- "53 Luxury Rooms is a relatively new property that consistently gets hospitality basics right. Located in the economic center of Maynooth, it’s a great place to stay for people without a car. Although it’s physically above the restaurant Bistro 53, soundproofing ensures you’ll not hear much, if anything from below. The restaurant, by the way, is excellent, and well worth your custom. The property is reasonably safe, with an indoor hall and coded locks upon entry both to the front door and to each room. Codes are changed regularly and appropriately. If you like to sleep with open windows, be aware that noise from nearby pubs could occasionally bother you in the night. If you need a lift for mobility reasons, I didn’t see one during my stay. If you’re tall, you might prefer to avoid room 107, even if it costs a bit more for the other rooms. If you’re large or claustrophobic, the shower in that room is small. Cleaning was exemplary. The person who keeps the house most days was professional, accommodating, and kind. She even let me practice my Spanish with her. Overall, this is a solid property in a great location for those without a car. I’ll be back - unless too many people discover it!"

Based it a quiet estate that is a 5 minute walk from Maynooth town, University and beautiful places surrounding that you can explore. Castletown House (as seen in my photos) is a 8 minute drive from here and is a must see! Louie(our dog) is also a resident here too.

We're just about 25 minutes by road from Dublin city centre and Dublin airport (toll road), with train to the city centre every 10 minutes! The house is located in a peaceful community with all the local amenities, restaurants, bus and train station within a few minutes walk.

The space
These are rooms in our home and not an entire house rental. We live in the same house and access to cooking is restricted. We do provide our guests access to our dining area (with a microwave) for eating precooked food.

The entire 1st floor will be yours but the only common area we provide guests access to is the dining area where there's a microwave.

If we're home and see us around feel free to come over to us with any queries you may have or just for a chat :) If we're not home leave us a text on airbnb or on my mobile.. We're pretty quick to respond.
