Castlerock train station is a 5 minutes walk away (links Londonderry to Belfast) and on the bus route. Good for families and groups. In a cul-de-sac and very quiet. Nearby are tennis courts, football pitch, playpark, golf course. Fantastic coffee shop within walking distance. Lots of restaurants in local area.

There's two sitting rooms, one with a wood burner, and the heart of the house is a large kitchen/dining room with a large table that invites a big meal (during our stay we actually cooked a Christmas dinner). Castle rock is an unpretentious village with wonderful walks, a single bar/restaurant where the staff really work hard, a delightful craft shop and a couple of the most welcoming coffee shops. We were there in winter when it was very quiet, very cold and a little wet, but I reckon it would be a great venue for a summer break. That was just what we wanted. This was a great long weekend in a great house. Thoroughly recommended."

Thankyou for looking at our holiday home. We are pleased to offer our three bed two storied terrace house comprising of two double bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom with bunk beds for children. There is a Shower room upstairs with WC and the home is fully central heated throughout. The property has been recently modernised and finished to a high standard both inside and out. There is a modern fitted kitchen with American style fridge freezer, electric oven with a Hob and a built in microwave. The Blue Doors is Located in a small quite residential estate within 10 minutes walk from beach, village centre and the Railway Station linking Dublin, Belfast and Londonderry. The house is fully equipped for day to day familly living with TVs in lounge and bedrooms, DVD player, WiFi and washing machine also a secure enclosed paved rear yard for the kids to play safely. To aid cleaning for the next guest we have had to remove some items so please bring your current book, favourite DVD, CD or childs toys. A additional cleaning charge may be incurred should our home be left in an unclean state or with damage. Sorry strictly NO PETS or SMOKING and to accomodate our neighbours no loud behaviour or parties.. Please note that there is a minimum stay depending on season. NI Tourist Board approved.

Neville kindly set up the dining tables to hold additional people, and the cot & high chair allowed my sister to pack "a little lighter " however not much lighter with 2 children I may add. The garden allowed sunshine, snacks, drinks & games with the children, and we were able to see the sunset in the distance. We visited the Giants Causeway, Portrush and the beaches nearby. Various beautiful walks from the house to historical sites nearby, cliffs overlooking the ocean, and nice forest paths. The neighbors were warm and friendly. Coleraine, the larger city about 6 miles away, has everything you could possibly need in terms of shopping. The home is exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures...very clean, large, and well-maintained. We hope to return and wholeheartedly recommend this home."
