Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. My main problem was the TV kept losing signal didn’t manage to watch one programme throughout and the main bedroom had a damp smell. as there was a damp patch on the bedroom wall that needs treating and you could smell it also it being a health hazard. I could not have slept in that room. There was a bed settle in the living room was that came in useful. Behind the settee needs cleaning noticed this when leaving but the rest of the house was clean. - "The property was perfect for touring northern Ireland...we spent 7 days at the pyjama factory and basically toured the north in every direction ! Would have liked a sharp knife or a knife sharpener but other than that it was great! Great little bistro a few steps away ...enjoyed our visit!" - "This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also hugely necessary. Our kids had a brilliant time and it was a great base for our short time away. Two lights in living area broken but we were fine with a lamp and I flagged to Host and they were happy to look at this - responded quickly. Check out time Of 10am is pretty early but fine for kids who wake early!"

Quiet room in modern, newly decorated, freshly painted house in immaculate condition, peaceful neighbourhood.

The house is heated with oil heating with a large radiator in the room, which makes it very warm.

Peaceful view overlooking the back garden, the window has adjustable blinds and lined curtains to suit your preference.

There is fibre optic broadband available to use throughout the house with a speed of 125+Mbgs.

The space
Clean, modern, contemporary house in quiet, residential area. The side alley separates the house from the neighbours so you cannot hear them in the room. The street is very quiet and hardly any cars pass by.

Quirky 3 storey victorian house on the Ormeau Road. The house is located approx 15/20 min walk from the centre of Belfast. It is also located near to Queen's quarter and is thus approx 10 mins walk from Belfast's famous University

The space
Set over 3 floors, the house is spacious, bright and inviting. You’ll have free access to the dining room, kitchen and covered yard (with chairs) on the ground floor. on the ground floor and upstairs, you’ll find the modern bathroom and toliet. The double room consist of a Double bed with fresh bed linen, reading lamp, free high speed Wi-Fi access, and hair-dryer. All rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke in the enclosed back yard. Each room will also come with a welcome pack filled with brochures, taxi numbers, internet password, maps and recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area and within Belfast city centre.
The living/dining room has a settee and dining table to enjoy your meals. Gas heating with hot water 24/7, both bathrooms are shared with the other guests staying. Free parking on the side streets.

I live about 10 minutes drive away, and am always available to answer any question, and to deal with any problems that may arise. But unless I'm needed, I don’t intrude on visitor’s privacy.

Other things to note
Belfast is great for a city break with excellent museums, galleries, shopping, architecture, nightlife and the fantastic Titanic experience and Quarter. Not forgetting the beautiful grounds of Belfast Castle which is also home to Belfast Zoo and Cavehill walk with spectacular views of Belfast City and Lough, this is a 20 minute drive from the house or you can hoop on a bus. For The Game of Thrones fans you can enjoy a day up the Antrim Coast and see where different parts of the series where filmed, you can enjoy the drive up or sit back and enjoy the Game of Thrones bus tour that leaves from Belfast City Centre. The Antrim Coast is also great for the walkers and people just wanting to enjoy the spectacular coast line. So as you can see there is so much to do in Belfast and that’s only a few I have mentioned. This house is a great base to start exploring Belfast and surrounding areas. I look forward to welcoming you.

Single room in a quiet 3 bedroom house which is walking distance to Belfast City Centre and has Ormeau Road, Ormeau Park and Cherryvale Park on its doorstep. The bus stop to the city centre is actually right outside the house, so super convenient!

I share the house with my partner Danijel - we stay there 2-3 days per week.

Very occasionally I may travel there with my dog, but I'll always check with you first that its okay!

Situated in leafy Belmont and close to various trendy bars and bistro's, the music house was once the home of influential and historic poet Bertie Rodgers.
The current owner has worked in the Music Industry for decades and the house has a music room complete with huge vinyl collection. Music tours and cultural tours can be arranged during your stay.
