mattresses. The Master Suite includes a king bed, private bathroom and a large walk in closet. 2 additional bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and the last bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The basement has a sofa sleeper and full bathroom. We also have 3 queen sized premium air mattresses available to accommodate all of your guests.

The house is in a great location only a couple minutes from mall/groceries. The only criticism we had was there is a large window in the king suite that didn’t have a covering. 4.CAMERA DEVICES:

Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in *any* way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund.

5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping or pets inside of the unit. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping or a pet is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged.

6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. A violation fee of $150 will apply if door is left open or unlocked at any time. You are responsible for the property during the time of your reservation.

7. LATE CHECKOUTS:

Checkout time is 10:00 AM. On rare occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, but this requires written email permission from host and can usually only be confirmed on the day of arrival / departure. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean.
