2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

A home from home. This bright, spacious home is situated on an elevated site with panoramic views of the West Clare countryside. Ideal for families and groups of friends. A perfect base for exploring the West of Ireland. The seaside town of Kilkee is a 4km drive away, and Doonbeg and the sandy beaches of Doughmore Bay are 6.5km in the opposite direction.
Once inside the house you will find a large open plan living area consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area (seats 9) which has a multi-fuel stove.
Also in the area are the Loop Head Peninsula, dolphin spotting near Carrigaholt, golf courses at Trump International Doonbeg and Lahinch, and the wonderful Cliffs of Moher. An excellent holiday home for everyone in your party.

The space
Hilltop Haven has been described as an ideal place to relax and unwind. You can sit in the large open plan living/dining area and look out over Tullaher Bog. This is a rare bog with unique flora and fauna. If you feel active, you can challenge yourself by doing the 20km looped Tullaher Walk.

The house is situated on a large site and there is ample room for children to play. It is an ideal family location as you are in the countryside but only a short drive from lovely beaches.

There are excellent walks nearby. The famous Kilkee Cliff Walk & George's Headland.

Guests have the full house and large lawns to themselves. Ample parking on the gravelled area around the house.

Other things to note
New 'Respa' mattresses were purchased in 2020 for all the beds. You can be guaranteed a restful night's sleep in this country setting.
