We have a hypoallergenic space (no pets). This is a 3-room standalone unit within a house. The larger house is not rented out; second floor is reserved for our family use. Guests have the only rental space on site, nice and quiet.

Please, do not try to access the other side through adjoining door or enter the basement. There is a deck that you can enjoy. Be mindful, the deck is a shared space with the other unit. If you use the grill, you will need to scrape the grates when finished.

Some great side junkets include Three Oaks which is about 25 minutes away. Sample a couple of craft cocktails and get a bite to eat at the Journeyman Distillery. A wonderful distillery occupying the historic Featherbone building, which manufactured corsets and buggy whips, back in the day. Be sure to visit Trilogy, and some of the other unique shops in the historic downtown district.
Bridgeman is also about 25 minutes away and have a couple of great breweries. Sample a flight and pick up a growler of your favorite!
The Red Arrow Highway is a great driving excursion with lots of restaurants and antiques shops along the way.
Need a nice space for a Notre Dame home game? This location is only 3 blocks walking to the South Shore train line which is a 40 minute ride to the South Bend airport and a quick cab or Uber to the game field. About 30 minutes by car.

We would be delighted to share our tranquil Michiana Shores oasis with you and your group. The home is designed and furnished to be a cozy yet luxurious escape from the busy realities of modern life. Sit back and relax on the huge wraparound porch or enjoy the wood-burning fireplace or backyard firepit. Beautiful Lake Michigan beaches are within walking distance (or a 3 minute ride on our golf cart available for an extra fee) and downtown New Buffalo is a 7-minute drive. Enjoy the local restaurants, hiking, wineries, breweries, casinos and golf all within a few miles of the property. There is a park with a playground and tennis court in the neighborhood and a horseback riding stable is just down the street.

The home has 2 bedrooms with an additional queen bed in the loft. The loft also features a family area with a large sectional couch so you can watch movies or play games with the whole group.

- "This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable. I would say, if there were any downsides, it would be that the property was sparsely furnished, which meant there wasn’t a lot of seating in the living room area to watch TV, but it worked for our family. It might not if you had more than 4. But really, that was pretty minor compared to the pluses of this property. The walk down to the beach was pretty short, which meant we were able to walk down anytime we wanted to, which allowed us to go in the evenings when it was less crowded and enjoy the sunsets and swimming. There was beach parking, for those who didn’t want to walk, but as far as we could tell, it was $15/day, so we just walked down. The property was quiet and the neighborhood was too. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to Indians Dunes National Park. We didn’t go to the zoo, but it was also very close. The lighthouse museum and pier were nearby and we were able to take advantage of fishing opportunities while there. Overall, our stay was lovely and I recommend this property."
