From the outside it looks like a traditional three bedroom bungalow but first impressions bely a cleverly extended home that sleeps 11. The bedrooms are well proportioned and comfortable on multiple levels. There's two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner, and the heart of the house is a large kitchen/dining room with a large table that invites a big meal (during our stay we actually cooked a Christmas dinner). Castle rock is an unpretentious village with wonderful walks, a single bar/restaurant where the staff really work hard, a delightful craft shop and a couple of the most welcoming coffee shops. We were there in winter when it was very quiet, very cold and a little wet, but I reckon it would be a great venue for a summer break. That was just what we wanted. This was a great long weekend in a great house. Thoroughly recommended."

Thankyou for looking at our holiday home. We are pleased to offer our three bed two storied terrace house comprising of two double bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom with bunk beds for children. There is a Shower room upstairs with WC and the home is fully central heated throughout. The property has been recently modernised and finished to a high standard both inside and out. There is a modern fitted kitchen with American style fridge freezer, electric oven with a Hob and a built in microwave. The Blue Doors is Located in a small quite residential estate within 10 minutes walk from beach, village centre and the Railway Station linking Dublin, Belfast and Londonderry. The house is fully equipped for day to day familly living with TVs in lounge and bedrooms, DVD player, WiFi and washing machine also a secure enclosed paved rear yard for the kids to play safely. To aid cleaning for the next guest we have had to remove some items so please bring your current book, favourite DVD, CD or childs toys. A additional cleaning charge may be incurred should our home be left in an unclean state or with damage. Sorry strictly NO PETS or SMOKING and to accomodate our neighbours no loud behaviour or parties.. Please note that there is a minimum stay depending on season. NI Tourist Board approved.

Neville kindly set up the dining tables to hold additional people, and the cot & high chair allowed my sister to pack "a little lighter " however not much lighter with 2 children I may add. The garden allowed sunshine, snacks, drinks & games with the children, and we were able to see the sunset in the distance. We visited the Giants Causeway, Portrush and the beaches nearby. You are not sharing it with anyone else. It has many advantages over hotels and B&B's in that the whole house space is totally yours for the time you are there. Bedrooms - sleeping accommodation for 6 people in 1 king size double and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Very tastefully decorated and all bed with comfortable mattresses. Many of our guests have commented, both in reviews and in our feedback guestbook, about the comfort of the beds. All bed linen and bath/hand towels supplied. Beds made up for arrival. A travel cot available and high chair is available on request.

Living Room- accommodates 6 persons easily. Flat screen TV with 60+ Freeview channels and Free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. This area is equipped with full soft seating and is fully carpeted. It also has a an electric fire which not only gives the look of a coal fire but also heats quickly. It is at the front of the house and looks out onto a spacious front garden.

Conservatory - offers additional relaxing space. Overviews rear garden and children's play area. This is a fantastic space to relax and get away from TV etc. It holds a small library and an information point with details about activities and lots of other places of interest to be enjoyed in this spectacular holiday area.
The conservatory was added to the house after the original build and has proved to be very popular with guests.

The Kitchen/Dinette area is tastefully decorated and is a compact area which caters for all catering needs and with its wipe clean worktops and stainless steel surfaces is easy to keep clean and tidy. Its table seats 6 people and the high chair if required.

Electric Hob and Oven/grill .This is an easy to use appliance.
This area is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and mugs and utensils sufficient for 6 people. It has also been equipped with , microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer in the kitchen and washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area.

There is a play area with children's swings in the rear garden which is fully secured and is not overlooked by any other property. This area is also perfectly safe for small pets.

There is also a patio area in the rear garden and barbeque equipment is available at no extra cost.

Willowfield has Northern Ireland Tourist Board certification and its gas and electric appliances are checked and certified annually.

The property is fully fitted with smoke and carbon dioxide alarms and fire extinguishers and blankets are provided as standard.

As well as being a perfect location for family holiday makers, Willowfield is well situated to accommodate golfing trips. The Old Mount Manor was built in 1937 and is an Arts & Crafts home. As mentioned, the property was loving restored in 2022 to create an incredible self catering holiday home.

It has 4 large king size bedrooms as well as a pull out futon bed. Sleeping up to 10 guest. Each bedroom has TV's, USB plugs, dimmable lighting, clothes storage, blackout blinds, make up area and either a river or garden view. There is 3 lounge areas, 3 full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, off road car park, hallway, gas central heating and fast Wi-Fi.

A large garden with a private entrance straight into Mountsandel Forrest, which has a incredible history and is a leading tourism attraction in the area.

Along with all the usual things you would find in a self-catering property, The Old Mount Manor has a secret room, hot tub, large patio, outside lighting and is next door to the River Bann & Mountsandel Fort.

Coleraine is the capital of the Causeway Coast. It has the largest population and home to many shops, cafes and restaurants. It is close to all the famous attractions and it is recommended to travel around by car. Downhill Beachhouse is a Victorian Villa on the Downhill Beach by the Mussenden Temple Estate. We are a self-catering guesthouse with 7 bedrooms + guest kitchen, living, dining room. Top floor has 2 ensuite family rooms with a double bed and up to 3 singles, Middle level (=3 rooms) has two ensuite doubles and one ensuite family room sleeping up to 4 people. Mezzanine level has an ensuite family room sleeping up to four people, Ground floor has an en-suite twin room which is wheelchair accessible if needed.

The Beachhouse is a restored Victorian villa fronting onto Ireland's longest beach. The interior is casually elegant and artistic. It is located approx. 40 minutes from Belfast International airport and Derry. You’ll love my place because of the peaceful surroundings and its central location. The Brown Trout Inn is close by which has golf facilities and a restaurant. Ireland's oldest thatched pub with traditional music, The Crosskeys Inn, is 30 mins by car.

My home is set in mature gardens with a farm, ideal for those seeking quiet and peaceful surroundings. The house dates from 1840 and is full of character and original features. We have a farm dog called Ollie who is really friendly and gentle.
I can accommodate young children by putting a mattress on the floor of the bedroom.

Ballyness House is a beautiful Georgian country home. It is set on mature formal lawns with spectacular views of the River Bann best appreciated from the formal drawing room on the first floor. There is ample parking for at least four cars. For communal areas in the house you can choose between the seating area by the open fire in the large dining room, the cosy breakfast room with its wood burning stove or the first floor drawing room also appointed with an open fire.

Ballyness house is approximately a 1 hour drive from Belfast and 8 miles from Portrush and Portstewart so it is ideal for those wishing to take in the beautiful North Coast of Ireland or those on the Game of Thrones trail. The Giants Causeway is a 25 minute drive from the house and Mussenden Temple is a 15 minute drive.

Our Loft is a great space in the heart of the Causeway Coast. Just outside Castlerock Village 100meters from the back entrance of Downhill Forest. Ideal for those who enjoy getting into the outdoors with easy access to local beaches and the National Trust property Downhill Demense with the iconic Mussenden Temple just 10 minutes walk away. The village of Castlerock is only a mile away with its beach, golf course and the main rail link between Belfast & L'Derry.

The space
Having been lucky enough to stay in the French Alps we endeavoured to bring the same feel to our property using natural aged products that have been upcycled into their current use. The decking boards on the downstairs floor, the Belfast sink and the breakfast bar could all tell stories throughout their many histories. We want you to feel relaxed in this special place in the world that can allow you to switch away from many of the distractions of modern life that's one of the reasons for no television but we still have electricity and running water...

As the name implies, this is a loft with the bedroom and seated area / sofa bed accessed by a set of stairs that require FULL MOBILITY. The upstairs space has a low ceiling height so it isn't ideal for giants, sorry.

The house is set down a lane away from any traffic. There is a wood for you to bimble around leading to the river Bann which flows at the bottom of our field. The field is divided by some estate railings and gates are there for your access to the field and wood. Please ensure gates are closed behind you to keep the sheep in the field. Along side the field is our wood which is great to stroll through down to the river.
