In addition to three large bedrooms there is a large living room and kitchen. En-suite bathroom and full bathroom with electric shower and bath. The floors are all wooden. The living space has central heating and a stove fire. There are four access doors to the property .Front, back and side doors and the master bedroom also has a patio door out to a stunning view of Carlingford Lough.

Outside there is a lawn surrounding the property to almost 360 degrees. Outside seating can be moved to view Carlingford lough, Greenore, Cooley, the Mourne Mountains and behind is Slieve Foy .

The front room is currently used for storage and so is off limits. The remainder of the house is open for full access all the time and isn’t shared with others .

Now a popular accommodation experience, Wood Quay was originally a grain store for Carlingford railway station. Built in 1840, it has been sensitively restored using exclusively salvage materials that enhance the buildings' character & history.
The Main House boasts 2 large airy reception rooms oozing with warmth & character. The local attractions surrounding Carlingford make it an ideal venue for weekends, family parties, conferences, meetings, etc.
