There were two balled up dry rags under the sink. There are no dish cloths or dish towels. One bath towel per person, no hand towels anywhere. No hand soap in the kitchen, and the containers in either bathroom were nearly empty. The caretaker came the day after we checked in and brought dish cloths, kitchen towels, and hand soap when he came out and asked us to point out what needed to be cleaned. He said he would bring a helper back and clean while we were out. We had already done some things the night we got there, but there were things like the microwave, additional pots/pans, the freezer, and shower that they cleaned. It wasn't pristine but it was manageable. Really bare-bones, stark place. I don't care if the towels and dishes are mismatched, but there should be enough of them. There were 3 table knives, five folks, and no bowls. There were no hand towels, waste cans, or even hooks to hang your towel on in the bathrooms. There were no side chairs to add to the 4 at the table so we could all sit at the table to eat. The yard had only a broken coffee table and a folding chair. There is no dedicated parking, and we had to park across the road in the next neighborhood. "

Welcome, we are a young couple, me from Chile and my partner from Slovakia, we have decided to rent a room, with the aim of saving to go to Chile. We love to travel and we are happy to welcome anyone who wants to discover Limerick.

My house located in a nice quiet, safe area with 3 mins drive to Limerick Golf Club, 8 mins to Ballyneety Golf Club, 10 mins drive to Raheen Business park, Regional hospital and less than 15 mins drive to Limerick city. Around 20 mins from University of Limerick. Adare is about 15 mins drive away.

The guest room is a good size room with king size bed. Bathroom next door to the bedroom.

A car is essential for travelling as no public transport pass my house.

Street-facing, clean small double room a few minute's walk from the hustle and bustle of Limerick city with all of its bars, restaurants and medieval attractions. The walkway along the Shannon is close by as is Con Colbert train station. There is a bus-stop opposite the house which can take you all over the city or over to the University of Limerick. There is also a rent-a-bike bay on the street.

The space
The room is on the first floor of a townhouse overlooking the street which can be very busy with traffic. You will have a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities but no access to the kitchen or other spaces excepting the two bathrooms.
Currently the house is undergoing some now-and-then renovation works however will not interfere with your stay, e.g. noise etc. There may be others staying in the house and you will be given a bedroom door key for added security.

Parking is on-street. It is free between 6pm in the evening until 9am in the morning during weekdays, and free all weekend. The room is on the first floor of a townhouse overlooking the street which can be very busy with traffic. You will have a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities but no access to the kitchen or other spaces excepting the two bathrooms.
Currently the house is undergoing some now-and-then renovation works however will not interfere with your stay, e.g. noise etc. There may be others staying in the house and you will be given a bedroom door key for added security.

Parking is on-street. It is free between 6pm in the evening until 9am in the morning during weekdays, and free all weekend.
