The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property which is a 500m walk to town, 900m to beach and local attractions. Downstairs consists of a warm and open sitting room with a stove and modern kitchen with dining area for 6 people at the table. Sliding doors lead into a spacious and morning suntrapped garden. Upstairs is a bathroom, master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, a spacious double room and a bunk room with pull out bed that can sleep 3.
The space
The property is on a quiet housing area and just the right distance from the town to be tranquil. A short stroll to the local nightlife, amusements, cafes, fun fair, fine dining and warm, welcoming pubs. Fantastic views of Benbulben Mountain can be seen and the sun warms the house from the back in the morning and then shines on the front of the house and on the open green area in front of the house where children can play and be seen from the property. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. If you need something additional please ask as we may be able to cater for you. There are 4 great beaches (Bundoran Beach, Tullaghan Strand, Mullaghmore Beach and Rossnowlagh Beach) very close to the property and some hidden gems! For those who like to exercise, excellent walking and cycling routes along the sea cliffs from Tullaghan to Bundoran Beach are all close by. A fun fair and waterworld (swimming pool) for children is close by (Easter to August) with amusements and playgrounds. For younger swimmers, 2 outdoor sea swimming pools are easily accessible.

This is a lovely part of the world and the house is just yards from the coastal walk with its fabulous scenery, overlooking the renowned Slieve League. The house is just over a mile from the centre of Bundoran, in a quiet residential area.

I love this part of the world and want my guests to feel very happy here too. Bundoran is the gateway to Co. Donegal and there is so much on the doorstep - whether you are into fishing, surfing, music, dancing, pubs, horse-riding, golf, eating out, amusements, sightseeing... The house itself is literally yards away from the cliff walk which is also an excellent location for experienced surfers. My detached, spacious house is located in a quiet residential area.

The space
I have two spoilt resident dogs which will be kept in the sitting room away from guests and visiting pets (which are welcome to sleep in the kitchen). There is also a pet friendly fenced-in garden. There is also a second separate bedroom under a second Crest of a Wave (Monrosa) listing for guests who require this

There is also a mini-fridge which is solely for the use of guests. The large back garden is fenced in and there is a decking area where guests can have their meals or just relax. Whilst breakfast will not be provided, cereals, porridge oats, tea, coffee will be available for guests to use at their convenience.

As it is important to me that guests can feel wholly at home, I will obviously be there to welcome my guests and any interaction will be as desired by them. I have a separate sitting room which I use and I will try to keep out of the kitchen/living room during times when guests are preparing breakfast or a evening meal/snack . I will be available for guests should they need anything. I look forward to meeting visitors from all backgrounds to share in the delights of Donegal and all it has to offer.

Generally interaction with guests is during time of check in and in the morning of checkout, I like guests to have their own space, but of course I am on the premises and available to discuss any questions guests may have or just for polite and friendly conversation.
