Rose Cottage is a beautiful property in Carlingford's village centre. It is spacious and comfortable and has a private patio and courtyard. This is the ideal location for either a weekend or midweek getaway. Perfect for couples or groups of friends.
Friday and Saturday nights up to six people for fixed Airbnb price at 300€ which only works out at 50€pp

The space
One bedroom en suite with kitchen living space open plan with two king size sofa beds. It may be an issue for some that you have to go through the bathroom to use the bathroom if it’s more than two. private court with raised decking. Car parking in a safe environment as you pass electric gates.

The court yard and decking area is private and outside of that is a semi private car part with electric gates. Codes will be provided on arrival through text or video but if you prefer a meet and greet that’s ok just let us know. We like to keep it as private as possible for our guests thanks

Between Sunday and Friday I charge 150€ for two people.

Any guests after that will have to pay 25€ pp midweek and sofa beds will be made up according to the number.

This much loved family holiday home is situated within easy reach of both Dublin and Belfast and with easy access to the famous Mourne mountains.

The property is located just a few short kilometres from the historic medieval village of Carlingford, a “European destination of excellence”, well known for its traditional pubs and seafood restaurants.

The space
The house is set in an acre of land so plenty of space for kids to run around. There are plenty of walks for those who like walking. The Molly Loop and Rooskey Loop walks are only 100 yards from the front garden. Shelling Hill beach is also just a couple of km away.

There are lots of outdoor pursuits, Carlingford Adventure centre Sky-park, with its high ropes, zip wires and other activities is 2 minutes drive away.
