Entering into the house from the porch, the first thing you see ahead of you is a dramatic picture window looking out across epic views to the Maharees and Cappaclough beach. Two steps bring you up to the bright open plan kitchen-dining-living area.

Wooden flooring delineates the sitting room area, with two plush comfy couches gathered around a cozy wood burning stove, and a large picture window framing the majestic view—if you’re looking for inspiration, here is where you will find it.

Kitchen and Dining area
The kitchen area is tiled and decorated in a charming country cream style with wooden countertops, and a window seat perfect to enjoy the views across the valley. The compact kitchen contains all modern appliances you will need with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and dining table.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has wooden floors, a double bed and dual aspect, with windows to the west and south offering views over the mountains and valley. A nifty space-saving clothes rail folds back into a decorative casing when not in use.

The second bedroom is a generously sized twin room, also with dual aspect, with windows to the north and west, wooden floors and a wardrobe.

The open plan kitchen-dining-living room is a bright and open space which opens up to give full access to the incredible views that make this house.

Decorated in a calming grey-blue, with minimalist styling, the modern kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. A stylish dining table in contemporary wood seats six, with French doors opening out from the kitchen area to a patio at the side of the house, perfect for barbecue season.

The comfortable couch is perfectly positioned in front of the picture window looking out over Brandon Bay and the rolling hills in the distance. A further part of the living area sees comfortable chairs and a footstool positioned towards the large screen television. Another set of French doors open out to the front of the house from here.

Outdoor Space
Entering through the front gate is a large gravel parking area, bounded by traditional stone walls, with room for several cars. A walkway around the perimeter of the house allows guest to enjoy the view from every angle. A patio, with doors from the kitchen provides a setting for a memorable barbecue or day spent lounging and soaking up the inspiring views, from the stone walls across the fields and magnificent bay.

Bedrooms
Two bright and minimal contemporary double bedrooms to the front of the house provide the perfect restful atmosphere.

The minimalist style of the front bedroom lets the spectacular view take over - an incredible sight to wake up to from the super comfortable double bed. The furnishings are completed with drawers and a clothes rail, The en suite bathroom continues the cool clean style with a rain shower.

The second front bedroom is a similar oasis of calm, with view out across the islands in the bay, contemporary art prints, drawers, clothes rail and mirror. The large tiled en suite bathroom has a full bath with shower head.

The preparation area is located just off the aga room and is full of mod cons with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is an abundance of cupboard space for of utensils and equipment to please even the most accomplished chef.

There is a separate dining room for state occasions, boasting a polished wooden dining table that seats eight comfortably. The room continues the majestic ambience of the house featuring painted portraits and large mirrors in gilded gold frames, antique wooden side tables and chairs, dramatically sweeping curtain drapes and a delectable sofa built into the bay window allowing guests to curl up with their favourite book or watch the white tipped waves wash over the bay.

Bedrooms

There are four bed chambers, two on the first floor and two downstairs in the basement.

The master suite boasts an antique double bed of thick wood with extra large matching wardrobe and bedside table. The sea views opposite the bed make waking up and absolute joy. The ensuite bathroom attached features a large traditional bathroom with wooden floorboards, toilet, sink, antique dresser and a lavishly positioned roll top bath so you can ease and relax after a hard day’s hike in the countryside. Along side this is an ensuite to the main bathroom. There is also a jack a jill door to access the bathroom from the hallway.

The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed with wardrobe and is located on the first floor,

The first downstairs bedroom provides a comfortable double bed facing patio doors that lead out to the front garden overlooking the bay of Tralee. There is also an ensuite shower room with toilet and sink that is nestled behind a walled partition behind the bed head.

The second downstairs bedroom also contains a double bed and bedside tables.

Bathrooms

There is a separate bathroom between levels this has a toilet, sink and shower, and two of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The main bathroom can be accessed via the master bedroom and hallway.

Outside Space

Guests can enjoy the manicured lawned gardens at the front of the property that stretch out to the steely blue waters of Tralee Bay whilst also taking advantage of the modest country courtyard at the rear with its high, stone walls, covered in emerald green ivy and its dappled shady seating under the leafy canopies of surrounding trees.

Beautiful home in a quite residential area on the outskirts of the town of Tralee. 15 minute walk to the town centre. A short drive to Fenit and Banna beach. My home is comfortable, calm and quiet located in a small residential cul-de-sac just minutes from Tralee town and gorgeous Kerry beaches. Tralee is situated at the foot of the Sliabh Mish mountains which can be seen from your room. The Aquadome is a 15 minute stroll away while Tralee town park is minutes away on foot. An ideal base for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, Dingle Peninsula and the many blue flag beaches in Kerry.

Our apartment is located in a complex which is accessed through a heavy metal gate and up a flight of stairs.

Although there is a travel cot in the apartment, it doesn’t have a mattress or bedding so they would need to be brought by guests needing to use it.

My house is very modern and is situated in a very secluded and private countryside area but yet extremely close to Tralee town and amenities.
There are loads of walking and hiking trials nearby and you are a short drive to many blue flag beaches (15 minutes).
The house is perfectly located on the main routes in Kerry, like Killarney (20 minutes), Dingle Peninsula (40 minutes), Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring Of Kerry (15 minutes).
My house is just a few minutes from Ballyseedy Castle Hotel, Ballygarry House Hotel and many more.
Munster Technological University (MTU) is only a few minutes away as well as the FAS (Solas), ETB which is also nearby.
IDA Technology Park is very close as well as University Hospital Kerry.
It is very close to 2 world famous golf courses, Tralee and Ballybunion, while Hogs Head and Adare Manor are within driving distance.
Centrally located for all tourism and Golf attractions.
